The post-millennial Generation Z, which was born into a technologically advanced society, is one of the most recent subjects in marketing. There are numerous companies with a wide range of products, and you are bombarded with advertisements from every direction. How then do you market to the most technologically advanced generation, whose focus is hard to get and who has higher expectations of you as a marketer than earlier generations? User generated material is one of the options you might consider (UGC).

Preparing ourselves for future volatile economic environment is a challenge. Every Organization needs to develop a succession plan for taking up the roles and responsibility by the next generation leaders. Indian Public Sectors Units (PSUs) often find themselves in a challenging situation while positioning suitable manpower for the key leadership positions in the changing market situation. They adopt several Management Practices to develop future leaders within the organization, as it is more preferable to develop a Talent Pool in-house, rather than acquiring it from outside. Based on various studies in the past, relationship between Succession planning and Talent Management is well established. Yet, the impact of Performance Management in particular, needs to be specifically addressed, critically analyzed and reviewed in depth in line with acquiring, developing and retaining the talent for a successful Succession Planning. Problem statement - how does Performance Management System impact on Succession Planning? what is the relevance in integrating these two and how does it contribute to organizational sustainability? what are the Talent Management processes that support successful Succession Planning? The study involves a sample of Indian PSUs from various sectors. A mixed method approach for data analysis is preferred. Document analysis involves review of Policy/guidelines, Procedures and Reports related to Human Resource Development (HRD); whereas feedback on perception of employees were collected through interactions with key stakeholders and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify linkage between Performance Management and Succession Planning. The study suggests the holistic approach towards Talent Management and its best practices for a successful Succession Planning. It recommends to identify and develop individuals in-house, for the critical and key leadership roles thus achieving organizational sustainability.

Peer Learnning is an important factor to motivate the employee and it is one of the methods and source to enhance the knowledge and skill. Peer learning helps the faculty to develop him self or herself in various ways for better result. It is not lonely a teaching method but also a learning method innovated by the educationists based on the psychological and sociological concepts. It helps to interact with the peers and shows the roadmap of success with motivation depends upon various roles and responsibility. This research paper confirms the existence of peer effects in a learning process with the data from an experiment. This paper confirms the existence of peer learning effects in a learning process with reference to the motivation and performances. Peer to peer learning is a mutual learning process and source and training strategy which involves participants of the same level of engaging in collaborative learning where no fear is there with the learning attitude. Peer-to-peer recognition makes employees feel motivated to produce better business outcomes. Peer learning models adopted in education sector to enhance the knowledge of the faculty to develop themselves. There are various factors to understand how exactly learning from peers is more effective than your robust training programs. People are most likely to listen to a "person next door" personality. Having a dedicated plan for peer learning in place helps increase employee productivity and boosts their morale among other benefits and helps organisational goals in the big picture. The primary data is used for the study. The data was collected through the structured questionnaire from different post graduate institutes in Maharashtra. The data was analyzed in SPSS and Excel tools.

Industry 4.0 refers to the part of key enabling technologies which includes cyber-physical systems, the internet of things, artificial intelligence big data analytics, and digital twins. Major driving forces behind automated and digital manufacturing settings include these technologies(Castelo-Branco, 2019). Emphasizing sustainability as the cornerstone of business strategy and calling for smart manufacturing, energy-efficient construction, and low-impact industrialization led to the foundation of the United Nations (UN) Sustainability 2030 agenda. Industry 4.0 technology aids in making company processes more sustainable. Few research fields have reported on this technology as it is aimed at improving business sustainability through the innovation of manufacturing processes in different industries (Bag, 2018). These applications are used in a variety of cutting-edge technology to modernize assembly lines. The Internet of Things helps machines to create, process, and transmit data in real-time to both people and other machines, robots can operate independently or in conjunction with humans, manipulate task like grabbing and spinning through its programming and design. On one hand big data and analytics deals with enormous and unstructured data using business intelligence, machine learning and analytics software using cloud computing techniques. Material can be added to solid blocks rather than mechanically removed to create high quality physical items through additive manufacturing (Godina,2020). These technologies are utilized in Industry 4.0 to create cyber physical system that are applied on the production line (Bai, 2020). It supports several sustainability related subfields; advanced manufacturing solutions may be built around the networked systems. It reduces the time to market, improves manufacturing flexibility and make better use of resources (Beier, 2020).

The present research is an attempt to study the mental well-being of sales managers in private-sector banks in India. The researcher has tried to measure the perceived psychological safety and how it impacts the mental wellness of bank managers. The instrument used to study the psychologically safe environment was PSC-12 and WESWBM is used to measure mental well-being. The data has been analyzed using SPSS. The data was collected through an online survey. This research focuses on both, qualitative and quantitative analysis. The findings validate the correlation between the two factors of study and statistically significant validation has been established.

This study seeks to quantify how altering pricing methods affect consumer behavior in E - pharmacy and OTT industries. In Bangalore City a questionnaire was handed out and 600 responses or 79.8% of the total were returned. No statistically significant differences relating to demographic or socioeconomic characteristics were found, although the results did demonstrate a beneficial association between pricing methods and customer behavior.
