Linearization method of voltage gain for VSI-PWM in overmodulation area 过调制区VSI-PWM电压增益的线性化方法

In paper is considered the problem of the extension of linear control range of output voltage of VSI-PWM due to use of overmodulation area. Linearization method of the voltage gain in the all range up to the six-step mode is offered. Comparing of the offered method with a method pulse-width control on quality of output voltage is carried out.

Determination of optimum conditions of ultrasonic cavitation treatment of high-viscous and non-Newtonian liquid media 高粘性非牛顿流体介质超声空化处理最佳条件的确定

The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies aimed at the determination of optimum conditions of the ultrasonic action (geometry of the technological volume) for the cavitation treatment of high-viscous and non-Newtonian liquids. Developed model of the generation of the cavitation area lets determine distribution of the cavitation zone in the technological volumes of various sizes and forms. Carried out experimental studies allow prove adequacy of the proposed model and possibility to increase the volume of developed cavitation zones by the optimization of the conditions of ultrasonic action.

Ratio of the electromagnetic torque section of the brushless motor with a nonmagnetic armature on interval switching has been calculated and its general expression under 180 degree law switching has been defined. Estimation of electromagnetic torque ripple caused by discrete switching sections of the armature winding has been provided.

On the choice of fire detection principles by combined fire detector 论组合式火灾探测器探测原理的选择

Article briefly describes results of works on identification of fire factors, characteristic for burning substances which are most often used in everyday life. Most common factors of combustion substances classes “A”, “B”, “C” and their subclasses were identified. Analysis of the acquired data may be used to identify the burning substances. Fire detection methods which will be used in the combined fire detector are also chosen: temperature, smoke electro-optical and gas-analytical.

Features of Hgx−1CdxTe anodic sulfdization Hgx−1CdxTe阳极硫化的特点

Processes of thin sulfide layers on HgCdTe surface formation by anodic sulfdization were investigated in this work. 0.1M Na2S in ethylene glycol solution was used as an electrolyte. Potentiodynamic curves obtained do not correspond with expected ones from literature [1], but qualitatively represent electrochemical processes occurring - formation of cadmium, tellurium and mercury sulfides. Galvanostatic dependencies verify formation of non-insulating films a composition of which depends on anodization duration. Analysis of the surface chemical composition by XPS has shown that the main components of sulfide films formed are cadmium and mercury sulfides, with tellurium sulfide nearly absenting. The model of sulfide layer formation based on experimental data obtained has been proposed. Voltage-current (I-V) characteristics of Au-native sulfide-HgCdTe structures being rectifying were obtained and analyzed.

Modifcation of quasi-Z-source inverter operating in stand-alone power system 准z源逆变器在单机电力系统中的改进

In this article the new modified topology of quasi-Z-source inverter (qZSI) is proposed. Modified qZSI allows a stand-alone power system to operate in idle mode without need connect a ballasting resistor. Time diagrams of voltages and currents of proposed topology simulation are presented. The comparison of characteristics of new topology with characteristics of conventional qZSI was conducted.

The paper presents results of studying the influence of excitation conditions of the copper bromide vapor laser on the lasing pulse duration. It is revealed that when the discharge transitions to an unstable mode increased pulse duration of lasing up to 200 ns and more is observed.

High-speed Flame detector with the reduction of optical noise by the compensation method 采用补偿法降低光学噪声的高速火焰探测器

In the world various types multiband fame detectors are made. Requirements to such fame detectors constantly increase. High-speed (no more than 5 ms) fame detectors with the reduction of optical noise are required. Flame detectors are required which are possible to unite into a system. In the article the high-speed fame detector with the reduction of optical noise by the compensation method is described. Requirements to technical parameters of a fame detector are formulated. Features of application of a compensation method of optical noise reduction in the fame detector are analyzed. The choice of spectral ranges of reception of radiation by the fame detector on the data basis on spectral distribution of radiation of burning and radiation of optical noise is carried out. The working prototype of the fame detector is designed. Results of the work carried out are necessary for the further manufacturing of the working prototype of fame detector. The results received will allow to carry out the experimental research of the fame detector work.

In this article a Current Source Matrix Converter is considered. A feedback control system with Power Factor Correction is developed for the converter Direct and Indirect structures. The operation principles and modulation techniques are introduced and described. Also the proposed control strategy is verified by computer simulation and obtained results are published and investigated.
