The convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) has ushered in a revolutionary period in networking as well as cybersecurity. This paper explores the important impact of ML and AI on certain fields. Data shows that their use has increased dramatically, particularly in threat detection and predictive modelling. Security measures have been significantly strengthened by automated incident response systems and behavioural analysis powered by AI. The integration of threat intelligence and artificial intelligence has transformed the battle against cyberattacks, whereas real-time data analysis facilitates proactive maintenance. As long as privacy, and surveillance, alongside prejudice concerns, exist, the moral implementation of AI will remain a major worry. This analysis emphasizes the critical importance of ethical AI development. Future scope will include increased integration and more accurate threat detection, but there will also be issues with data quality, and privacy, including the requirement for strong ethical standards. It is of the utmost importance to strike a balance between these difficulties and the amazing promise of AI and ML in order to shape networking and cybersecurity in the future.

The Employee performance is the strength of organization and Employee performance has traditionally been accorded prime focus by human resource managers. As a result, a number of performance appraisal techniques have over time been devised to help establish employee„s performance. In the contemporary times, the use of performance appraisals has been extended beyond the rating of the employee„s performance to aspects such as motivation. Accordingly, by the sought to investigate effectiveness of performance appraisal systems and its effect on employee motivation. Performance appraisal is a widely discussed concept in the field of performance management. The importance accorded to performance appraisal systems in part arises from the nature of the current business environment, which is marked by the need to achieve organisational goals as well as remain relevant in intensely competitive markets through superior employee performance. The organisations can however control how employees perform their jobs. In addition, performance management research shows that a significant number of employees tend to have the desire to perform their jobs well as part of their individual goals as well as a demonstration of loyalty towards the organisation.

The maritime industry, a cornerstone of global trade, relies on the dedicated efforts of seafarers who often work in challenging and physically demanding conditions. As a vital component of the shipping sector, Indian seafarers are no exception, facing the rigors of extended periods at sea and the relentless demands of maritime duties. The physical aspects of their work environment, such as noise, vibration, long working hours and prevalence of fatigue, can extremely influence their well-being and stress levels. Within this context, studying the impact of physical factors, specifically fatigue and physical work environment, on the stress levels of Indian seafarers emerges as a matter of critical significance. This study aimed to explore the complex relationship between the physical factors and the stress experienced by Indian seafarers. Employing a descriptive research design, data were collected from 395 Indian merchant navy officers. For data analysis SPSS and SEM were used. The findings of the study revealed a significant relationship between physical factors (fatigue, physical work environment) and stress of Indian Merchant Navy officers.

Sustainable consumption refers to a mind-set where the consumers adopt environmentally and socially responsible consumption behaviour with the focus on meeting one has needs and simultaneously reducing its impact on society and the environment at large. Literature review suggests that sustainable consumption is a very flexible concept that incorporates various factors and these factors can differ among consumers. As a result, this paper aims to study if consumers with different demographics in India differ in sustainable consumption behaviour. Specifically, consumers of different genders, age groups, and income groups differ in their consumption behaviour due to factors such as Quality of Life, Environmental Concerns, and Care for Future Generations. Quantitative research was undertaken for this study and data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 281 samples selected via a non-probability sampling method. The data was analysed using ANNOVA (normally distributed data) and Mann Whitney U Test/Wallis H test (not normally distributed data). Findings indicate that men and women significantly differ in their consumer behaviour on factors of quality of life, care for the environment, and care for future generations. Quality of life also significantly affects sustainable consumption behaviour among the various income groups and age groups. These findings therefore can in the future support marketers in adopting various sustainable practices according to the importance attached to their target audience.

The profitability of the Indian banking industry is directly impacted by the non-performing assets. It is one of the main issues facing India's banking sector. The execution of several committees' recommendations and the government of India's ongoing attempts have had a favourable influence on the economy by lowering the NPA of the Indian banking sector. Due to strategic planning by the Reserve Bank of India and the finance departments, it began gradually decreasing as a percentage of net advances after 2018. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effects of NPA on bank profitability and the techniques used by banks to reduce NPA. The study is based on secondary data that was collected from a variety of bank audited reports, yearly reports from the RBI, websites, etc. It has been determined that the NPA is gradually shifting into a declining mode following the adoption of RBI directives and modification of NPA management strategy.

The primary goal of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis using the key words as Brand Preference, Patanjali and FMCG. The quality and advantages that the brand offers, particularly when it comes to the brand of foods and cosmetics items, have a significant impact on the consumer's decision to purchase a certain brand over time. Consumer satisfaction is calculated by contrasting the product's actual performance with its anticipated performance after use. Since perceptions are so individualized, they are susceptible to distortion. The conflict between buying and not buying persists in our minds unless a large number of people agree with our choice. Brands must thus be positioned in consumers' minds in order to survive in a nation like India. Ayurveda and herbal companies are well-known in India because the country's residents strongly relate herbal items to their spiritual beliefs. In this research paper bibliometric analysis has been done using vos-viewer.
