Evaluation of Ethephon on in vitro Fertilization and Oxidative Stress in Female mice 乙烯利对雌性小鼠体外受精及氧化应激的影响

Methods: In this experimental study, the animals were divided into 5 groups; control (received no substances), sham (daily received serum physiology orally), ethephon 1 (daily received 192 mg/kg orally), ethephon 2 (daily received 240 mg/kg orally), ethephon 3 (daily received 480 mg/kg orally). At the end of the 28-day treatment period, the ovaries were removed from their body for in vitro fertilization. Oxidative stress markers, including malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC), were measured in serum samples. Fertility parameters, including oocyte percentage, fertilization percentage, and embryo quality, were also examined. Data were analyzed using oneway ANOVA and Tukey’s post hoc test.

Received: 20 Jan, 2020 Accepted: 20 Apr, 2020 Abstract Background and Objectives: Nanoparticles have a wide range of applications, such as environmental, pharmaceutical, nutritional, diagnostic and therapeutic, cosmetics, agricultural, energy, textile, and electronics applications. This study aimed to investigate the antiangiogenesis properties of cerium oxide nanoparticles synthesized by green method from Persicaria bistorta Plant. Angiogenesis refers to the process of formation of new blood vessels from pre-existing blood vessels, which is important for the normal growth and development of the body. Persicaria bistorta is a perennial plant that its height is slightly less than 1 m and in some areas is very short and up to 20 cm. One of the distinct characteristics of the plant is its thick underground stem that is cylindral clinging and its outer surface is covered by a lot of beads with medicinal uses.

Social support received by spouse and self-care are effective factors in controlling and preventing the complications of hypertension, therefore, this study was performed with the aim of investigating the effect of education based on spousal social support on improving self-care behaviors in men with high blood pressure.

In various studies, the association between dietary carbohydrate and mental health, have been controversially reported. Therefore, for the first time, we investigated the association between low carbohydrate diet score (LCDS) and mental health in overweight and obese women.

Carbamazepine is used to treat epilepsy.Over time, this drug may increase oxidative stress and reproductive abnormalities in patients with epilepsy. Wheat germ oil has the highest amount of vitamin E, among other vegetable oils. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of wheat germ oil as an antioxidant-rich source on oxidative stress and in vitro fertilization in carbamazepine-treated epileptic male mice.

Previous studies have indicated the effect of mindfulness on improving health outcomes. In this regard, the present research was performed with the objective of investigating the effect of mindfulnessbased developmental care on maternal stress and bonding with premature infants hospitalized in NICU.

Received: 12 Jul, 2019 Accepted: 2 Oct, 2019 Abstract Background and Objectives: With increasing prevalence of heart diseases, a large number of patients refer to hospitals for treatment of heart diseases. These patients are prone to disturbances, such as cardiac arrest that is life threatening. Nurses have taught cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) during their academic education, but the process of CPR changes and is updated every few years, which makes the education important and necessary in this area. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge, skills, and satisfaction of nurses from participating in traditional and electronic CPR courses and to compare between them.

These patients are prone to disturbances, such as cardiac arrest that is life threatening. Nurses have taught cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) during their academic education, but the process of CPR changes and is updated every few years, which makes the education important and necessary in this area.
