Study on Cytomorphology of Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor (SPT) in pancreas and its Differential Diagnosis 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPT)细胞形态学与鉴别诊断的研究

The solid pseudopapillary tumor is a rare pancreatic neoplasm with many pseudonyms of uncertain to low malignant potential and predominant in young women under the age group of 20-36 years. This study was aimed to study of four such cases diagnosed on fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) in 2021-22 and its correlation with cytohistology. The image-guided FNAS was performed in these four patients prior to operation and later cytomorphological findings were evaluated by alcohol-fixed smears stained with Papanicolaou stain and diagnosis were made. Diagnosis were later confirmed by histology in the study which showed characteristic cytological features such as hypercellular smears with presence of abundant delicate papillary fragments, non-cohesive cells, heterogenic tumor cells with delicate folded nuclear membranes, and foamy macrophages in the background. Preoperative correct diagnosis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas is possible on FNAC and by doing so it helps in management of this surgically curable neoplasm.

A Comparative Study of Registration Process of Nutraceuticals in different countries 不同国家保健品注册程序的比较研究

Nutraceuticals, which are defined as any food or component of food that has health benefits, such as the ability to prevent or treat disease, have become essential for consumers in both developed and developing nations. Functional elements like vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients are becoming more important due to the changing lifestyle. This category now includes things like probiotics, amino acids, and fatty acids, among others. In light of the fact that these items are intended for human consumption, regulatory bodies worldwide are concentrating on the Product Quality and Safety. This paper looks into the nutraceutical registration processes in different countries. The India have developed the Food for special dietary use registration process whereas the USA have put into place Dietary supplement registration process and the Japan have developed registration process for Foods for specified dietary use (FOSHU) whereas the China have developed registration process for Health foods. It also includes the marketed formulation of nutraceuticals. The aim of this paper is to compare the regulation processes between the different countries.

Water quality and Catfish (Clarias batrachus) production in selected ponds of Siwan district 四万区选定池塘水质及鲶鱼产量

This study compared variation in water quality and fish growth for catfish (Clarias batrachus; 47g/fish) stocked in pond 1 (5.6 fish/m2, 14,820/ha) and in pond 2 as 12.6 fish/m2 density to 210 day study period. Feed input and culture environment affected water-quality dynamics. In pond 1, phytoplankton uptake predominated and little nitrification occurred, whereas in the pond 2 phytoplankton uptake and nitrification maintained low ammonia-nitrogen concentrations. Size classes of fish were skewed toward the larger market sizes in pond 1 and toward smaller market sizes in the pond 2 during the study period. Mean final fish weight was 630g/fish in pond 1 and 542g/fish in the pond 2 system. Despite these differences, fish yield was higher in the pond 2 system (7.7kg/m3 v. 1.5kg/m3) because of the greater initial stocking rate.

Perception of Nursing students towards their Academic and Clinical Learning Environment 护生对学术及临床学习环境的看法

Educational environment is one of the most important factor in determining the success of an effective curriculum and subsequently the students’ academic success. Learning environment in nursing has been defined as everything that is happening in the classroom and clinical.1 The present study was done to assess the perception of nursing students towards their academic and clinical learning environment with the objective to determine the perception of nursing students towards academic and clinical learning environment and also to find out association of socio-demographic variables with their academic and clinical learning environment. The sample was 120 nursing students studying in different courses of nursing and selected using Nonrandom quota sampling and complete enumerative sampling. The design used for the study was descriptive cross sectional design using quantitative approach. The data collection methods were Self report method. Standardized tools were used for the study. The perception of nursing students towards their educational environment was measured by using Dundee Ready Education Environment measure (DREEM) and Clinical Learning Environment Inventory (CLEI). The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study revealed that majority (65.83%) had a more positive than negative perception about their academic learning environment and 32.5% of the students had an excellent perception about their academic learning environment. The students perceived their clinical learning environment positively with sub-scores being high in personalization (Mean-24.68, SD-4.58) and satisfaction (Mean-24.11, SD- 5.29) . However, the student involvement in clinical learning environment had the lowest mean score (Mean-21.70, SD-3.16) suggesting the need for enhancing the student involvement in the selection and utilization of learning experiences in the clinical learning environment. It was also noted that there is statistically significant correlation between the perception of academic and clinical learning environment (p=0.000). The present study revealed that there is a significant association between perception of teaching/learning environment and year of study. There is also an association between year of study of BSc (N) course and all the domains of CLEI.

Herb Drug Interaction in Antibiotic Drug, Antiulcer Drug, Antihypertensive Drug, Antidiabetic Drug, Anticancer Drug 抗生素药物、抗溃疡药物、降压药、降糖药、抗癌药物中的药物相互作用

Sauces are frequently administered in combination with remedial medicines, raising the eventuality of condiment- medicine relations. An expansive review of the literature linked reported condiment- medicine relations with clinical significance, numerous of which are from case reports and limited clinical compliances. Cases have been published reporting enhanced anticoagulation and bleeding when cases on long- term warfarin remedy also took Salvia miltiorrhiza (danshen). Allium sativum (garlic) dropped the area under the tube attention- time wind (AUC) and maximum tube attention of saquinavir, but not ritonavir and paracetamol (acetaminophen), in levies. A. sativum increased the clotting time and transnational normalised rate of warfarin and caused hypoglycaemia when taken with chlorpropamide. Ginkgo biloba (ginkgo) caused bleeding when combined with warfarin or aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), raised blood pressure when combined with a thiazide diuretic and indeed caused coma when combined with trazodone in cases. These sauces are frequentlyco-administered with remedial medicines raising the eventuality of medicine – condiment relations, which may have important clinical significance grounded on an adding number of clinical reports of similar interactions. The commerce of medicines with herbal drugs is a significant safety concern, especially for medicines with narrow remedial indicators (e.g. warfarin and digoxin). Because the pharmacokinetics and/ or pharmacodynamics of the medicine may be altered by combination with herbal remedies, potentially severe and maybe indeed life- hanging adverse responses may do. Because of the clinical significance of medicine relations with sauces, it's important to identify medicines and composites in development that may interact with herbal drugs. Timely identification of similar medicines using proper in vitro and in vivo approaches may have important counteraccusations for medicine development.

Calibration of QUAL2K water quality model in Pattipul stream (Saran) with Site-specific Parameters 用个别地点的参数校正沙田溪的QUAL2K水质模型

The study was aimed to sequential calibration for any water quality model using reach-specific estimates of model parameters, which would aid in the prediction of sophisticated river or stream water quality characteristics and accounts for the heterogeneity of stream reaches as diverse estimates. The QUAL2K water quality model with computing MATLAB software provides sequential estimation of reach-wise parameters using a grid-based weighted mean optimization. The Sheetalpur (Saran) segment of the Pattipul stream is selected as river stretch in this study and observations of DO and BOD are used to calibrate and validate QUAL2K model, where desired performance measures are obtained during the calibration and the validation period. This technique proves superior to the existing methods and also captures the system behavior as systematic and efficient approach. This study is expected to help decision-makers in formulating better reach-wise management decisions and treatment policies by providing a simpler and efficient tool to simulate water quality parameters.

This plant commonly referred to as "Black nightshade," Solanum nigrum Linn. (Solanaceae) it is widely used in traditional medicine in India and other parts of the world to treat liver conditions, chronic skin conditions (such as psoriasis and ringworm), inflammatory conditions, painful periods, fevers, diarrhoea, eye diseases, hydrophobia, etc. It has been discovered that Solanum nigrum contains compounds with anti-tumor action, such as total alkaloids, steroid alkaloids, steroidal saponins, and glycoprotein. The herb is utilised as a hepatoprotective in Indian traditional medicine. This plant have potential role as a multipurpose medicinal agent, we have investigated the phyto-pharmacological properties of the plant and compiled its comprehensive pharmacological uses in this review paper.
