The training is the important means to improve power system operators' quality and ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of power system. The job of 10kV line breaker check is one of the most important tasks of relay protection, and the training effect of this job is directly related to the work efficiency and quality of relay protection employees. However, in the training for relay protection trainees, it is impossible to carry out the actual operation in the substation considering the safety factor, and the construction of simulated substation costs a lot. To solve this problem, this paper uses Unity to develop a 10kV line breaker check training system based on virtual reality (VR). The training system development tools, 10kV line breaker check project, the training system structure and function design are introduced in the paper. Practical application shows that the training system is simple to use, easy to learn, can timely and quickly transfer data and results, which has achieved a good training effect.

With the development of big data technology, the world economy is increasingly transforming into digital, and the ever-changing, transparent and inclusive international trade in the digital realm is booming. In order to better improve the trade environment, to reduce trade risks, to improve trade efficiency, and to enhance the status of Chinese enterprises in international trade, the author summarizes the current international business transaction model and analyzes the characteristics and risks of each transaction model. Based on this, the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an assessment model of international business transaction risk based on big data to provide an effective means for Chinese enterprises to assess the risk of international business transaction.

Satellite communication secret signal transmission is a kind of spread spectrum communication. It is easy to produce multi-path interference in the process of generating satellite communication secret signal spread spectrum code sequence at the receiver, so it is necessary to suppress the multi-path interference and reduce the bit error rate (BER) of satellite communication confidential signal reception. A multi-path interference suppression algorithm for satellite communication confidential signal transmission based on passive time flip mirror control and matching filtering is proposed. The spread spectrum channel model and satellite communication secret signal transmission model of satellite communication secret signal transmission are constructed. The time mirror inversion technology is used to realize the effective estimation of the channel, the multi-path component of the received array element in satellite communication secret signal transmission is adjusted, the interference signal is decomposed into positive signal and time mirror inversion negative signal, and then the symbol splicing is carried out to realize the compression coding of satellite communication secret signal, and the focusing gain is obtained. The multi-path interference is eliminated. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the focusing performance of the output impulse response of the satellite communication confidential signal transmission system, improve the anti-interference ability of satellite communication confidential signal transmission, and reduce the communication bit error rate.

The file management of universities has always been a headache nowadays. At present, universities have a variety of public and personal documents or files to manage. The management method still maintains manual physical management, which is time-consuming and laborious, and may even cause serious problems such as "lost file". In order to manage files in a more standardized and efficient way, this design which involves a webpage connected with automation control access system optimizes the archive management of various files. The operation with its linking function allows teachers to preview and edit the retrievable items and the website administer to manage the accounts. The application of webpage can avoid problems such as cumbersome installations and running environment of APPs in mobile phones, and achieves the function of mobile terminals with Quick Look and Quick View, making the files stored at the fixed point and accessible at any time. For the front-end part of the webpage, it draws on a lot of excellent foreign website designs, and applies a flatter icon design and a more fluid transition effect. Connected with the widely-used ASP.Net backend framework, the filing cabinet enjoys a more comfortable and smooth operation experience in addition to its function of efficient filing. Furthermore, it gives the chance to teachers and students to experience the charm of TUTE on the homepage and to get an overview of the university's profile and the latest news. This design is a combination of practicality and aesthetics.

This paper studies the characteristics of big data of power, and aims at the data quality problems faced by power system. It puts forward an assessment method of power system data quality. Based on the characteristics of large power data, a series of indicators influencing the data are analyzed and hierarchically divided to determine the measurement standard of power production data during the process of risk management, namely, the risk index system. Then, the risk assessment model of power data is established by referring to the assessment model in other fields or the rules of deduction and induction in data mining. It can be used to evaluate the quality of power system data, and find a framework and solution suitable for large data quality assessment. Finally, the model is implemented on Hadoop platform, which proves that it takes into account the completeness of the index system, the objectivity of the assessment method and the rapidity of the calculation method.

Infrared dim small target detection has always been one of the difficulties in the field of infrared image processing. Due to the long imaging distance, targets usually occupy a few pixels in images, and lack of textural information. Besides, there is usually low contrast between the small targets and backgrounds in infrared images, the small targets are easily immersed in complex backgrounds, also raise the difficulty. Infrared dim small target detection and tracking technology is of great significance and high value in military and civilian applications and has broad application prospects. This paper focuses on the typical algorithm principles and characteristics of infrared dim small target detection and tracking technology. On this basis, the research status and development trend of infrared dim small target detection and tracking technology are predicted.

According to the mathematical model of the camera, the formula of camera parameter calibration algorithm is derived. The Matlab calibration toolbox is used to design a simulated checkerboard grid according to the requirements. The coordinates of the corners of the checkerboard grid in space and the coordinates in the image plane are used to calibrate the algorithm. The calibration algorithm is given, and the simulation results and error analysis are given to obtain the optimization results. The internal parameters of the camera and the external parameters in different states are obtained to realize the calibration of the camera.

To solve the problem of low accuracy of liquidity risk measurement of financial blockchain, this paper proposes a method based on sandbox to measure liquidity risk of financial blockchain. this paper proposes to collect the current flow information of financial block chain, divide the liquidity risk level of financial block chain according to the collected results, and optimize the risk measurement algorithm in combination with sandbox principle, thus realizing the quasi-measurement of liquidity risk of financial block chain. Finally, the experiment proves that the liquidity risk measurement method of financial block chain based on sandbox has higher accuracy and effectiveness.
