In order to measure center of gravity of payload rack, a method is put forward to solve this problem by theory of torque balance in rotating coordinate system. Forward computation is used to calculate the weight and center of gravity of payload rack. Then makes an accuracy analysis of this method by inverse computation which focuses on calculating sensor readings including maximum expected errors, and finally makes an accuracy comparison when the payload rack weight is 10000 N and 1000 N. The results show that: if the accuracy of the sensors is 0.01%, measured weight is within 0.3% of actual weight, each of measured center of gravity is within 3 mm of actual center of gravity, and higher accuracy could be achieved by further increasing the weight of the rack under the same condition.

Draught fan system of boiler is a nonlinear, strong interference and large delay complexity system, conventional control theory is difficult to achieve satisfactory control performance. According to the characteristics of the power plant boiler draught fan system, this paper puts the rules and reasoning mechanism of fuzzy control application in the parameters calibration of the conventional PID controller and design a fuzzy adaptive PID controller, using fuzzy reasoning method to achieve PID parameters on-line self-tuning. Simulation results show that the control scheme is superior to the conventional PID control's effect, and has good dynamic characteristics and stability.

It's necessary to evacuating air from the Evacuated Tube Transportation (ETT) system before operation. As for the airlock, the air would be evacuated at every turn. Start-up speed of ETT and switching effect of the airlock will mainly depend on the time to taking out gas. This paper analyses relative factors to affect the time to taking out gas (vacuumizing) and the function relating to the time to take out gas, such as orifice conductance, diameter of the tube, length of the tube, interval space between two pumping station, effective vacuumizing speed and target vacuum degree. Based on the numerical value calculation, some suggestions to reduce the time to take out gas were put forward.

To realize the medical semantic annotation of mammogram, a semantic modeling approach for calcifications in mammogram based on hierarchical Bayesian network was proposed. Firstly, support vector machines was used to map low-level image feature into feature semantics, then high-level semantic was captured through feature semantic fusion using Bayesian network, finally semantic model was established. To validate the method, the model was applied to annotate the semantic information of mammograms. In this experiment, we chose 142 images as training set and 50 images as testing set, the results showed that the precision ratio of malignant samples is 81.48%, and benign samples is 73.91%.

Electromagnetic processes occurring in different electrical circuits of capacitive microelectromechanical (MEM) mechanical-to-electrical energy converter are analyzed. The converter allows to periodically recover the energy taken from the primary source, and, thus, to operate as MEM electrical energy recuperator. Analytical expressions for evaluation of the charge recuperated to the primary energy source are derived. Dependences of the characteristics of the electrical energy recuperators on the system parameters and architecture are presented.

Converter transformer plays an important role in the HVDC transmission system. The insulation in converter transformer withstands both the AC and DC voltage during operation, which is different from that in normal power transformer. In order to investigate the effect of DC electric field on streaming electrification in converter transformer, an oil/paper tube model with concentric cylindrical electrode geometry was built and the flow electrification under the DC electric field was investigated in laboratory. The results demonstrated that the energization by positive DC voltage can enhance the streaming electrification especially at high temperature. With the increment of temperature, the streaming current first increases and reaches a peak value, and then decreases at higher temperature. The flow velocity has a little effect on the streaming current in the low temperature region. However, in the high temperature region the increase of flow velocity greatly enhances the electrification. Furthermore, ion migration is the main reason that causes the flow electrification under the DC electric field.

For the problem of gas qualitatively identify in the field of gas detection, this paper is based on the multi-sensor and pattern recognition of neural network, the uniform change voltage of the sensor output is simulated by the gradient descent algorithm, the additional momentum algorithm and the LM algorithm of neural network, then compare the three simulation results of the three algorithms, the result proves that the LM algorithm is the optimal algorithm of the data simulation in this paper, in the range of allowable error, completed the gas qualitative identification.

In this paper mainly describes a quartz tuning fork temperature sensor based on bending vibration. The main working components of quartz tuning fork temperature sensor are quartz tuning fork and driving circuit, according to the piezoelectric effect principle of quartz crystal, researching on correlative incentive mode, selecting cut type and setting electrodes reasonably, and applying finite element method and Matlab to simulate and analyze the vibration mode as well as temperature and frequency characteristic. The experiment proves that it doesn't have increment error that brought by A/D converter, and it can be compatible with high speed digital systems, at the meanwhile it has high precision, low cost, small size, great developing potential. The experimental results shown that a temperature accuracy of 0.01 °C and a resolution of 0.005 °C within temperature range from 0 °C to 100 °C. All these research are helpful to design satisfactory performance of the sensor for temperature measurement.

According to the characteristics of forest fire, this paper design a forest fire monitoring system based on wireless sensor network. The system consists of ZigBee coordinator, routers, end nodes and PC computer. The ZigBee nodes compose wireless sensor network by ad-hoc network mode, and is mainly responsible for collecting and transporting the special environment parameters of the forest including temperature, humidity, and light intensity and so on. LabVIEW based on PC computer analyzes and displays the data that transported from ZigBee network, so as to achieve real-time remote monitoring of forest environment.
