With the rapid economic development in China, the industrial pollution emission seriously threatens our living environment. Due to the lack of external constraints, enterprises may not consciously control polluting and protect environment. So it is essential for the government to implement regulation on the polluting behavior of enterprises. The reason of environmental pollution is the externality of the polluting behavior. After introducing the principle and the objective of government regulation in the control of pollution, the paper analyzes the influence of government regulation on the polluting behavior of enterprises on the basis of game theory. The conclusion is that the effective punishing measures must be taken to give full play to the role of government regulation.

The testing methods for hunting vulnerabilities in web applications can be mainly classified into two categories: white box testing and black box testing. This paper focuses on the research on black box testing for the SQL injection vulnerability. Through the combination of fuzzy test and mock attack testing, a new testing method for hunting SQL injection is proposed, in which the injection parameters can be divided into several sets of equivalence classes according to the defined multi-defense levels of testee web systems. By injecting the most representative parameters selected from each equivalence classes, the mock attack testing for hunting SQL injection can be very effective and low cost. Experimental result shows that this method can achieve desirable result for SQLI mock attack testing in real web applications.

Vegetation indices of NDVI, VIgreen, VARI, EVI were used to establish the one-dimensional linear inversion model combing with field vegetation canopy reflectance and canopy chlorophyll content. By comparison of the results, the model accuracy of NDVI is much higher. But the model established by the 4 indexes has the highest accuracy with the correlation coefficient of 0.503 and root mean square error of 0.3969mg/g. There is a good linear relationship between model predicted chlorophyll value and measured value, the coefficient of determination is 0.546. Surface reflectance products of MOD09A1 (Year 2009) is used to get chlorophyll spatial distribution and to analyze the regional and seasonal characteristics of chlorophyll variation.

Spectral clustering is a powerful technique in data analysis. We extend the spectral clustering method to point cloud segmentation. By connecting each point with its neighbors and assigning the edge a weight that describes the similarity, the point cloud can be represented as a graph. Then segmentation problem can be turned into a graph min-cut problem, which is NP hard. If we cut this graph into p parts, spectral clustering provides a relaxed solution in space Rn×p. A novel approach is presented to find the neighbors of a point in the point cloud, which is adaptive to the sampling density of point cloud and is more accurate than the k-nearest neighbors on close-by surface sheets. A bilateral filter is used to guarantee that only the close points with similar normal directions having high weights. By removing redundant eigenvectors from the spectral domain, the segmentation solution is found in a lower dimensional space. We prove that this method is theoretically reasonable and experimental results show the efficiency.

This paper discusses the influence of supply chain finance to supply chain performance management. We apply system dynamics to establish a supply chain finance model based on logistics, information and cash, and take quantitative analysis to the change of supply chain performance considered initial cash of retailer, Loan-to-value Ratio, average loan costs as control variables. It turns out that, this model can be used to optimize supply chain performance management.
