The currently available database on scholastic pursuits is both outdated and inadequate. Incomplete coverage, excessive gaps, etc., plague the gathering and sharing of educational data. More and more schools and students are taking advantage of the exciting new possibilities made possible by the rise of e-learning as a direct result of the current environmental shift. Through reviewing a wide range of studies, theses, research, and papers published by a variety of writers in India and elsewhere, the researcher here is making an effort to glean any and all relevant information for the study. Literature can help guide the formation of research questions. Both primary and secondary sources of information are considered during the discovery process. In order to derive the research of e-learning platforms in pedagogy and professional certifications, secondary data should be gathered from many websites. Primary sources include both educators (professors and teachers) and learners (students). The material was examined and hence the following findings were produced from the study. Today’s e-learning approaches in higher education can be traced back to the original remote learning techniques. There are numerous causes for the expansion of the upper education and professional certification courses of e-learning industry, both from the institutions’ and students’ viewpoints. The researcher hopes to achieve all of the study’s aims and learn as much as possible about the topic by analysing the data gathered.

The study focuses on talent management practices in private banking using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through AMOS software powered by SPSS. It analyzes the acquisition, promotion and retention of talent and then examines their impact on organizational performance. With the help of regression and descriptive statistical analyses, the interrelationships of the factors are explained in the research work. The regression model had weak explanatory power (limited) and still accounted for a large proportion of unexplained variance (explanation of variance is still minimal). SEM shows how complex latent variables are apparently related to each other, helping to develop optimal strategies. Descriptive data analysis provides an overview of important key metrics and allows the results to be used in the optimization of competence management.

Organizations can utilize marketing techniques to enhance employee engagement by applying principles of brand management and communication strategies internally. This involves cultivating a strong employer brand that aligns with the organization's values and culture, effectively communicating this brand to employees through various channels. By treating employees as internal customers, organizations can create targeted messaging that resonates with their interests, motivations, and aspirations. This includes utilizing storytelling techniques to convey the organization's mission and vision in a compelling way, as well as incorporating elements of gamification to make engagement initiatives more interactive and enjoyable. Additionally, organizations can leverage social media and digital platforms to foster a sense of community and connection among employees, encouraging them to share their experiences and ideas. By employing marketing tactics such as segmentation, personalization, and feedback loops, organizations can tailor their engagement efforts to the specific needs and preferences of different employee segments, ultimately leading to higher levels of satisfaction, commitment, and productivity within the workforce.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of the benefits and features of the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) program on the financial empowerment of impoverished rural communities. The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) is a notable financial inclusion initiative in India that endeavors to promote financial wellness among rural populations. This research is characterized as descriptive and employs primary data obtained from the beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) in four Taluks located in the Bangalore Rural District. A Cochran formula was utilized to calculate the sample size of 385 respondents who were selected through a proportionate random sampling technique. The respondents were administered a structured questionnaire consisting of Likert scale statements. The evaluation of scale validity and reliability is imperative in order to meet the standards of sound research. The validation of the hypotheses is conducted through the utilization of Chi-squared and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Path analysis techniques. The study's results indicate that the primary reasons for beneficiaries enrolling in the PMJD Scheme are the absence of a minimum balance requirement and the opportunity to access government benefits. The utilization of the overdraft facility is minimal in this scheme, and the easy transfer of funds is also underutilized due to inadequate technical infrastructure in rural regions. The scheme's benefits are not impacted by demographic factors such as gender, age, qualification, and experience. The study concludes through path analysis that the PMJDY Schemes have a significant impact of 76% on financial empowerment. This finding suggests that implementing this scheme nationwide could be an effective means of improving the financial well-being of rural India. The PMJDY Financial inclusion scheme has been in effect in India for a period of 8 years, during which there has been a decrease in the number of accounts opened under the scheme in recent times. Consequently, it has become necessary to investigate whether the scheme has had any impact on the financial empowerment of its beneficiaries. The potential impact of this tool could facilitate India's achievement of complete financial inclusion.

This study explores integrated IoT and Blockchain (BCT) technologies in the digital Human Resource Management (HRM) process, identifying the managerial phenomena. Using advanced algorithms like K-Means clustering, Random Forest predictive modeling, and Support Vector Machine sentiment analysis, the study convincingly shows that these technologies contribute to the optimization of HR management by picking the best method to use. The outcomes of the study reflect the successful segmentation of employees into clusters having strategies developed with the individual's specific needs in mind. The existing predictive models of the HRM strategies show an overall high accuracy level ranging from 86% to 92% precision. Sentiment analysis shows that the majority of the input from the employees (70%) is positive, which indicates their high job satisfaction. Also, the implementation of Blockchain technology ensures the security and reliability of the data, with a transaction rate of 200 transactions per second and an average block size of 2 MB. This demonstrates the ability of IoT and Blockchain technology to transform HRM practices which will aid in making decisions based on the available data, enhancing employees’ engagement, and ensuring the set of regulations is obeyed.

A simple definition of Human dignity describes it as a worth attached to every human being, by virtue of being born as a human. But is the situation really so simple? Several instances reveal that the notion, nature and operation of dignity evade such simplistic definitions. As we delve deeper, an important question surfaces: how is it that dignity remains most elusive for the Muslim populations? The so-defined age of Terror further justifies such loss of dignity for the Muslim populations. It must be stressed however, that while terror events like 9/11 (the USA) or 7/7 (London, UK) or 9/7 (New Delhi, India), have served to resuscitate the fear of the radical other (that is, the Muslims) these attitudes go back a long time in history. It is reflected in the general outlook towards Muslims. Undoubtedly, there remain a section of terrorists, who borrow from a particular interpretation of Islam. But is this cause enough for the wholesale othering of the Muslim community? Having to live as second- rate people despite being citizens, being saddled with assumed linkages to terrorism; these are just a few dimensions of the otherising discourse. Islam comes into the picture not only because the ‘terrorists’, in some cases, have been Muslims, but also because these radical sections forward Islam as the source of their actions. We need to question the uncritical homogenizing that follows such revelations, viz. all Muslims are terrorists, Islam is a violent religion, Muslims are disloyal and radical, so on and so forth. The perpetual tagging as the potential terrorists causes not only an irretrievable loss of identity, but also a fatal blow to one’s dignity. Here, Kant’s notion of dignity becomes useful for understanding the problem of Muslim indignity.
