Islamic financial institutions have grown rapidly since 1992 which was marked by the establishment of the first Islamic bank in Indonesia, namely Bank Muamalah, and then other Islamic banks emerged and until now the market share of Islamic banks is very high. Not only banking deposits but non-bank financial institutions also have a bright future such as Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT). BMT also has a role in the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. One of the BMTs that also has a big role in the economy in Lampung is BMT Mekar Abadi Aji Sejahtera which has assets whose value has reached large. However, there are things that are a problem in the BMT, namely that there are still many employees at BMT who are not graduates of the Sharia economics study program or Sharia banking which are linear with their work as employees in Islamic financial institutions. For this reason, the service that will be carried out is aimed at providing an understanding of Muamalah fiqh which is the basis for the activities of Islamic financial institutions so that employees' understanding of the importance of the provisions in muamalah, especially regarding contracts in financial institutions can increase. this. The result of this service is that the provision of understanding to BMT employees about Fiqh Muamalah becomes a very important thing to do because with increased understanding of Fiqh Muamalah, especially about Akad, the possibility of errors in issuing new products in Islamic financial institutions will be small. Tantangan yang akan dihadapi oleh generasi muda, tentulah tidak mudah karena bertepatan dengan kondisi bonus demografi. Ini memaksa siswa untuk mengelola diri agar terfokus pada wirausaha. Inilah yang menjadi solusi bagi diri sekaligus bangsa. Sehingga pemberian materi terkait kreativitas, inovasi, kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan (CIEL), mutlak diperlukan. Melalui metode pembelajaran video dan ceramah, maka materi akan mudah diterima oleh siswa. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan adanya antusiasme siswa untuk belajar dan memahami CIEL. Sehingga perlu adanya tindak lanjut dari pendekatan ini, dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan dalam mengintegrasikan kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan ke dalam materi pengajaran.

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang serba daring, lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajarannya, salah satunya yaitu SMPN 15 Malang. Tentu usaha ini tidak hanya dilakukan oleh lembaga, tetapi juga pemerintah dan civitas akademika yang lebih tinggi kapabilitas keilmuannya yaitu perguruan tinggi. Guru memegang peran penting di dalam peningkatan mutu di sekolah, terutama pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Kurangnya motivasi, literasi teknologi rendah, dan minimnya pendampingan membuat mutu pengajaran di SMPN 15 Malang cenderung stagnan, terutama pada media pembelajarannya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pendampingan dalam mengembangkan media inovasi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang membidik guru-guru sebagai eksekutor di lapangan. Pendampingan ini melibatkan beberapa dosen dari Jurusan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Negeri Malang. Setelah melakukan analisis permasalahan, kemudian dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan dengan tujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan memenuhi kebutuhan inovasi pengajaran yang fokus pada media di SMPN 15 Malang. Hasil dari pendampingan ini guru mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dalam mengembangkan media inovatif pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berbasis kolaborasi daring.

Selama ini, perilaku minta-minta sudah menjadi budaya sosial untuk mencari penghasilan. Demikian pula perilaku minta-minta hasil ikan (ngojur) dari pemilik perahu sudah menjadi budaya masyarakat nelayan Mayangan untuk mendapatkan penghasilan dengan pengeluaran yang minimal. Tujuan yang dicapai dalam pekerjaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk perkembangan moral dan motivasi belajar anak-anak yang peminta ikan (ngojur), mengetahui mengapa mereka siap untuk berhenti sekolah dan memilih pekerjaan ngojur, berapa pendapatan mereka perhari. memahami pola interaksi yang terbangun pada sesama pelaku ngojur dan pelaku ngojur dengan juragan darat. Serta faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mendukung perkembangan akhlak dan pembelajaran anak. Subjek berjumlah empat orang. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perkembangan moral dan motivasi belajar anak nelayan (ngojur) sudah meningkat, dan bentuk pelaksanaannya sama dengan anak npada umumnya, namun anak peminta ikan perlu pembinaan yang lebih dalam dan lebih kuat dengan metode yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, guru harus menguasai kompetensi pengembangan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis-kreatif siswa. Blended learning dipilih sebagai pendekatan dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran berpikir kritis-kreatif. Dengan blended learning, diharapkan diperoleh berbagai keunggulan yang digabungkan untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah guru-guru MGMP Bahasa Indonesia Kota Malang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 27 Oktober 2020 di Ruang Senat, Graha Rektorat Lantai 9 Universitas Negeri Malang. Materi yang disampaikan adalah kompetensi guru berbasis TPACK hingga model pembelajaran berpikir kritis-kreatif. The place of community service is SDN 1 Tibubeneng Badung, where this school has a two-story building and a large number of students. So it is necessary to carry out counseling and earthquake simulations in order to prepare students physically and mentally when facing an earthquake when they are actually no longer panicked and afraid. Earthquakes are vibrations or shocks that occur on the surface of the earth due to vibrations from within the earth that cannot be predicted. Therefore, in handling earthquake disaster mitigation in Indonesia, especially in Bali, it is still lacking. So due to lack of information causing unpreparedness for disasters as experienced by teachers and students of SDN 1 Tibubeneng. The implementation method used in this activity is the provision of materials and earthquake disaster mitigation simulation training. The results of the activity showed that all students and teachers were able to take part in the counseling and earthquake mitigation simulation activities well. Judging from the enthusiasm and interactiveness of the students in receiving the material and following the instructions and directions given during the simulation activities.

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of cooking skill training for teenagers in the community in Wonosari Cilik Village, Doro District. This training is designed to equip youth with basic skills in cooking, so that they can develop their potential in cooking and increase their independence. Implementation of cooking training activities is given directly. This activity was carried out in 1 day and was attended by 6 youths involved in the training. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of education using the demonstration method. This community service activity includes training in making viral food, namely seblak. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for parties involved in organizing cooking skills training for adolescents.

The use of waste as a raw material in new production processes as well as conversion of existing processes is the main topic of resource optimization. Reducing the environmental impact by utilizing waste-based raw materials is a characteristic of certain efficient technologies. Used cooking oil can be used as an alternative ingredient for making candles The method used in carrying out this activity was socialization related to household waste management and then collecting used cooking oil and the practice of making aromatherapy candles with used cooking oil as the basis. The targets chosen in carrying out Community Field Work Practices (PKL) activities in Beran Lor Hamlet were PKK and community leaders. The results of a program conducted in Dusun Beran Lor, Tridadi, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta regarding the practice of making aromatherapy candles with used cooking oil as the basis for the residents of Beran Lor Hamlet have been able to practice the process of making aromatherapy candles from used cooking oil. Together with Dusun women, women, and Beran Lor hamlet cadres, we conducted counseling and hands-on practice as well as distributing the products that were produced to each of the women who took part in this event. So, therefore used cooking oil or what is known as kitchen waste can be used as an aromatherapy candle as a way to reduce cooking oil waste.

Paper ini bertujuan mendalami dan meningkatkan wawasan tentang fungsi dan peran Badan Pelaksana Otorita Danau Toba (BPODT) yang bertanggung jawab atas koordinasi pengembangan Kawasan Pariwisata Danau Toba sebagai Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan berkunjung langsung ke kantor BPODT, survey lapangan, serta berdiskusi melalui zoom. Paper kegiatan ini ditulis menggunakan metode kualitatif Otorita Danau Toba berupaya melibatkan masyarakat, melalui dialog dan forum partisipatif. Otorita Danau Toba juga mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat lokal melalui program pelatihan dan bantuan modal dalam pendampingan desa-desa wisata. Otorita Danau Toba berperan bersama masyarakat dalam melestarikan budaya dan lingkungan, serta memberikan kesempatan kerja dan pemberdayaan sosial kepada masyarakat setempat dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial daerah.
