The paper substantiates the significance of continuous control of the asynchronous motor technical state and diagnostic troubleshooting with group supply from the frequency converters. It also provides rationale for combined application of the stationary and mobile monitoring systems with the example of asynchronous motors in the roller table units of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works plate mill 5,000; as well as identifies their technical features. The paper substantiates requirements for functional configuration of the stationary system, considers its hardware providing compatibility with the Lab VIEW NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS software. The developed software is specified, too. The cross-correlation function and signal-to-noise ratio of the phase current are rationally considered as the major testing parameters. The paper also justifies performance of spectrum and current analysis of input currents. It provides the window of the application for visualization and storage of the electric drive operating condition data. The technical state of electric motors of roller tables tested is assumed and their proper functioning is established.

The paper presents the review of basic results which described the optical properties of novel optical filter/multiplexer constructed by multiply coupled wave-guides. For the study, a modified effective index method (MEIM), has been used. It correctly describes, in the 2D case both the phase and the group indexes in a 3D silicon wire waveguide and makes it possible to simulate complicated SOI structures by 2D finite difference time domain method (FDTD). The silicon wire crossings are realized by means of a vertical up and down coupling through the silica buffer of tapered Si wires with the upper thick polymer waveguide. FDTD modeling prove that a short 0.26 mm multiplexer with 32 couplers has FSR 35 nm, spectral resolutions 1.4 nm, internal loss -0.7 dB and sidelobes -20 dB.

In this article the method of demodulating of non-orthogonal N-OFDM signals, that are formed by Hartley transform, is described. N-OFDM demodulation was based on the assessment of accepted amplitudes by Cauchy method, by solving a system of linear algebraic equations. In addition, the article consider the possibility of increasing the spectral efficiency of the system due to compression of N-OFDM, and system's interference immunity by introducing algorithm of demodulation threshold device.

Such data are referred to as current status data, which include right censored and left censored observations (no complete observations at all). Statistical properties of maximum likelihood estimates of distribution parameters have been investigated. The algorithm for nonparametric estimation of unknown distribution function for such kind of data has been proposed.
