Study on Charged Detection Method of Porcelain Insulator in Single Asymmetric Transmission Line 单线非对称输电线路瓷绝缘子带电检测方法研究

Because the traditional charged detection method of porcelain insulator in single asymmetric transmission line has the disadvantages of low detection efficiency and low detection accuracy, the research on the charged detection method of porcelain insulator in single asymmetric transmission line is proposed. The data is collected by the AD acquisition channel, processed by the limiting filtering method and the fitting algorithm, and then transmitted by the asynchronous transmission interface. After that, the data is detected by the NFT1230 single-chip microcomputer, thereby the research on the charged detection method of porcelain insulator in single asymmetric transmission line is achieved completely. The comparison experiment between the charged detection method of porcelain insulator in single asymmetric transmission line and the traditional detection method is carried out. The experimental results show that the charged detection method of porcelain insulator is about 25% higher than the traditional method in terms of detection efficiency. In terms of detection accuracy, the proposed charged detection method of porcelain insulator is about 36% higher than the traditional method.

Application of Vehicle Event Data in Vehicle Quality Analysis 车辆事件数据在车辆质量分析中的应用

Objectives Researched the event data recorder and applied to vehicle quality judicial identification. Methods Extensive investigated the application of event data recorder at home and abroad, researched the parameter of event data recorder to apply to accident reconstruction, reappeared the vehicle running condition in the event, and combined with system working theory and design principle to analysis whether there is any fault, and used two cases to illustrate the application of event data recorder. Results The application of event data recorder provided a new identification method for judicial identification. Conclusion The application of event data recorder played an important role in judicial identification and enhanced the science level of judicial identification science.

Ownership Information Data in the Rural Land Confirmation Databases 农村土地确权数据库中的权属信息数据

In order to further standardize and clarify the management function of the ownership information in the rural land confirmation management system. In this paper, through the design of relevant functional modules and the establishment of databases, the functional characteristics of modules and the process of database design are elaborated. The analysis of E-R to relational mode is introduced in detail, and the process of database design is further clarified. The process of database design is mainly divided into four stages: demand analysis, conceptual design, logical design and physical design. The establishment of databases for rural land confirmation can provide data basis to relevant sharing platform, and then provides data guarantee for the further use, collation and circulation of rural land.

Clustering-Based Prototype Generation for Imbalance Classification 基于聚类的不平衡分类原型生成

Class imbalance classification has become a crucial problem in machine learning. Under-sampling is a widely adopted technique to address imbalance classification, which mainly depends on either randomly or heuristically resampling on the majority class samples. These sample-based under-sampling methods ignore part of the majority class information during the training. In this paper, we propose a clustering-based prototype generation technique to generate representative the majority and minority class instances with relatively balance ratio, which reduces the imbalanced ratio and the overlap of boundary samples, so as to facilitate classification tasks. We evaluate this algorithm on 8 imbalanced datasets, showing that the proposed method outperforms the other three under-sampling approaches.

In a variety of large data sets, the website log is an important data source. Analyzing the website log, one can get a web page views, viscosity, and related recommendations. The Hadoop ecosystem has the characteristics of open source, active community, covering all aspects of big data processing and a mature ecosystem. In this paper, Hadoop series framework is utilized to test and analyze the website access log. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed technique can analyze and improve user behavior conveniently.

To improve the intelligent evaluation ability of digital teaching resource design ability and optimize the quality evaluation model, a cloud computing-based digital teaching resource design capability quality intelligent evaluation method was proposed. The Attitude Adjustment of Multi-rotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Based on Information Fusion Analysis 基于信息融合分析的多旋翼无人机姿态调整

The navigation technology adopted by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) is the combination of the Global Positioning System (GPS) and the Inertial Navigation System (INS). The major navigation data are obtained through the integration of various sensor information. Therefore, information fusion technology is very important for an integrated navigation system, which has become the research direction of researchers. The research of information fusion technology mainly involves three aspects, i.e. model, information, and algorithm. The space model of Kalman filter in discrete time state was built; in addition, the Sage-Husa adaptive Kalman filter (SHAKF) algorithm was applied to the research on UAV navigation attitude. The results have shown that the improved SHAEKF algorithm can adjust the specific gravity of each sensor according to the actual situation. In summary, the SHAEKF algorithm is very suitable for the efficient information fusion of multi-rotor UAV.

Logical Construction and Realization of Intelligent Service in AI Library 人工智能图书馆智能服务的逻辑构建与实现

Based on artificial intelligence (AI) development, this paper points out that "intelligent service" is the idea and vision to develop library in the future. Based on analyzing the necessity of upgrading library's intelligent service in AI era, this paper constructs a library's intelligent service framework integrating three core elements of "people", "resource" and "space". The conclusion is that in developing library, improving a library's intelligent environment, as well as collecting public intelligence in resource sharing, promoting sustainable innovation in value capture and promoting social development in knowledge service should be focused, and finally "large library" wisdom community can be within reach.

Quantitative Study on Biochemical Composition of Knee Joint Based on Magnetic Resonance Physiologic Imaging 基于磁共振生理成像的膝关节生化成分定量研究

The emergence of physiological magnetic resonance imaging technology provides a wealth of information for the diagnosis and research of knee cartilage lesions. In this paper, the T2 value of degenerative cartilage in the weight-bearing area of the femoral condyle of knee joint was measured in vitro by using 7.0T magnetic resonance T2 mapping sequence. The water content and collagen content of cartilage in the same site were calculated. The collagen fiber orientation was graded under polarized light microscope, and the T2 value was analyzed. Correlation with water content, collagen content and collagen fiber orientation. The results showed that the T2 value of degenerative weight-bearing cartilage was positively correlated with water content (r=0.70, P=0.000), and had no correlation with collagen content (r=0.14, P=0.200), and was positively correlated with collagen fiber orientation. r = 0.56, P = 0.000). The T2 value of degenerative cartilage in the weight-bearing area of human knee joint was positively correlated with the water content of the extracellular matrix component and the biochemical composition of collagen fiber. Timeliness Evaluation of Guangxi-Asean National Sports Culture Cooperation Based on the Consideration of Dynamic Algorithm 基于动态算法的广西-东盟民族体育文化合作时效性评价

With the continuous development of the social economy, cultural development has become particularly important, and the sports culture industry is an integral part of cultural evolution. In order to evaluate the timeliness of Guangxi-ASEAN national sports culture cooperation, the basic model for the national traditional sports culture industry competitiveness based on the dynamic algorithm (that is, the improved "Diamond model" theory algorithm) is established in this paper combined with the characteristics of the national traditional sports culture industry, and an evaluation indicator system is constructed for evaluating the competitiveness of the national traditional sports culture industry. Through the concentration processing of various data on the cooperation of 10 selected countries of ASEAN with Guangxi, four common factors are extracted. The sports cultures of Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Guangxi cooperation are relatively good, while those of Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei and other countries are relatively weak.
