The article presents data on the study of the effect of the supplement Lamarin Saldonum on the reproductive ability of highly productive cows. The experiment was conducted in the APC collective farm "Iskra" (Kotelnichsky district, Kirov region). The experiment involved cows of a black-and-white Holstein breed aged 2-5 lactation, with a milk yield of 7,500 kg for 305 days of the previous completed lactation, divided according to the principle of analogues into experimental groups O1, O2, O3 and control K4 (n=5). The additive was introduced into the ration of cows in groups O1, O2 and O3 30 days before the expected date of calving for 2 months (60 days) daily in doses of 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 g/kg live weight per day respectively. It was found that the use of dietary supplements in these doses does not affect the duration of pregnancy of females and the timing of their arrival in the hunt after calving. However, it reduces the number of spermodoses spent per fruitful insemination by 7,69; 46,15 (p?0,01) and 23,08 % (p?0,05), the number of days from calving to fruitful insemination by 19, 65 (p?0,01), 38,24 (p?0,001) and 27,27 % (p?0,001), and period of infertility by 32,81 (p?0,01), 63,84 (p?0,001) and 45,54 % (p?0,001) respectively relative to group K4 (intact animals). According to the conducted studies, the most optimal dose for correcting the reproductive function of cows is an additive dose of 0,4 g per 1 kg of live weight.

The article deals with problems in hydrogeological engineering. The methodology for hydrotechnical, hydrological, climatic and ecological conditions of a water body is described. The analysis of data for a specific reservoir on hydrotechnical, hydrological, climatic and environmental indicators is given. Hydrotechnical and hydrological data have shown that the actual water depths in the reservoir, after its siltation, do not allow the water body to support the processes of self-regulation (self-healing), therefore it is necessary to clean the reservoir from the products of siltation. In the work, climatic conditions are characterized by average monthly ambient temperatures. According to the ecological state of the reservoir, it is concluded that in order to restore the ability of a water body to self-healing (self-regulation) and normalize water use processes for the needs of fish farming and fishing, irrigation, water supply and recreation, it is necessary to periodically clean water bodies from siltation products. To ensure the quality of the construction of the facility, engineering design and construction should be carried out on the basis of a comprehensive and detailed hydrogeological, climatic and environmental study.

In the conditions of a long stationary experiment conducted in the Saratov region on the Southern Chernozem, it was found that for eight rotations of a six-field grain-pair crop rotation (48 years) in the variant without fertilization, carbon losses from the 0-40 cm layer were the highest. Fertilizers N32P16K7 and N38P13K8 per 1 ha of crop rotation area reduced its losses by 29-32%. When applying N54P17K7, an increase in the migration of organic carbon into the underlying layer of 40-100 cm was noted. The total nitrogen content in the control decreased by 8.7% compared to the initial data. The introduction of N15P13K8 and N38P13K8 per 1 ha of crop rotation area contributed to the preservation of nitrogen compounds in the humus layer of the soil. The content of total phosphorus in both non-fertilized and fertilized soil has changed slightly over 48 years of research. Systematic application of fertilizers led to an increase in the fraction of calcium phosphates.

In poultry farming, in order to increase the productivity and livability of poultry stock, antibiotics and biologically active compounds are used as feed additives, which, along with positive properties, cause pathological changes. On this basis, the aim of the research was to determine the effects of various doses of medications based on bifidobacteria on productivity, to find out whether the factor of belonging to a particular subgroup affects the average value of live weight in this subgroup and to conduct a pair comparison of live weight values in subgroups on the principle of “round-robin”. In the diet of turkeys of the first three experimental groups, medication No. 1 – an eubiotic, containing live bifidobacteria of Bifidobacterium bifidum strain was added; the turkeys of the rest three experimental groups received medication No. 2 – an eubiotic, containing live, lyophilized Bifidobacterium bifidum cells sorbed on activated carbon particles. The results of the variance analysis showed that at the age of 4 weeks, the factor of belonging of turkeys to a particular group had a significant impact on the value of the live weight of animals. Then, at the age of 8 weeks, the situation changed. In groups from II to VII, there was practically no significant difference in the average values of live weight. Only the control group I was singled out. At the age of 12 and 16 weeks, male turkeys of the II, III, V, VI groups, where eubiotics based on bifidobacteria were used, gradually began to stand out in a big way. This trend continued until the 24th week. It has been established that medications, which contain bifidobacteria, have a great potential to increase the productivity of poults due to the activation of metabolic processes in the body. The most pronounced effect has biopreparation No. 2.

The article calculates pressure losses due to friction and local resistance, which allows you to determine the total losses in the chimney. For normal operation of gas installations, conditions must be created under which a vacuum is created at the exit points of combustion products. The task of removing combustion products includes determining the cross sections of chimneys and connecting pipes.

The article studied the effect of seed inoculation and the use of various schemes for the treatment of chickpea crops with liquid fertilizers on chickpea productivity, germination density and plant density in the phase of full ripeness in the conditions of the dry steppe Trans-Volga. Foliar top dressing was carried out with a tank mixture of fertilizers (Fitosporin M, Borogum-Molybdenum, Bionex-Kemi NPK 21:4:4 + ME together with an adhesive) against the background of seed treatment with inoculants Rizotorfin and RizoBash. The conclusion was made about the advantage of using RizoBash as an inoculant in comparison with Rizotorfin. Its application ensured germination at the level of 95.0%, while in the control it was 83.1%. The application of this inoculant provides an increase in the level of completeness of seedlings, which in turn determines the optimal plant density for harvesting. After RizoBash application, it ranged from 91.8 to 96.2%, depending on the scheme of foliar application. The double treatment of crops in the phase of 3 leaves and the budding phase turned out to be more effective. It has been established that chickpea plants are responsive to the use of seed inoculation in conjunction with foliar treatments carried out during the growing season of plants, which is reflected in an increase in yield. With a double treatment of crops against the background of the inoculation of seeds with RizoBash, the highest yield was for all variants of the experiment - 1.73 t/ha.

The improvement of plants in in vitro culture is an obligatory stage of potato seed production. Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria contribute to an increase in plant resistance to stress factors, including at the stage of adaptation of microplants to ex vitro conditions. The purpose of this investigation was to study the mechanisms of antioxidant protection of potato microclones during inoculation with rhizobacteria in the process of their adaptation to ex vitro conditions in an aeroponic installation. In experiments, microplants of potato Nevsky and Condor cultivars inoculated in vitro with rhizobacteria Azospirillum baldaniorum Sp245 and Ochrobactrum cytisi IPA7 were used. In the process of adaptation in aeroponics conditions, microplants were analyzed for morphometric and biochemical parameters for 21 days. It was found that the bacterization of microplants contributed to the regulation of the pro/antioxidant system, leading to a decrease in oxidative stress and better and faster survival of plants ex vitro.

Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria contribute to an increase in plant resistance to stress factors, including at the stage of adaptation of microplants to ex vitro conditions. The purpose of this investigation was to study the mechanisms of antioxidant protection of potato microclones during inoculation with rhizobacteria in the process of their adaptation to ex vitro conditions in an aeroponic installation. In experiments, microplants of potato Nevsky and Condor cultivars inoculated in vitro with rhizobacteria Azospirillum baldaniorum Sp245 and Ochrobactrum cytisi IPA7 were used. In the process of adaptation in aeroponics conditions, microplants were analyzed for morphometric and biochemical parameters for 21 days. It was found that the bacterization of microplants contributed to the regulation of the pro/antioxidant system, leading to a decrease in oxidative stress and better and faster survival of plants ex vitro.","PeriodicalId":219145,"journal":{"name":"The Agrarian Scientific Journal","volume":"196 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121068644","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper presents the results of studies on the effect of ultrafine particles of silicon dioxide (SiO2) and a complex of essential amino acids (arginine, lysine and methionine) in the diet of carp juveniles on growth, on the amino acid composition of the liver and the chemical composition of fish muscle tissue. In the course of the research, the synergism of the effect of the studied additives on the productivity of fish growth was established. The inclusion of ultrafine SiO2 and a complex of amino acids in the diet of fish is accompanied by a change in the metabolism of amino acids in the body, promotes an increase in both essential and non-essential amino acids in the liver and leads to an increase in the productivity of carp.
