On improving assembly line efficiency 关于提高装配线效率

The efficient functioning of an assembly line is largely related to two tasks — the selection of equipment for theassembly line and the distribution of work between the workstations as well as the workstation and the person. A reviewof scientific research aimed at solving these problems is given. An invariant approach to the types of technological operationsis proposed to automate production, which allows to solve successfully, including the designated tasks.

The design and verification calculation of the vibration-isolating mechanism of a pneumatic riveting hammer with stiffnesscompensation of the main elastic element is devoted. Graphs of the frequency response and amplitude-stiffnesscharacteristics are given. Conclusions about the effectiveness of the vibration-isolating mechanism are made.

The method of actively changing the state of self-oscillations in machines and mechanisms in a system with varioustypes of nonlinearities of an arbitrary structure under the action of external periodic perturbations was proposed.The differential equations of the method take into account two types of external force periodic disturbances: impulseand harmonic.

The results of the application of an inorganic polymer of zinc phosphorovolframate as an antifriction and anti-wearadditive introduced into vaseline and glycerine, used as a dispersion medium for created lubricants are presented. It wasfound that the introduction of this type of additive into such dispersion media improves the tribological properties of lubricantswithout reducing the operational parameters.

The mechanical and tribological properties of thermoplastic polyimide based composites loaded with polytetrafl uoroethyleneand milled carbon fibers, annealed and functionalized with a KH550 silane-coupling agent were studied. It hasbeen revealed that, compared with neat PI, the composite with annealed carbon fibers and PTFE particles possessed thehighest wear resistance. Reinforcing carbon fibers of hundreds micron size increase the elastic modulus by 2 times; whileall other physical and mechanical properties remain at the level of unfilled PI.

Trobological characteristics of sliding friction in stainless steel and titanium alloys in dry and water lubricated conditionshave been determined. The character of the coefficient of friction variation with load and the duration of tests haveconfi rmed the prevailing wear mechanism in these materials to be frictional fatigue fracture that in the case of titaniumalloys is accompanied with adhesive interaction and plastic plowing. The frictional fatigue curves built in a result of thisinvestigation make possible to estimate the materials tribological longevity.
