Analysis of the structure of consumption of feed nutrients by animals in agricultural enterprises of dairy cattle breeding 奶牛养殖农业企业动物饲料营养消耗结构分析

The annual structures of harvested fodder by agricultural enterprises with different levels of productivity of the dairy herd have been established. The share of harvested hay was higher in agricultural enterprises of the second group and amounted to 6.7-8.4%. The maximum consumption of straw was typical for agricultural enterprises of the first group - 1.6-4.1%. The established shares of corn silage indicate that its use was largely due to the productivity of dairy herd animals. The share of corn silage in the farms of the first group was 19.2-24.7%. In 2021, the share of corn silage increased, mainly due to the formation of insurance stocks of feed on farms, especially the third group - 12.3-14.8%. The higher the productivity of cows and young animals, the more effectively grain forage is used in combination with other energy-protein feeds and feed additives that balance the diet. For 2021, on average, the use of grain fodder in the farms of the first and second groups was 37.9-42.8% and 36.9-46.4%, which is higher than in 2018-2020. by 7.2-9.0% and 8.9-11.0%. In general, regardless of the level of productivity of the dairy herd of farms, the provision of harvested feed with exchangeable energy and crude protein remains quite low due to their quality.

Analysis of the impact of climate change on the factors determining the flow of meltwater in the steppe zone of the Saratov region 气候变化对萨拉托夫地区草原区融水流量影响因素的分析

The paper analyzes the influence of protective measures, seed dressing and ground processing of non-narcotic hemp fields on the morphometric parameters of plants, damage by pests and diseases, and crop yield. The article focuses on the effect of dressing agents in various combinations on the growth processes of cannabis seeds in the early stages of development. In tests, laboratory and field, seed treatments with Benorade and Celeste Top played the greatest stimulating role. The best results in reducing plant damage by Psylloides attenuate (Koch) 66.7 and 60.0% with a duration of protection of up to four to five pairs of leaves were obtained with the use of Tabu + Albit preparations for seed treatment and Samurai Super insecticide for ground application. With the help of Celeste Top in combination with the studied fungicides, root rot was suppressed, while the prevalence of the disease was reduced by 24.4 and 24.8% compared with the absolute control. A high increase in the yield of stems was guaranteed by the treatment of plants with an insecticide and seeds with Celest Top preparations in combination with Albit and Benorad 2.19 and 2.10 t/ha. A significant increase in seed yield was recorded in the variants when seeds were disinfected with the developed compositions Bunker + Celeste Top, Taboo and Benorade + Celeste Top 0.29 and 0.24 t/ha with the involvement of an insecticide during ground cultivation of the crop.

To the method for calculation of an electromagnetic vibrator 电磁振动器的计算方法

The paper considers the issues of calculating an electromagnetic vibrator designed to drive working bodies with reciprocating motion. The purpose of this work is to refine the mathematical model of electromagnetic vibrators and, on this basis, to propose the most rational parameters of their design and modes of use. Based on the initial parameters of the magnetic system of an alternating current electromagnet, the inductance and inductive resistance of the electromagnet winding are determined as a function of the air gap, as well as the current flowing through the winding under the action of the applied voltage and the magnetic flux excited by it. As a result, the force of attraction of the armature and the yoke of the electromagnet was determined, which is the perturbing force, the restoring force of the spring opposing it, and the resistance force of the medium, which is proportional to the speed of the armature. This made it possible to form a second-order differential equation, the solution of which was carried out using the Given-Odesolve computing unit of the Mathcad mathematical system. As a result, the dependence of the armature deviation from the neutral state on time and the influence on this dependence of both geometric and electrical, and operating parameters of the electromagnetic vibrator were obtained in graphical form. As a result, the analysis carried out in the work and the developed method for determining the output parameters of an electromagnetic vibrator allow, for specific initial geometric and physical parameters of the vibrator, to determine the shockless trajectory of the electromagnet armature, the frequency and range of oscillations, as well as the optimal frequency and supply voltage of the electromagnet coil. If necessary, make adjustments to the requirements specified by the technological object for the output parameters of the vibrator.

Determination of parameters of chick embryos used in the production of inactivated influenza vaccines 用于生产灭活流感疫苗的鸡胚参数的测定

The results of determining the parameters of chicken embryos for obtaining inactivated influenza vaccines are presented. The studies were carried out at LLC "Fort" (Ryazan region). 8.736 million chicken embryos were used from chickens of egg crosses Rhodonit-3, Hisex brown. In the course of the research, the dependence of the development of a chicken embryo on various growth periods was revealed. It has been established that the optimal parameters for the use of chicken embryos in the production of influenza vaccines are the life span of 7–9 days, the weight of the embryo is 2–3 g. high yield of hemagglutinin (up to 70%) compared to other groups of the sample (P<0.001). It has been shown that the increase in allantoic fluid largely depends on the purification systems used in production. The most optimal cleaning method is a tangential filtration system, which ensures high purity of the substrate obtained using chick embryos.

Assessment of the current physical and chemical status of the alluvial soils of the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain and the Volga delta 伏尔加-阿克图巴河漫滩和伏尔加三角洲冲积土壤的当前物理和化学状况评估

The article dwells upon the study of the current physico-chemical status of the alluvial dark-humus soils of the floodplain hayfields of the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain and the Volga delta. Alluvial soils are formed in special semiaquatic conditions; they are the result of alluvial and soil-forming processes. Considered to be dynamic both in natural and anthropogenic conditions. They have subordinate status and remain to be barriers and accumulators of various chemical elements while performing a sanitary and hygienic role in floodplain and delta ecosystems. Due to the increased anthropogenic load on alluvial soils, the study of their physico-chemical status, which affects the migration of chemical elements, becomes particularly significant. The alluvial soils of the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain and the Volga delta are characterized by a polynomial profile in which soil horizons of varying development degrees alternate with river sediments. The soils of the studied landscapes are characterized by good agrophysical and relatively satisfactory agrochemical condition. It was found that bunds on the territory of the delta as well as in the floodplain have negative impact on the physico-chemical status of alluvial soils and actively develop secondary salinization. The focus is on the agrochemical properties of alluvial dark-humus soils, particularly on the content of humus and nutrients. According to the granulometric composition, the studied soils are medium and heavy loamy, they have a good supply of productive moisture. In the soils of the Southeastern part of the floodplain, the processes of salinization, dehumification and alkalization are most present.

Theoretical justification for reducing the hydraulic resistance in the confuser of the suction pipeline 减小吸入管道混流器液压阻力的理论依据

The relevance of the research lies in the theoretical substantiation of the application of an improved bell (confuser) on the suction line of the pump unit of the meliorative pumping station in order to reduce hydraulic resistance compared with a cylindrical tube. The scheme of the steady nonuniform axisymmetric movement of water in a conical circular confuser is presented. The object of the research is the suction line of the pumping unit. Research Methods. The basic principles of incompressible fluid hydraulics, differential and integral calculus have been used while carrying out the research. Research results. The differential equation of the steady state nonuniform axisymmetric movement of water in the circular confusor has been calculated. As a result of its integration it has been proved that installation of the branch pipe at the head of the suction line allows one to reduce hydraulic resistance of the suction line and to increase the suction lift of the pump unit.

Experimental studies have been carried out to determine promising methods for removing the potato stem nematode using ultrasonic, electrophysical, ultraviolet and chemical methods of influence. Laboratory complexes for combating the potato stem nematode have been developed and empirical dependencies have been determined for reducing potato infection with determining the operating modes of the developed complexes.

Features of growth and development of sturgeons and their hybrid forms in industrial conditions 工业条件下中华鲟的生长发育特征及其杂交形态

The article presents the results of assessing the exterior indicators of sturgeon hybrids when grown under certain conditions. Experimental studies were carried out at LLC "Mulinsky fish farm" of the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2019-2022. The object of the study was sturgeons of different genotypes (Russian sturgeon - group 1, Siberian sturgeon - group 2, hybrids of Russian sturgeon with Siberian - group 3 and hybrids of Siberian sturgeon with Russian species - group 4). In a comparative aspect, the growth rates of various genotypic groups of sturgeon fish species were determined when grown in a recirculating water supply installation. Based on the data on morphometric parameters, it was found out that the difference in the studied characteristics is not significant. As a result of comparison of external features, it was found that the fish of all groups had a physique typical of sturgeons. Based on the analysis of the conducted studies, it can be concluded that the 3rd hybrid group was the leader in terms of total and commercial length in all age periods, surpassing the groups of other genotypes. It is also important to note that the hybrid groups outperformed the purebred forms, it was proved that the effect of heterosis appeared. In terms of body weight in all age periods, their heterogeneity is noted, so at the age of 3.6 and 9 months, the largest mass among all groups is observed in group 1, where hybrids are superior to purebred forms, by 12 months the situation changes and at 18, 24 months hybrids begin to exceed parental forms, that is, a hybrid force is manifested. Changes in body length, height and girth can be attributed to the characteristics of the breed.

Influence of diet, growth stimulators and means of protection on the productivity of milk thistle in the steppe zone of the Volga region 饲料、生长刺激剂和保护措施对伏尔加河草原地区水飞蓟生产力的影响

The results of studies of milk thistle productivity depending on soil and climatic conditions, doses and timing of mineral fertilizers, microelements, growth stimulants, plant protection products are presented. It was revealed that the formation of the assimilation apparatus and biomass is directly related to the regime of mineral nutrition, the treatment of seeds, crops with growth stimulants and plant protection products. The maximum leaf area (48.0 thousand m2/ha) and dry biomass (4.8 t/ha) were in the phase of the beginning of fruit formation when fertilizers were applied at a dose of N90P90K60 (1.50 t/ha), which is higher than the control (without fertilizers) by 0.6 t/ha (40.0%). In wet years, the increase in seed yield after the application of fertilizers was 1.2–1.5 times higher compared to years characterized by drought. Various doses of fertilizers had a significant effect on the oil content: at the optimal dose (N90P90K60), it increased to 30.2%, which is 12.0% higher than in the control. The content of flavolignans at the maximum dose of fertilizers increased to 3.70%, protein - up to 23.7% compared with the control (by 2.90 and 19.1%, respectively). The apllication of the growth stimulator Gibbersib in combination with microelements (Gumat 7) against the background of mineral fertilizers contributed to more intensive growth and development of milk thistle, and also increased the germination of both laboratory and field during the entire growing season (by 5.2–8.3%) and by the time of harvesting (by 2.8–8.2%). The highest yield of milk thistle seeds (1.06 t/ha) was after application of the complex microfertilizer Humat 7 and growth stimulator, respectively, compared with the control and moderate dose.

The article deals with the theoretical question of substantiating the design parameters of a rotating deflector cone providing the creation of a rain cloud with increased wind resistance. The optimal geometric parameters of the rotating deflector cone are determined. The results of laboratory studies are presented, during which the effect of changing the angle of departure of a raindrop descending from a rotating deflector cone on the amount of rain loss on evaporation and wind drift, as well as the irrigation radius, was investigated. It has been found that the use of sprinkler nozzles with a rotating deflector cone can increase the wind resistance of the rain created while maintaining the irrigation radius and reduce water loss by evaporation up to 9.8% compared with rain nozzles with a non-rotating smooth deflector cone.
