In the ever-evolving realm of financial markets, understanding the underlying psychological dynamics shaping investor behavior is paramount. Financial behavior refers to the choices and actions people make when managing their own cash across a range of investment vehicles, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and real estate. It includes components that are vital in determining the results of investments, including risk tolerance, investment objectives, decision biases, emotions, and financial literacy. Achieving long-term investment success and financial security requires an understanding of and ability to control one's own financial behavior. An extensive research model has been painstakingly built to clarify the complex connections between these psychological variables and the process of making investing decisions. This study examines the impact of three psychological aspects on investment decisions made by 220 investors who trade on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE): information asymmetry, problem framing, and risk propensity. Effective investing strategies necessitate an awareness of the interplay between psychological biases and cognitive processes, as these aspects influence personal investment decisions. By using a quantitative research methodology, information was gathered by sending surveys to investors who were actively trading stocks on the BSE and NSE platforms. Regression analysis and correlation studies are two statistical analytic approaches that were used to investigate the connections between investing decisions and psychological aspects. The study's conclusions add to the corpus of knowledge by illuminating the complex dynamics of financial decision-making and the part played by psychological variables. Furthermore, the knowledge gained from this study has important ramifications for financial advisors, investors, and legislators that aim to improve investor welfare and encourage well-informed stock market decision-making.

India's educational path has changed dramatically over the years, moving from traditional mentoring and learning practices to creating the second-largest higher education system in the world. The swift development of Information Technology (IT) has accelerated this shift and brought about significant adjustments in the fields of education, services, employment, and business operations. By removing prior barriers, the integration of information, technology, and communication (ICT) within the educational domain has significantly transformed access to learning resources, knowledge, and information. The Covid-19 pandemic's outbreak sped up the adoption of ICT and made it necessary to switch from traditional in-person instruction to remote learning methods during lockdowns. This shift brought with it a multitude of opportunities and difficulties in addition to broadening the scope and adaptability of postsecondary education. This study carefully analyzes the state of IT integration in higher education today, outlining both the benefits and drawbacks of this approach. The study used a quantitative methodology, with questionnaires serving as the main methodological instrument. 86 instructors connected to an Indian university took part in the survey as responders. This study offers important insights for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders to manage the difficulties of the integration in higher education by critically analyzing both the benefits and obstacles. The ultimate goal is to support strategic planning and well-informed decision-making to fully utilize ICT for the advancement of higher education in India and abroad.

Perception and Behaviour of Investors' towards the performance of equity indices in the stock market were meticulously examined in this study. By delving into their perceptions, we aim to provide valuable insights to help investors make informed decisions that lead to financial success. As part of a research study, the required data has been gathered from 415 individuals who invest in the equity market. The study aimed to investigate how investors' decision-making behavior, whether rational or irrational, affects their perceptions of movements in equity stock indices. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model approach. The study revealed that the model had an excellent fit to the suggested values, indicating that investors use both rational and irrational approaches in their investment decision-making process. Although they collect complete financial information, they also use shortcuts to make investment decisions.

In spite of acknowledging the importance of sustainable and socially responsible practices; researchers have not been able to unanimously identify the priority areas of CSR for the automotive sector. This research was designed to understand the CSR activities of the global automakers in the Asian countries by applying the Carroll model wherein researchers wished to analyse the CSR programs of the global automakers, identify the priority CSR areas and assess the effect of CSR strategies on business performance of global automakers. Case study method was used in the existing study. This study utilised multiple case study research strategy whereby two automobile companies were studied in depth namely, Toyota and Volkswagen. The data for the study was secured from different- structured data sources like company reports, sustainability data records and media coverage. Data was analysed using content analysis. The study concluded that both companies are widely engaged in CSR initiatives that covered ethical, philanthropic, legal, and economic responsibilities. Toyota focused on their production process and policies that was employee centric, Volkswagen worked on industry modernization as well in their ethical practices. The philanthropic initiatives at both places worked towards education/training, employment generation, collaborations/partnerships, environmental and social welfare. Volkswagen also focused on sports and, art and cultural aspects in their humanitarian responsibilities. Both the peers were on the same page regarding economic practices where the cutting costs and improving efficiency was in focus. Both Toyota and Volkswagen gave more priority to the philanthropic and ethical aspect than the economic aspect. Both the companies experienced similar outcomes from these CSR initiatives like positive financial measures, quality metrics, brand identity improvement and differentiation, worker and consumer satisfaction, risk management and aversion, improved partnership opportunities.

The proliferation of smart technologies in living environments has ushered in an era where humans and computers interact more intimately than ever before. This research paper delves into the complex landscape of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) within the context of smart living environments, shedding light on the multifaceted challenges and exciting opportunities that lie ahead. In this exploration, we first review the fundamental concepts and technologies that underpin smart living environments, emphasizing the centrality of HCI in bridging the gap between humans and the myriad of interconnected devices and systems that constitute these environments. We then identify and analyze key challenges such as user privacy, security, usability, and adaptability, which continue to shape the HCI landscape in smart living. The paper also highlights the emerging opportunities for HCI research, including the integration of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and natural language processing (NLP) into smart living systems, fostering more intuitive and seamless interactions. Additionally, it discusses the potential for personalized and context-aware HCI solutions that enhance user experiences and promote inclusivity. By addressing these challenges and harnessing these opportunities, this research seeks to provide valuable insights for HCI researchers, designers, and policymakers, ultimately contributing to the development of smarter and more user-friendly living environments that enhance our quality of life while respecting our fundamental rights and values.

Emotional intelligence aids adolescents in the establishment of robust connections, enables them to reach sound judgments, and equips them to effectively navigate challenging circumstances. A perspective through which we can comprehend EQ is as an integral facet of possessing the ability to effectively interact with individuals, thereby enhancing our prospects of triumph in virtually every aspect of our existence. Comprehension and harmonious coexistence with fellow human beings not only contribute to our personal growth but also serve as a catalyst for attaining success across a wide spectrum of domains. Psychologists, in their rigorous exploration of human behavior, have identified a constellation of personality traits that are commonly referred to as the "dark triad." This triumvirate of psychological characteristics consists of a manipulative attitude, narcissism, and a startling lack of empathy. When confronted with the disconcerting possibility that one may have an evil child, it is only natural to seek clarity and understanding. However, discerning whether a child is truly malevolent or simply mischievous is no easy task. Fortunately, psychologists have developed a nuanced framework that allows them to distinguish between the merely naughty and the genuinely sinister. By meticulously examining the behavioral patterns and subtle indicators, these experts can shed light on the enigmatic signs that may suggest the presence of an evil child.

In the dynamic landscape of higher education, the enrichment of college teachers is pivotal for fostering effective learning environments and promoting student success. The paper investigated the impact of knowledge management (KM) practices on the professional development and enrichment of college teachers. Drawing upon a synthesis of existing literature and empirical studies, this research elucidates the mechanisms through which KM practices contribute to the enhancement of teaching quality, innovation, and collaboration among college faculty. It explores how institutional policies, incentives, and recognition systems can incentivize teachers to actively engage in knowledge creation, dissemination, and continuous professional development activities. Moreover, the study examines the challenges and barriers associated with implementing KM practices in college settings, such as resistance to change, time constraints, technological barriers, and cultural factors. It proposes strategies and best practices for overcoming these challenges and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration among college teachers. The findings suggest that effective KM practices play a crucial role in enriching college teachers by enhancing their teaching effectiveness, fostering innovation and creativity, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, and facilitating continuous professional development. The article concluded with recommendations for policymakers, educational leaders, and practitioners to leverage KM practices for the continuous enrichment and professional growth of college teachers, thereby enhancing the quality of higher education and student learning outcomes.
