Information extracting and assessment of soil erosion based on remote sensing information in the upper basin of Guanting reservoir 基于遥感信息的官厅水库上流域水土流失信息提取与评价

Soil erosion of the upper basin of Guanting reservoir in Zhangjiakou was assessed based on Landsat TM5(2007-5-19) and DEM (1∶50000). (SL190-2007) and the multifactor comprehensive method were adopted, and land use, vegetal cover and slope were selected as assessing factors. The result shows that very low soil erosion covers 43.36%, and the intensive soil erosion patches are rather fragmentized and difficult to be treatment uniformly.

Fault diagnosis of natural gas compressor based on EEMD and Hilbert marginal spectrum 基于EEMD和Hilbert边际谱的天然气压缩机故障诊断

The paper utilizes ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) and Hilbert marginal spectrum for the fault diagnosis of the reciprocating compressor on the offshore platform of WZ12-1, aiming at the non-stationary and nonlinear characteristics of vibration signals collected from the faulty compressor. First, the EEMD algorithm self-adaptively anti-aliasing decomposes the vibration signal into a set of intrinsic mode function of different frequency bands. Then, the Hilbert marginal spectrum with some advantages in frequency resolution is used to extract the fault feature. Next, the proposed method succeeds in diagnosing the fault of the reciprocating compressor. The results show that the proposed method is feasible.
针对WZ12-1海上平台往复压缩机振动信号的非平稳、非线性特点,采用集合经验模态分解(EEMD)和Hilbert边际谱进行故障诊断。首先,EEMD算法自适应抗混叠,将振动信号分解为一组不同频带的本征模态函数;然后,利用在频率分辨率上具有一定优势的希尔伯特边际谱提取故障特征;其次,该方法在往复压缩机故障诊断中取得了成功。结果表明,该方法是可行的。

Optimization of topographic index computation 地形指数计算的优化

The topographic index is an important input parameter for TOPMODEL. It integrates saturation deficit basin and catchment area. The catchment area is demanded while we calculate topographic index. Conventional approaches to catchment computation include recursion, backtracking and traversing. However, these approaches are resource consuming and inefficient. In this paper, borrowing ideas from water downflow, we propose a novel method for computing the topographic index. The method is simple and efficient. Experimental results on real data sets show that the proposed method is more efficient than the traversing approach.

Ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) plays a key role in regulating the cellular response to ionizing radiation. Here,we highlight some of the new developments in the fields in our understanding of the mechanism of activation of ATM and ATR and their signaling pathways, address some of the prominent,unanswered questions related to ATM and ATR structure and function. The scope of this article is to provide a brief overview of the recent literature on this subject and to raise questions that could be addressed in future studies.

Lower-bound performance of Erasure Error Correction for reliable real-time wireless multicast 用于可靠实时无线组播的Erasure纠错下限性能

A General Architecture of Erasure Error Correction (GA-EEC) under strict delay constraints was proposed to guarantee the reliability requirement of real-time multicast services over wireless networks. To optimize the parameters of the GA-EEC, an upper-bound for evaluating its Packet Loss Ratio (PLR) performance was also proposed before. For judging the tightness and the precision of the upper-bound, in this paper, a lower-bound of evaluating the PLR performance of the GA-EEC is proposed. The analysis results show that both the upper-bound and the lower-bound are nearly identical when the average link PLR is very small. It indicates that both of them are very tight and accurate for evaluating the PLR performance of the GA-EEC in case of real-time multicast scenarios with small average link PLR. Furthermore, it is found that: the stronger the ability of error correction of the GA-EEC is, smaller the gap between the upper-bound and the lower-bound is. This result is very meaningful: lower the target PLR requirement is, tighter and more accurate the upper-bound is. It hints that the upper-bound is very suitable for designing the optimum parameters of the GA-EEC for guaranteeing very low target PLR requirement of real-time multicast services over wireless networks.

Study of real-time expert system in the central Air-conditioning system of the special ship 专用船舶中央空调系统实时专家系统研究

This study focuses on the air-conditioning system operation characteristics of the special Ship, relying on the modern computer technique to establish a real-time expert air conditioning control system. Control requirements of the air conditioning system for real-time expert system and temperature and humidity control strategies were discussed. By analyzing the hardware and software design requirements of the real-time expert air conditioning control system. The real-time system shows that it not only have the real-time monitoring function, but also have the data management, printing, status display and alarm functions. This system has the real-time fault diagnosis function, and can evaluate many functions in special circumstances. It is important for improving the reliability of the central air conditioning system operation, extended equipment life, reduce energy consumption and protect human safety.

Forecast of Chinese feed grain demand based on system dynamics model 基于系统动力学模型的中国饲料粮食需求预测

With the rapidly increasing the population, growing urbanization level and rising income of urban and rural residents, the food consumption structure has undergone tremendous changes in China, which further impacted on China's future food consumption demand profoundly. Based on system dynamics (SD) method, a predicting model, named FSD, for China's food consumption demand is established in this paper. FSD not only effectively solves the problems that traditional model are commonly encountered, such as lack of data and the difficulty to quantify data, but also improves the prediction accuracy of the overall system. Based on the predicting results, related policy options for Governments are proposed to ensure the safety of future food consumption in China.

Predicting coke price by semiparametric regression method based on cointegration analysis 基于协整分析的半参数回归方法预测焦炭价格

According to the characteristics of consumption of coke, based on the analysis of Co-integration theory, the article utilized the model of semi-parametric regression to forecast coke' price by giving the data of coke' consumption market from January 1997 to April 2009 and so as to raise estimation precision of short-term coke' price. The test results of coke and iron price series for both Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) and co-integration analysis demonstrated that there was a co-integration relationship between the coke and iron price series. And then, the article suggested the parametric sectors was replaced by error correction operator. The result of linear analysis proved that the yield of coke was selected in non-parametric part. The semi-parametric regression combined with error correction operator was constructed. The article utilized cross validation method to select optimum bandwidth, choosing the Parabola kernel for the Kernel function. The least squares estimation was selected in new modeling estimation. The estimation results of real case was demonstrated that the semi-parametric regression model based on error correction operators not only reduced boundary estimation error but also strengthen economical interpretation. It is effective method to forecast coke' price in short-term.
根据焦炭消费的特点,在协整理论分析的基础上,利用半参数回归模型对焦炭价格进行了预测,给出了1997年1月至2009年4月的焦炭消费市场数据,以提高短期焦炭价格的预测精度。焦炭和铁价格序列的ADF检验和协整分析结果表明,焦炭和铁价格序列之间存在协整关系。然后,本文建议用误差修正算子代替参数扇区。线性分析结果表明,焦炭产率选择在非参数部分。构造了结合误差修正算子的半参数回归模型。本文利用交叉验证方法选择最优带宽,选择抛物线核作为核函数。在新的建模估计中选择最小二乘估计。实例的估计结果表明,基于误差修正算子的半参数回归模型不仅降低了边界估计误差,而且增强了经济解释。对焦炭价格进行短期预测是一种有效的方法。

And then, the article suggested the parametric sectors was replaced by error correction operator. The result of linear analysis proved that the yield of coke was selected in non-parametric part. The semi-parametric regression combined with error correction operator was constructed. The article utilized cross validation method to select optimum bandwidth, choosing the Parabola kernel for the Kernel function. The least squares estimation was selected in new modeling estimation. The estimation results of real case was demonstrated that the semi-parametric regression model based on error correction operators not only reduced boundary estimation error but also strengthen economical interpretation. The development of modern agriculture causes the planter, the processing and the agricultural product circulation to link together closely. The agriculture whose feeble constitution characteristic is obvious not only needs to undertake the output risk (natural disaster), but also needs to undertake the price risk from the second industry and the third industry. The feeble constitution of agriculture and the public goods constitution of agricultural product circulation request government to protect agriculture. The agricultural political insurance is the best choice for the government to protect the agriculture and control the risk of agricultural income.
