Improving the reliability of roboticassembly based on optimization of locating charts 基于定位图优化的机器人装配可靠性研究

A comparison of locating charts with passive adaptation and hard basing for robotic assembly of cylindrical parts of the"shaft—bushing" type is presented. The results of a physical experiment and an analytical solution to the problem usingthe original models of the robotic assembly in a quasistatic setting are compared. The reactions at the contact points thatoccur during the coupling process are determined.

Technological processes of assembly of the most mass metal-ceramic IC cases with planar and pin contact conclusionson the automatic modular line are considered. It is proposed for the automated shop of assembly of cases to combinethe assembly line and a site of automatic cassetting it into a single transport-accumulative system. The introductionof the IC hull assembly line into production provides an increase in labor productivity by 3...5 times while reducing thenumber of service personnel by an average of 3 times.

Dimension chains were calculated using the example of a jet engine housing entering the launch tube. It wasfound that the method used does not take into account the actual values of losses and requires signifi cant reliabilityin the radical runout of the collected rocket engine case. A method for controlling radial runout in prisms is alsoconsidered.

Theoretical model has been developed for predicting the average stress values during melting of water frozen insilicon-based mesoporous structures in the temperature range 233...273 K, caused by the difference in the thermal expansioncoeffi cients of the heterogeneity elements in the materials studied. Numerical calculations were carried out usingand dependences of the average stress tensor components on the volumetric water content in the mesoporous siliconmatrix were investigated.

The formation of boundary lubricating films on the surface of steel during friction in the presence of substances formingcomplex compounds with iron — dipyridyl, o-phenanthroline, 8-hydroxyquinoline, and ethylenediaminetetraaceticacid, is considered. Boundary layers formed in the presence of complexones increase the antifriction properties of thelubricant at low loads. It has been established that surface films are formed predominantly from base oil molecules.
