Cyber Socialization of Russian Youth: Risks of Professional Self-determination 俄罗斯青年的网络社会化:职业自决的风险

This study examined the role of cyber socialization in various kinds of professional choices (field, profession, job, university). The sample consisted of 605 employed individuals, 181 males and 424 females, who graduated from university in the period from 2003 to 2017. We used the «Utrecht work engagement scale (UWES)» and a biographical questionnaire to assess the correctness and stability of professional choice, the importance and effectiveness of cyber technologies in it. The results of ANOVA showed that the graduation time factor increased the role of cyber socialization in professional self-determination but the efficiency of the appropriate application of cyber technologies remains insufficient in many aspects. For example, the cyber technologies importance factor increases the correctness of the university choice but reduces work absorption, a professional motivation indicator; in the group with high cyber technologies importance, the time factor increases the correctness of the job choice but reduces the correctness and stability of professional choice. Thus, cyber socialization gives certain advantages in matters of professional self-determination but does not overcome emerging negative trends which results in new risks associated with the fact that the widespread use of cyber technologies does not always help to make a correct and sustainable professional choice. Profesional Destructions of Employees at Enterprises Against the Background of the Problem of Labour Productivity Growth 劳动生产率增长问题背景下的企业员工职业破坏

The authors take as a premise the necessity to connect the research of psychological aspects of extreme working conditions with the study of the phenomenon of professional destruction of personality and the issues of labour productivity. Having become chronic in Russia, the problem of labour productivity growth is evidently becoming more acute amid the socio-economic crisis. The research aims at revealing psychological predictors of labour productivity levels, as exemplified by Russian enterprises, and the consistent patterns that connect the predictors, which are significant resources of effective manifestation of “the human performance” in the system of production relations. Two approaches to deal with the problem of labour productivity are singled out. In the framework of the first approach, an employee's independence is limited and, in relation to personality, this manifests itself in high level of controlled motivation, which is the key predictor of productivity level in this model. From the perspective of standardizing business communication styles and allocation of employees' management functions, the advantages of the first approach to raising productivity are concurrence in undertaking all actions and quickness in implementing decisions. The restrictions of the approach are decline in both creative initiative and managers' adaptability. In the framework of the second approach, an employee's independence is higher and, in relation to personality, this manifests itself in a lower level of controlled motivation and a comparatively high level of Self-Regulation as the key predictor of level of productivity in this model. The advantages of the second approach are employers' constant readiness for active communication, their behavioral flexibility, good argumentativeness of their own actions and instructions, active informing of partners, readiness to discuss tasks and common problems, assisting employees in solving these tasks, wide use of rewards for performance and readiness to communicate informally. However, the authors come to a conclusion that, at all the enterprises that have been examined, the spontaneously shaped styles of business communication are far from perfect, both in terms of their adequateness to the corporative culture, and in terms of their structure. The closest theoretical and practical objectives are to continue the research in order to reveal employees' typical professional deformations and work out and implement a system of training courses and measures for their professional rehabilitation, taking into account the processes of optimising style structures and employees' functional interaction. Provision of psychological safety of younger pupils of cadet classes 为学员班低年级学生提供心理安全保障

The author's approach to ensuring psychological safety in the educational process is presented. Cadet classes place increased demands on the capabilities and resources of the child, therefore the task of accompanying these educational programs from the point of view of ensuring the psychological safety of children is relevant. The study aims to test the assumption that the program maintains the state of psychological safety, implements a risk-resource approach and aims to update and form components of psychological safety (satisfaction, safety, reference, subjective well-being of the child in the Cadet educational environment, activity) will be effective when accompanied cadet educational programs. Testing of the developed program was carried out with students of cadet classes (53 people in the experimental and 26 in the control group). Based on the theoretical analysis, the components and criteria for the psychological safety of the younger student have been determined. The survey methods (questioning), testing, projective method examined children, parents and teachers in cadet classes to identify the initial and final level of psychological safety of younger students. For statistical processing, cluster and discriminant analysis, Chisquare for contingency tables, criterion of G. signs are used. The article describes the features of the program aimed at forming and maintaining the psychological safety of younger schoolchildren, students of cadet classes. Its effectiveness was determined by all selected criteria with a significance level of no more than p <0.005.
