Aiming at the fact that there is an inefficient fault in the sky wave over the horizon radar (OTHR) while it is not reported automatically?the health status assessment method for the radar based on grey clustering is proposed. In this paper, the assessment index system of OTHR is established. The weight of assessment index is determined by using the formula weight method?and the assessment model and assessment algorithm of health status of OTHR are studied. The results show that this method is simple and effective. It provides a better way to assess the health status of OTHR.

Cluster validity index (CVI) is an important method for evaluating the effect of clustering results generated by clustering algorithms. Currently, many CVIs have proposed, but they are suffering from issues of unstable and narrow range of applications. Therefore, a new clustering validity index-NCVI, is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the NCVI index combines the idea of maximum spanning tree and Euclidean distance formula. The clustering results are obtained by using the average of the sum of the weights of the maximum spanning trees of each cluster and the minimum distance between the clusters using the Euclidean distance between each cluster center point. At the same time, based on the underlying algorithm (average link hierarchical clustering algorithm) to determine the optimal cluster number, combined with the new cluster validity index NCVI designed a new K value optimization algorithm (KVOA). Finally, the paper evaluates the validity of the newly proposed index (NCVI) through four simulation data sets and two UCI real data sets, and compares it with other six classical indicators. The experimental results show that the proposed index has a good performance advantage over other indexes in the tested data set.

The UAV is affected by more driving power in the flight with load, it is easy to produce yaw, which leads to the error of the flight trajectory, so it needs to be modified to improve the UAV control performance. A control method for UAV based on static saturation compensation of linear auto disturbance rejection yaw is proposed. The parameters such as pitch torque, rolling moment and the driving force of yaw actuator are used as the constraint index. The model of UAV yaw control object is constructed, the translational dynamics and rotational dynamics models of UAV are constructed, the rolling transfer dynamics of UAV is analyzed according to the attitude motion mechanism of UAV, and the structure model of yaw controller is established. The linear ADRC controller of yaw system is designed according to the flight attitude observations. The relationship between rotor rotation moment and motor speed is analyzed. The static compensation method of linear auto disturbance rejection yaw is used to track the position and attitude parameters of UAV. The anti-saturation compensation of yaw trajectory is realized, and the static anti-saturation compensator is designed to improve the steady-state tracking ability of UAV. The simulation results show that the proposed method can correct the trajectory of the UAV in real time and suppress the saturation error effectively. The attitude disturbance of the yaw actuator is restrained, and the expected yaw angle is finally achieved, and the flight control robustness of the UAV is improved.

A method based on deep belief network (DBN) is proposed in this paper to improve the accuracy of finish rolling temperature prediction in the finish rolling temperature control system. DBN is composed of a plurality of restricted Boltzmann machines (RBM) and a top-level BP neural network. Taking into account the factors affecting the finish rolling temperature and the practical production requirements, 10 input layer parameters are set in this model, and the output layer parameter is the finish rolling temperature. Unsupervised training for restricted Boltzmann machines and the reversed fine-tuning of the entire network is obtained by 1300 sets of finishing data. After simulation, the absolute error fluctuation range of the predicted temperature is less than 8°C, and its prediction accuracy is higher than that obtained from the traditional temperature calculation formula, thus the proposed method can be used for the finish rolling temperature prediction.

In this paper we study the music content search method in a large audio database. First we study the pitch feature extraction algorithm, we propose a novel method on pitch estimation for music signals. Second, we study the template matching algorithm for large database, and we propose an effective method using dynamic template wrapping and linear scaling distance. Finally, experimental results are provided. The results show that the proposed system is efficient in audio data searching compared with traditional template matching method.

On the issues of the various kinds of foreign substances in bottled oral liquid, simplex method of decision and low speed on visible foreign matter, we presents a fast determination algorithm based on machine vision. The algorithm uses image graying and GAUSSIAN filtering to get the target to be detected by frame difference method. The images were then processed by Laplace sharpening and binarization, and the SURF algorithm is used to match the foreign matters in multi frames. Finally, the matching suspicious points are judged by weighted feature. The experiment shows, this algorithm can overcome the deficiency of single feature, it can detect all kinds of impurities accurately. Meanwhile, this algorithm deals with fast speed, it can meet the requirements of online production.

An electro-hydraulic joint is the key component of a hydraulic joint robot, and its structure and performance importantly affect the working performance of the hydraulic robot. The electro-hydraulic joint mainly consists of pressure sensors, an electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve, an electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve and the hydraulic motor, the electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve controls the rotation direction and speed of the electro-hydraulic joint, while the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve controls the working load. After introducing the mechanical and hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic joint, simulation and experiments are built, and the output torque and speed change rule of the electro-hydraulic joint are analyzed. Structural characteristic and performance analysis of the electro-hydraulic joint lays the foundation of the control principle.
