An Improved Adaptive and Structured Sentence Embedding 一种改进的自适应结构化句子嵌入

Recently, attention mechanism has aroused great interest in various fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP). In this paper, we propose a new model for extracting an interpretable sentence embedding by introducing an "Adaptive self-attention". Instead of using a vector, we use a 2-D matrix to represent the embedding and each valid row of the matrix represents a part of sentence. In addition, a length hierarchy mechanism with a unique loss function is applied to adaptively adjust the number of the valid rows of the matrix, which can solve the problem of attention redundancy in short sentences and lack of attention in long sentences. We evaluate our model on text classification tasks: news categorization, review categorization and opinion classification. The results show that our model, compared with other sentence embedding methods, achieve significant improvement in terms of performance when there exists a large amount of data and the length of the data is evenly distributed.

Durability Evaluation of Concrete Bridges Considering Multi-scale High-Efficiency Numerical Models 考虑多尺度高效数值模型的混凝土桥梁耐久性评价

In order to accurately evaluate the durability of bridges under the condition of uncertainty of concrete bridge durability evaluation and incomplete information, a comprehensive evaluation model of bridge durability based on multi-scale high-efficiency numerical model is introduced. The advantages of the model are explained in terms of indicator screening, grading, qualitative description, quantitative description, weight determination, evaluation process and method optimization, and through engineering examples, under the condition that the index information is incomplete and affected by uncertain factors, The model can diagnose the durability grade of the bridge to be evaluated more objectively and accurately, and provide a theoretical basis for the operation management and maintenance and maintenance decision of the bridge.

Development and Implementation of Mobile Platform-Oriented Interactive English Grammar Learning System 面向移动平台的交互式英语语法学习系统的开发与实现

Based on the characteristics of mobile learning, an English grammar mobile learning system on Android platform is designed. Firstly, the background and advantages of mobile terminal and Android system are analyzed. Then, the development mode, database creation and communication mode are discussed. In the system implementation process, we design and implement data transmission based on Tomcat Web server and HTTP protocol, and text information exchange and voice chat based on Openfire instant messaging server and XMPP protocol. At the same time, using online learning algorithm combined with interactive system, as well as C-SVC and v-svc data analysis, the modular design and overall test of the system are realized. The results show that the system is accurate in search, comprehensive in content, conducive to English grammar learning, and it has strong practicability.

Research on Open Education Micro Video Production Strategy Based on New Media Age 基于新媒体时代的开放教育微视频制作策略研究

With the development of the new media environment in the information age, the importance of open education micro-video has been increasing. However, the current open education micro-video has not been fully paid attention to, and there is no corresponding research on the micro-video production strategy. Based on the characteristics of learners and video resources, this paper analyzes the development trend of micro-video, aiming at the two problems of weak resource development and low display level in the construction of open education micro-video. In-depth discussion on the ways in which the two major production strategies of teaching and learning and aesthetics are realized in the process of micro-video production in open education, with a view to promoting the development of open education.

With the continuous innovation and development of science and technology, the level of biomedical technology has been effectively improved. In the process of pharmaceutical manufacturing, the requirements for clean technology have been continuously improved, and the aseptic process equipment isolation technology has been effectively applied. This paper mainly discusses the importance of applying aseptic isolation technology from the perspective of aseptic isolation technology, expounds the aseptic isolation technology in the pharmaceutical industry, and conducts detailed analysis from three angles. The traditional PID control algorithm has simple structure, convenient adjustment and wide application. However, there are also many shortcomings. The quality of drug production varies greatly. Traditional PID control has a certain degree of influence on the control effect due to poor adaptability. hether the content of colonies can be controlled will affect the energy consumption of the system. The two indicators of system energy consumption are the most concerned by users in drug production. Therefore, the author tries to combine the single neuron algorithm with self-learning, robustness and no need to establish a specific mathematical model with the classical PID algorithm to realize the control of aseptic isolation technology.

This paper studied the influence of distance between the receiving coil and the excitation coil on eddy current Array Probe based on finite element simulation method, and the reasonable distance interval is given. The results show that if the distance is too far or too close, the amplitude of the signal reflecting defect information will decrease. For the circumferential receiving coil, a close distance will cause large distortion of the waveform, and for the axial receiving coil, if the distance is too close, detected defect location will be advanced.

Research and Application of Verification Error Data Processing of Electricity Meter Based on Grubbs Criterion 基于Grubbs准则的电能表检定误差数据处理研究与应用

In electricity meter automatic verification process, sometimes abnormal verification error data was given due to the drastic fluctuations of load power and frame drop. Traditional processing method increases measurement and takes average value as the basic data of electricity meter, which is invalid when the abnormity error data is far away from maximum permissible error. For this reason, a new method of determination of basic error is put forward, which uses Grubbs criterion to recognize and eliminate abnormal error data. Take the 13 verification error data of triphase electricity meter as analysis sample, Grubbs criterion is used to eliminate abnormal error data in the data processing, and further calculate the verification basic error of electricity meter. The results show that the method can more accurately reflect the basic error of electricity meter, and improve the verification efficiency, decrease the waste of verification source.

Site Selection of Dangerous Goods Integrated Logistics Management System Based on Line Selection Model 基于选线模型的危险品综合物流管理系统选址

Over the past two decades, humans have been constantly aware of environmental issues, taking into account the long-term impact of human activities on the environment. In particular, the risks brought about by the transportation and handling of dangerous goods have attracted the attention of the public. Therefore, in order to reduce the consequences of an accident during the disposal process, the treatment and disposal facilities should be located in a small population area. This paper first analyzes the optimization objectives of cost, risk and risk fairness. After explaining the assumptions of modeling, the multi-objective model of the location selection of dangerous goods integrated logistics system based on road network risk bottleneck restriction is established. According to the model, a multi-objective programming algorithm is given. Finally, a numerical example is used to calculate the model.

Application of Performance Evaluation of College Counselors In Integrating Target Performance Management 高校辅导员绩效评估在目标绩效管理中的应用

In order to effectively evaluate the performance of college counselors, through the research on the management policy of college counselors in China, this paper proposes a method for evaluating the performance evaluation of college counselors by Integrating Target Performance Management (ITPM). Introduce ITPM into the performance evaluation of college counselors, and conduct performance evaluation based on the understanding of the status quo of college counselors in China. The results show that the ITPM method proposed in this paper is a more suitable method for college counselor performance evaluation, which can improve the construction of counselors and strengthen the management of college personnel.
为了有效地评价高校辅导员的绩效,本文通过对中国高校辅导员管理政策的研究,提出了一种整合目标绩效管理(ITPM)的高校辅导员绩效评价方法。将ITPM引入高校辅导员绩效评估,在了解国内高校辅导员现状的基础上进行绩效评估。结果表明,本文提出的ITPM方法是一种更适合高校辅导员绩效评估的方法,可以改善辅导员队伍建设,加强高校人员管理。

With the informatization of university management, the concept of smart campus is becoming more and more perfect. This paper mainly studies the application of RFID technology in smart campus. Combined with the actual operation of colleges and universities, it analyzes the application requirements of different objects such as teachers and students in each function, proposes design ideas, and proposes solutions to key problems.
