The existence of both traditional market and electronic market complexities supply chain competition. Based on a weakest traditional retailer which buys product from manufacturer 1, who contend against manufacturer 2 in electronic market. This paper finds out their optimal decisions, and the conditions in which supply chain coordinates. After that, it analyses how manufacturers' product costs affect three enterprises' optimal revenues, and the paper also finds out some managerial inspirations.

The traditional measurement attribute has substituted by fair value under the new accounting standards. There is an impact on the profits of public company. We carry on a empirical analysis through the selection of 92 samples from some public companies, the correlation coefficient r =− 0.725 **, the result is that change of fair value have a strong negative correlation with total profit. That is why most companies do not want to use fair value. Due to use of fair value the accounting information is more true and accurate. Lastly, it makes recommendations that develop accounting system in china.

Customer Participation has become a relatively mature theory in marketing with its fast development in the recent 30 years. This article brings this theory into the research of service innovation in tourism and holds the view that customer participation has changed into an important dimension in it. The external causes can be found in that it follows the shifting background setting from product economy to service economy, conforms to the competitive customer-centered environment in present-day hospitality industry, embodies the latest international trend in innovation theory and gains the full support of modern information technology. The fact that it represents the essence of all-round customer experience in modern tourism, helps the service providers with the actualization of their economic and social values, satisfies the mental needs of the service consumers accounts for the internal causes. The four basic and evaluative conclusions that the paper draws is that the atmosphere for tourism service innovation with customer participation is well-formed, it is high time to innovate tourism service to make customer participation a mainstream in the industry, and more researches on China's local practice of customer service innovation and cross-disciplinary studies are required. But meanwhile the author points out the limitations of the theory as a new perspective in tourism service innovation and warns the impossibility of it as a therapy to all problems.

With rapid development of the mobile commerce, exploring new applications and services for mobile environments has become a hot topic. In this paper we propose a location-aware recommender system for tourism mobile commerce service platform. Specifically, we integrate GPS into the recommender system to create a location-aware recommender system. The location-aware recommender system can recommend attractions to the customer with the customer's rating of attractions and the customer's sensitivity to location. We present the constructed approaches in this paper.

In this paper, a pesticide detection system is designed based on amperometric acetylcholinesterase biosensor for rapid detecting pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables. This system made use of the electrochemical characteristic of enzyme catalyzing substrate of acetylcholinesterase biosensor for detecting pesticide residues. The behavior of cyclic voltammograms (CV) of the prepared biosensor is studied and based on this CV characteristic the data acquisition and processing circuit of the weak current signals generated by the biosensor is designed, which including the I/V conversion, differential amplification, low-pass filter, A/D conversion etc. Eventually, the 0∼5V voltage signal are obtained and they are proportional to the weak current from the enzyme biosensor. Four kinds of standard pesticide of different concentrations was tested with the detection system respectively, the results showed that the detection limits are all lower than 5µg/kg.

Velvet is a very effective de novo assembly algorithm specifically designed for assembling read data from next generation sequencing platforms. Velvet runtime parameter “Hash Length” essentially affects the performance of assembly. This study proposed an effective method to resolve the problem that determination of optimal hash length greatly depends on the experience of the user. Firstly, we analyzed the effect factors of optimal hash length, including depth of coverage, base calling error rate and complexity of read data. Then, we set up a RBF (Radial Basis Function) Neural Network trained by various assembly data sets, which could automatically suggest optimal hash length for Velvet algorithm based on the effect factors. The experimental results proved the validity of our method.

There are many web services which are called by users as data or function interface in the digital platforms of campus. It is an urgent problem to be solved that monitoring the management and performances of those web services. This paper constructs a managing and monitored platform for servers based on the B/S architecture by using the technology of Web Services and Flex. The business logic of this system is promoted by the technology of Web Services combined with JavaEE architecture, which also provide data interface for the system. While the web page presentation of the system is supported by Flex technology. According to the test of the system, the utilization rate of CPU and memory and other information of Windows, Solaris and Linux OS can be obtained and monitored real timely by the system for these valid hosts. Besides, the system can make classification and presentation, and do the operations that contain adding, deleting, altering and searching to the web services.
