The article presents authentication method that differs from other methods by possibility to determine probability of both kinds of errors a priori. At the first stage is comparison of keystrokes intervals with standard by the Spearman correlation coefficient. At the next stage is shift check by Wilcoxon signed-rank test and check of scale parameter difference by Sandvik-Ollson criterion. The very first case of difference leads to access denial. The article also provides results of experimental verification of authenticator, peculiarities of keystroke dynamics and recommendations for the standard sampling.

The paper considers the physical model of radiation heating of the heterostructures during molecular beam epitaxy. It is shown that the temperature of the heteroepitaxial semiconductor with a band gap smaller than that of the substrate increases with increasing of the film thickness. Mechanisms of the temperature change of the Ge/Si heterostructure depending on the film thickness Ge are proposed.

A method for the three-dimensional finite element modeling of geoelectromagnetic fields excited by an arbitrarily oriented induction source is proposed. The results of three-dimensional geoelectromagnetic fields calculations in the induction electrical logging are presented. The capabilities of the induction logging technology in the pulsed mode are analyzed on the basis of the results of 3D-modeling for solving the geonavigation tasks.

A novel variation of the conventional dipole radiator is proposed and named as the center-end-fed dipole radiator (CEFDR). By properly choosing theirs parameters, it is possible to create the versions of the antenna that have suitable range of input resistance and figure-eight tilted radiation patterns. The proposed antenna with relatively low profile and high polarization purity is very suitable candidate for mobile communication systems with single linear, dual linear or circular polarization.

The article analyzes the problem of road traffic progress prediction in the city. Proposed mathematical models and algorithms allow to solve the problem of traffic jam prediction using statistics about the traffic parameters incoming from vehicle monitoring systems. The algorithm of road traffic situation prediction based on known approaches fuzzy search in relational databases using a mixed criterion. The prediction algorithm had been successfully tested using satellite vehicle monitoring data pick up for more than a year. Application of described methods makes possible to achieve high results in predicting of traffic jam. The results of using the proposed prediction method was compared with widely used average speed extrapolation method and actual data for the study period of time.

The paper present a method of improving the performance of sensors of physical quantities with potential output, which have output parasitic capacitance. The practical scheme based on the introduction of the basic sensor schematic special circuit correction of dynamic parameters. The conditions of synthesis of correction circuits that compensate the influence of parasitic capacitance sensor on the operating frequency range of the sensor and the time of the establishment of the transitional process. The paper concerns the availability analysis of multipath routing using Markov processes. Investigated system includes periodic non-ideal control module. This control module is used to obtain path failures. Non-ideal means that there could be errors of control, when operating state is recognized as non-operating and vice versa. Also path restoration could be non-ideal. It means that after path restoration packet loss still exist.

To determine the flash point of carbon-phosphate agent in microwave fields at processing is required to be not exceeded temperature 68 °C over the entire surface of the material being processed. The methods of correction of geometric noise with usage of one certificated thermal field and two not certificated fields are offered. These methods are simple for hardware representation and may be utilised for correction of thermovision map in real time, that is, directly during activity of thermovision device.
