This paper, with the background of Freescale's intelligent car using a camera as a path detection sensor to scan the path in advance, process the image got from the camera loaded on the intelligent car. First, when the image contrast is not obvious because of lack of light etc all reasons, this paper adopts sub-linear transformation to process the image. For median filter's treatment failure in case of points located on edge of image, this paper proposed an median filtering algorithm with T-shaped window, form our results obtained form experiments, we conclude that this filtering algorithm can not only filter out the noise of edge, but also more conductive to filter the whole image making the edge of image more continuous and smooth. For image segmentation, reference to Sobel operator's high computation speed and Roberts operator's high accuracy, this paper proposed an improved edge detection fusion algorithm between these two operators, this fusion algorithm is better suited to the image division. Test results show that, the amount of computation of this detection algorithm is much less than the Sobel operator, meanwhile, isolated noise can be removed more effectively using this algorithm.

ZrO2 ferrule, the core component of the optical fiber connector, plays an important role in the properties of ZrO2 ferrule. In this paper, the nano-sized ZrO2 ceramic powder was prepared by chemical precipitation process. According to this method, ZrOCl2·8HO, water and PEG-6000 was separately selected as the raw material, solvent and additive. Best processing conditions was determined: consistence of ZrO2 was 0.5mol/L, reaction temperature was 80° and sintering temperature was 600°. The ceramic sintering body was prepared at different pressure and temperature with using the nano-sized ceramic powder which were prepared under the best processing conditions. The structure of the nano-sized ZrO2 ceramic powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and it proved that nano-sized ZrO2 ceramic powder sintered at 600° was mainly the tetragonal phase; Porosity was characterized by Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and it proved that the porosity of sintering body decreased with the increasing temperature. The wearability was tested on MPX-2000 friction pin-disk testing machine and it proved that within a certain temperature range, wearability increased with the increasing molding pressure. Finally, the best sintering temperature was determined as 1450° and the best molding pressure was determined as 600MPa.

The results on nanocomposition modifying in solutions and melts of salts and acids, as well as structural changes associated with the formation of nanocomposition (NC) structure of materials are presented. The associated protonation is a necessary condition for proton separation of primary structure of nanopolymers (PSN) in NC structure model. The shape and size of PSN in simple substances and compounds and their variation in phase transition have been determined with the use of modified formula of cinematic diffraction theory applied to minimal scattering volumes. A conclusion has been made that high content of interblock protons causes mechanical-chemical splitting in crystals.

Researches on the control of inverter based microgrid, multi-agent based microgrid, and decentralized control of distributed generation have attracted more and more attention. It is also important to touch the field of load estimation of microgrid because microgrid can operate more efficiently with the knowledge of load under the mode of utility grid connected or islanding mode. Consequently, EASI (Equivariant variant Adaptive Separation via Independence) algorithm has been presented to figure out it, which is one kind of blind source separation methods. Further simulation on IEEE 9 bus system shows that it can accomplish the task of estimating load profile well without the knowledge of network parameters.

It would take much time to compute the compressibility factor of natural gas with AGA8-92DC method due to the iteration algorithm. To reduce the number of iterations, several curves of relationship between the gas molar density ρm and temperature T under different values of pressure P are fit by the Least-Square method. And then, the value of the molar density ρm under the current pressure P is obtained by the linear interpolation method, which is applied to the iterative calculation. Thus, the number of iterations is decreased and the real-time performance of the algorithm is improved. The modified algorithm is tested by some real-world data sets, and the results show that the improved algorithm is of high accuracy and good reliability, which can meet the requirements of industrial processes.

This paper describes the preparation technology development of optical fiber preform, and gives a comprehensive analysis to the development of domestic and international fiber optic industry. And in this paper, the technical process, preparation methods, principles and difficulties on SiO2 optical fiber preform by sol-gel were also analyzed. This paper provides a theoretical basis for manufacture of optical fiber preform by sol-gel method, and finally future research directions by this method are outlined.

With the development and improvement of wireless communication technology, the technology of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) has caused wide attention. In the system of OFDM, with the deserializing, high-speed data string increases the lasting time of data symbol on each subcarrier, reduces inter-symbol interference effectively which comes from time dispersion of radio channel, and provides the possibility for future high-speed wireless data business. However, the interference existing in actual power lines signal channel, especially of multipath effect, is further intensify the ICI and meanwhile causes the ISI. In this paper, the OFDM system based on wavelet packet not only decreases the complexity, but also improves anti-jamming ability.

The intermediate combustion products of aluminum nanopowder and their mixtures with chromium powder were investigated in the paper. It was established that the additive of chromium powder in aluminum nanopowder increases the aluminum nitride yield in intermediate air combustion products in comparison with aluminum oxide yield maximum 2 times, that implies the accumulation of nitride and heat effect decrease.

Aim at the cleaning of kitchen and industrial axial flow small blades, a multi-function blade clean-polishing machine is designed to clean and polish complex curve surfaces based on TRIZ theory and innovative mechanical structure. The innovative modular design method is adopted, including driver module, transmission module and cleaning module. The prototype is manufactured combined with the specific parameters of common impeller. With the experimental test, the designed prototype modules can run stably and reliably with good clean-polishing effect. Different dirty levels blades can be able to clean according to the good fit of blade shape and the motion trajectory of brush or grinder. Finally, the regulation device design and the regulation process are introduced according to different working objects based on TRIZ theory.
