Effciency increase of the dust-extraction plant by high-intensity ultrasonic action 高强度超声作用对除尘装置效率的提高

The article presents the results of the studies aimed at the ways of efficiency increase of the dust-extraction unit operation on the base of Venturi pipe due to action of high-intensity ultrasonic vibrations. Carried out theoretical analysis of dust-extraction unit operation let determine the possibility of efficiency increase and dust reduction of gas at the output of the plant at the application of ultrasonic action.

Viscous damping influence on dynamic characteristics in MEMS variable capacitor 粘性阻尼对MEMS可变电容动态特性的影响

Dynamic characteristics of movable electrode in MEMS variable capacitor using ANSYS software are studied. It is discovered that significant contribution to the vibration system damping is introduced by squeeze-film damping between serpentine spring arms. It is found that the vibration amplitude is inversely proportional to the stiffness coefficient and directly proportional to the number of the arms. At the same time, the amplitude is inversely proportional to damping ratio and to the arms number too. In the studied case the elastic force is strongly suppressed by the damping force.

Determination of optical radiation attenuation in dispersed system «coal dust-air» 分散系统“煤尘-空气”中光辐射衰减的测定

The article describes statement of a task of modeling of optical radiation attenuation in dispersed system coal dust-air≫. Parameters and characteristics of dispersed system ≪coal dust-air≫ are considered. These parameters and characteristics define attenuation of optical radiation. Approaches to modeling of optical radiation attenuation in dispersed system ≪coal dust-air≫ are analyzed. Use of Mie theory for modeling of optical radiation attenuation is proved. Initial data for modeling are formulated. Statement of the calculation task is carried out. The further work is directed on modeling of optical radiation attenuation in dispersed system ≪coal dust-air≫ according to statement of the calculation task.

This article is devoted to the investigation of MEMS microphone characteristics as an acoustic transducer of the electronic stethoscope. STMicroelectronics digital microphone MP45DT02 parameters were considered and significant physiological sounds were recorded. Also data obtained from MEMS and analog microphones were compared.

A solar cell, based on the epitaxial layers of AIIIBV compounds, transferred from the substrate onto the flexible polymeric carrier 基于AIIIBV化合物外延层的太阳能电池,从衬底转移到柔性聚合物载体上

An inverted GaAs solar cell structure has been grown with the MBE method. Together with the substrate, the structure was glued to a polymer film of polyethylene terephthalate (PET film) by means of epoxy resin. After the removal of the substrate, the contact platforms were created and the light window was opened. Research of the solar cell photovoltaic properties was conducted at non-concentrated sunlight with the AM 1.5D spectrum. The obtained effciency equal to 16.65%, taking into consideration the absence of the antireflection coating and a grid of contacts on the face of the solar cell, says about its high degree of efficiency.

Analysis of prospective aviation power supply system with multiphase generator and stabilized rectifier 多相发电机加稳定整流器的未来航空供电系统分析

The questions of new generation electrical equipment design for future power supply systems, which may be required on the board of unmanned aerial vehicles, helicopters, training aircraft are discusses in this paper. The topology of DC power supply channel with specialized alternators are proposed. The ways to reduce weight and improve the reliability of the rectifying devices are discusses. The scheme of controlled multipulse rectifier based on a single winding saturation inductor is proposed. The results of the weight, size and energy calculations of the proposed rectifier topology at input voltage source frequency variation are presented. The simulation results of proposed 18-pulse rectifier model are given in transient modes at variations of the load current and power supply voltage.

The “inverted pendulum - cart” system, consisting of object and two regulators, is described by the discrete equations in the state space. The case when unknown parameters are in the state matrix and the management matrix is considered. The calculation technique of Fischer in-formation matrix in the steady state is used for the object parameters specification. The offered approach is actual and useful in engineering calculations.
