Analysis of the efficiency of methods for inputting the external information into radiation thermometers 辐射温度计外部信息输入方法的效率分析

The paper deals with the simulation of error of non-contact temperature measurements in the presence of a number of external destabilizing factors. It is shown that the usage of standard correction procedure utilizing the “coefficient of emissivity” setting doesn't reduce the error to an acceptable level throughout the range. Two methods of an additional external correction are proposed and investigated.

Nonlinear process control — once-through boiler 非线性过程控制-直通锅炉

This paper presents the nonlinear control system design algorithm - the localization method - applied to the output superheater of the coal power plant once-through boiler. Theoretical basics of the localization method are shown. Linear and nonlinear models of the superheater were earlier developed. Basic descriptions of these models properties are presented, too. The control of the plant is processed by two control cascades; each of these cascades uses the localization controller and the special element for derivatives evaluating the differentiating filter. Through the research there were the different localization loop configuration developments. Simulation results for these variants of the localization loops are presented.

Microplasma breakdown delay spectroscopy of deep level traps in the GaP:N light-emitting diodes GaP:N发光二极管中深能级阱的微等离子体击穿延迟光谱

It was studied microplasma breakdown statistical delay in the green GaP:N light emitting diodes. It was detected unusual strong dependence of deep level traps on the avalanche breakdown statistical delay after changing their charge state with the voltage decreasing on the p-n junction in the temperature range 300-380 K. It was found out four deep level traps and determined their parameters.

Choice of scanning signal working frequency for skin surface sponginess estimation using ultrasonic vibrations 超声振动测量皮肤表面海绵性时扫描信号工作频率的选择

The research on the choice of scanning signal working frequency for skin surface sponginess estimation using ultrasonic vibrations has been made. The experimental setup has been designed. It is shown that the maximum change of the piezoplate voltage is at the resonance frequency for both cases: contact with air and contact with skin surface. The optimum scanning signal frequency for the considered radiator is 485 kHz.

Parallelization research of algorithm for detecting borders on the basis of graph representation 基于图表示的边界检测算法并行化研究

In this paper we consider software implementation algorithm for finding the boundaries of objects in images using Sobel operator. Software implementation is presented in structural-graphical form. We propose a semi-automatic parallelization considered program load. Parallelized algorithm implemented in software product and the efficiency of parallelization was analyzed.
