The article describes the assembly of a five-lamp pumping station and a semi-automatic stamping machine for theproduction of bactericidal ultraviolet lamps. Standard methods of production and testing of pumping stations and stampingmachines were analyzed. The technical characteristics and equipment confi guration were worked out.

The article deals with the basics of technology for improving the performance of friction units of machines and theirdiagnostics by acoustic emission method. It is shown that it is important to create a lubricant film on the friction surfacesbefore they are mechanically loaded, which ensures "soft" starting conditions during their start-up.After the creation of the lubricant film, the friction unit is mechanically loaded with the regulation of friction heat generation,which, together with the filtration of the lubricant and timely cleaning of the filter elements from pollutants, lengthensthe life of the lubricant film and increases the service life of the friction unit.

The results of an experimental study of the tribological characteristics of inactive, surface-active, and chemically activelubricants in the boundary lubrication mode when steel is rubbed against steel with a carbon diamond-like (Cr—DLC)-coating.For comparison, also tested friction in these friction contacts under similar conditions, but without lubricant. The maximumcoefficient of friction and maximum wear was obtained by tribological testing of steel on steel. The minimum coefficient offriction was obtained when steel was rubbed against Сr—DLC-coated steel in a surface-active lubricant medium.

It is shown that the maximum accuracy of the adaptive friction coupling with negative-zero feedback is achieved whenthe torque increases monotonously in the range of changes in the coefficient of friction, the occurrence of a spacer forcefrom the torque of the friction group covered by the negative feedback at the minimum value of the coefficient of frictionand the negative feedback is turned off at the maximum value of the coefficient of friction.

A significant criterion for the functioning of an assembly line is to minimize the cost of manufactured products, forthe achievement of which approaches are currently used that apply computer modeling and the hierarchical principle ofproduct assembly, the approach, as well as taking into account the probabilistic nature of the assembly operations. Anoverview of scientific research aimed at solving these problems is given. An approach has been proposed that makes itpossible to assess the efficiency of production in the self-reproduction of automation tools by the criterion of minimizingthe cost of manufactured products.
