Assembly of single-deck small vessels from volumetric asymmetricparts 用体积不对称部件组装单层小型船舶

A comparative analysis of the structural and technological features of the assembly of multi-deck and single-deskvessels of presented, indicating the distribution of the volume of saturation of the latter with pipe elements, systems andmechanisms. On the basis of the principles of zonal aggregation, a solution to the zonal module of the engine room ofsmall vessels is proposed. In order to eliminate the diffi culties of assembling the hulls if single-deck small vessels andmounting saturation in them a new scheme for dividing these hulls into two volumetric asymmetric parts with the allocationof the engine room module, extremities, deckhouse and burl is considered. The calculated data on the reduction oflabor intensity and duration of the assembly of hulls of single-desk small vessels in the implementation of their divisionaccording to the new scheme are given.

The requirements and restrictions imposed on the synthesized circuit are determined. The techniques of minimizationbased on the use of axioms, basic laws of algebra of logic, actions with constants and some rules are considered. Theelectrical contact circuit has been designer consisting of contacts of three types A, B, and C. Algorithms for the synthesisof relay automata have been formulated.

The influence of disturbing forces in a system of frictional self-oscillations with a Van der Pol characteristic is investigated.In the differential equations of the research methodology, three types of external forces periodic disturbances aretaken into account: harmonic, impulsive and shock, as well as the presence of various types of complex nonlinearitieselastic, dissipative, or simultaneously elastic and dissipative. To reduce the amplitude of oscillations, sometimes reachingsignificant values, force action is introduced into the system. Its structure and parameters are determined based on themethods of the theory of harmonic linearization and optimal control.

The dependences of the spacer force and feedback gain on the current value of the friction coeffi cient are found, forwhich an adaptive friction coupling with a variable gain value has a theoretically ideal load characteristic. It is proved thatthe real way to increase the coeffi cient of multiplicity of increasing the rated load capacity of the coupling is to increasethe number of friction pairs of the friction group.

One of the topical issues of the theory and methods of ensuring the reliability of mechanical engineering objects istouched upon, in particular, the operability of fi re equipment. Special attention is paid to the reliability and durability offi re pump parts. Methods of hardening treatment are considered, the use of which can positively affect the prolongationof the service life of working pump parts. Proposed to choose the diamond hardening method as the optimal method ofhardening treatment. The influence of diamond hardening on the geometric parameters of the surfaces of parts and theircorrosion resistance are presented.

The paper describes ways to increase the bearing capacity of sliding bearings. The possibility of replacing a rolling bearingwith a sliding bearing on a high-speed worm gear shaft is shown. A description of the dynamics of self-oscillations occurringin the worm gear is given, followed by an assessment of the effect of fi lm-forming lubricants on the adaptive propertiesof sliding pairings. The resource of sliding pairings is calculated taking into account the growth of the dinamic coefficient.

The issues of increasing the reliability and durability for fi re trucks the use of highly соeffi cient lubricants in frictionunits of machines, improving the antiwear properties of hypoid oils used to lubricate the gear wheels of the main drive intransmissions of the trucks are considered. An antiwear additive based on soft metal stearates is proposed. The resultstribotechnical tests of the developed antiwear additive, which indicate the effectiveness of its application, are presented.

The results of theoretical and experimental studies of contact phenomena in blade cutting based on the thermodynamicsof non-equilibrium processes and from the standpoint of self-organization of the tribosystem are presented. thedeveloped thermodynamic model of blade processing with variable cutting modes (non-stationary) allows to minimize thewear of the cutting tool and generally increase production effi ciency by accelerating the drive of the main movement ofthe metal-cutting machine.

The paper deals with the topical issue of the power sensing of the assembly robot of the manipulator based on the calculationof the forces of interaction with the objects of the external environment by the change in pressure in the actuatingpneumatic cylinders. The structural diagram of the positional power control system of the assembly robot manipulator forthe proposed method of power sensing has been determined. An algorithm for the functioning of the position/force controlsystem of an assembly robot manipulator for performing a typical connection of parts "shaft—sleeve" also has been made.
