The purpose of this article is to establish a mathematical model for the degradation process of biodegradable medical polymer materials. In order to making biodegradable polymer materials can be applied to the medical field successfully, an study about its degradation process is carried out. A sub-regional, sub-time degradation model is established according to the phenomenon that chemical reaction mechanism of surface and internal is not the same. The calculation is performed to solve the degradation model which we have established. In this article, we apply this model into the calculation of plate degradation. By the comparison of the calculation results, the experiment values and the calculated values of Pan's model, a conclusion that this model is closer to experimental results compared with Pan's model, and that this model is reasonable to experiment.

Water quality safety early warning system is the key point of ensuring the water resources safety and sustainable use. This paper describes early warning system of water quality safety by using RBF (Radical Basis Function) neural network model. The system consists of four parts: water quality monitoring, early warning of water quality evaluation, early warning signal identify of water quality, and decision management. The study is applied to determining and analyzing the hazard degree of water quality safety in Songhua River Basin. Results show that the degree of water quality is in grade four, which is at serious alert. The practice and the result of the fuzzy evaluation method prove that it is feasible and scientific that the study combining RBF model with early warning system of water quality safety, and good effect is achieved.

In wireless sensor networks, coverage is an important measurement of quality of service (Qos). In this paper, a k-coverage configuration protocol based on the probabilistic detection model (Pro-CCP) is proposed. Pro-CCP is fully distributed and localized. Using our previous work named coverage eligible rule (CER), the proposed protocol is able to configure sensors into several disjoint active sets, each of which can maintain the monitoring area being covered no less than probabilistic γ. In addition, the scheduling scheme after the coverage configuration is presented in details. Simulations and analysis show us that Pro-CCP is a robust algorithm that can configure network coverage for various requirements, and it outperforms than the CCP on the ability of turning off redundant nodes.

In this paper, we establish the research framework to study the dynamic shock effect of two-levels financial expenditure on output, by using 1979–2007 annual macroeconomic data and SVAR model, in order to analyze the effect of two-levels financial expenditure on output, and introduce private investment and consumption to the model to study the pathway which the fiscal expenditure variables effect output. The results show that the two impact response function of output have differences from each other, the reason is that the central and local financial expenditure have different focus areas which they invest in, so it is necessary to make sure the responsibility of all levels of government, in order to make the financial expenditure more effectual.

Contrarian and Momentum are the strongest and most puzzling asset-pricing anomalies in stock market. We investigates the performance of winner and loser portfolio in China stock market after the share structure reform in this paper. The results reveal that there is the contrarian effect only in loser portfolio; while the momentum effect is observed only in winner portfolio.

Along with the development of steel continuous casting, Crystallizer oscillation technology becomes an important measure to increase productivity and improve product quality. In this paper, based on the advanced hydraulic servo technology, a servo oscillation system is set up by electro-hydraulic servo valve, servo cylinder and so on. Digital models are then built according to actual production parameters. The improved PID control method is also introduced. Finally, MATLAB is adopted to simulate and analyze this system. The system is proved to be quick, accurate, stable and highly feasible.

Conducted electromagnetic interference in numerical control machine are introduced at first. PWM motor drive system is widely applied to numerical control machine tools. However, owing to power converter adopts pulse width modulation, which inevitably causes conducted common mode EMI. Common mode EMI generated by voltage source PWM inverter and the essences of its adverse effects are investigated in the paper, and common mode EMI reducing methods are also presented. Regarding the data collection process for a comprehensive automated environmental monitoring and precaution platform, this paper first analyses the key issues and challenges, including setting of monitoring targets, heterogeneity of monitoring equipments, diversity of communication methods, and online monitoring. Based on this, an embedded real-time environmental data collecting system is proposed. The contributions of the paper are as follows: we have designed an embedded environmental data collector which supports three collecting modes; we have proposed a novel integration technique for heterogeneous monitoring devices and an adaptive internetworking approach. The proposed system is a component of a distributed environmental monitoring platform which will be deployed in Guangzhou city.
