The rose is a leader in the cultivation of cut crops, the decorativeness of which is beyond doubt. Increasing the attractiveness of bouquet flowers is a priority task of modern industrial floriculture. A number of plant growth regulators can significantly improve the decorative qualities of flower-cutting products. During the research, it was proved that immunomodulatory with protective functions significantly increased the valuable decorative and economic properties of varieties of hybrid tea roses grown on low-volume hydroponics. With three-fold treatment of rose plants with Epin-extra, an increase in the size of the flower and its terry was noted. The burgundy-red variety Red Naomi was less exposed to the insolation of sunlight and retained the typical color for this variety. The use of a growth regulator increased the length and strength of the peduncle. The tea-hybrid rose of the Avalange variety significantly increased the duration of the bouquet in the vase. In the course of the experiment, we modified the scale of the score assessment of decorative tea-hybrid roses grown on low-volume hydroponics, more adapted to assess the most important economic qualities of the cut crop.

The article discusses the methods of harvesting grain crops. The emphasis is placed on a separate method involving the use of roller harvesters. A variant of a roller harvester operating by batch technology is considered. The standard methodology of substantiation of optimal parameters and modes of operation of the harvester conveyor is analyzed. As a result, it was found that such a technique is not suitable for establishing the appropriate indicators of the conveyor of the batch header due to its technical and technological features. A particular technique for determining the optimal modes and parameters of the conveyor of a batch harvester is proposed and justified, taking into account its design and technological features and the possibility of minimizing grain losses, and in conclusion the results of its application are presented.

Field studies on the cultivation of green cabbage varieties and hybrids using various growth stimulants against the background N120P60K60 were carried out on an irrigated area located at a distance of 1.5 km northwest of the village Solenoe Zaimishche (Astrakhan region) on an irrigated land use area of FSBNU "Pre-Caspian Agrarian Federal Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences." As a result of the obtained study, the positive effect of leaf treatments during the entire vegetation period was established. Especially the best effect was after joint application of Novosil + N120P60K60 in the hybrid Aggressor F1. At the same time, the yield was 57.5 tons/ha with an increase to the control variant of 15.7 tons/ha.

The work studied the effect of mineral and microbiological fertilizers with various methods of basic tillage on the quality of grain and the yield of spring durum wheat. It has been established that, regardless of the method of the main tillage, the pre-sowing application of ammophos enhances the effect of mineral and microbiological fertilizers used as foliar feeding of spring wheat plants in the tillering and heading phases, providing an increase in grain quality to the 1st class, yield up to 40 % relative to control.

In feline idiopathic cystitis, morphological changes were found mainly in the mucosa and submucosal layer of the bladder wall. They are characterized by hyperplasia and congestion of blood vessels. Morphometric assessment of the main structures of the bladder wall in cats with idiopathic cystitis revealed an increase in the thickness of the mucous membrane due to a decrease in the thickness of the submucosal layer and muscular membrane. When using anti-stress therapy on the 14th day from the start of treatment, a decrease in a similar indicator was observed due to an increase in the thickness of the submucosal layer and muscle membrane. In control cats, after the application of the generally accepted treatment regimen, the processes of regeneration of the bladder wall were insignificantly expressed.

The genetic diversity of modern populations of domestic animals is very important for improving breeds, for their adaptation to various environmental conditions, as well as for obtaining high-quality livestock products, in particular meat. The calpastatin gene (CAST) is considered as one of the promising markers of growth intensity and meat quality. The article presents an analysis of the literature review on the CAST gene in sheep from the following countries: Asia, New Zealand, Iran, England, France, Poland, Russia. The results of scientific studies aimed at studying the frequency of occurrence of CASTM and CASTN alleles, as well as CASTMM, CASTMN, CASTNN genotypes in the calpastatin gene in different breeds of sheep are summarized. On the territory of the Russian Federation, the number of sheep bred in the North Caucasus, Southern, Volga, Siberian Federal Districts has been studied. In all the studied breeds, the frequency of the M allele significantly exceeded the frequency of the N allele and was in the range of 0,33–0,99, therefore, the frequency of the N allele was in the range from 0,01 to 0,67.

In this article, the effect of a vitamin-mineral premix on the biochemical and hematological parameters of the blood of Simmental cows was studied. The effect of the vitamin-mineral premix was evaluated using indicators characterizing the state of metabolism (total protein, albumins, globulins, etc.). The experimental part of the research was carried out on the basis of PE, the head of the peasant farm economy Kireeva V.M. on four groups of cows of the Simmental breed, selected for productivity and lactation. The introduction of a vitamin-mineral premix into the diet made it possible to establish that the most optimal dose for this breed is 125 grams per head per day.

Resource-saving processing technologies, in a broad sense, involve the production and sale of food and feed products with minimal costs based on the rational use of all biological resources. Analyzing literary sources, it was found that only 20% of valuable secondary raw materials and wastes of the meat industry are used as raw materials for the production of feed, medical, technical and food products. Bone, which is also a very valuable raw material for the production of a wide range of products, is practically not used in our country, which leads to significant losses of potential opportunities for the implementation of a rational redistribution of resources of the meat industry in the production process.

Yellow rust (Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici) on bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) has resulted in significant reductions in the yield losses and wheat grain quality. Infection rate to yellow rust disease and evaluation of the SPAD value of 90 soft wheat genotypes we studied has been implemented in the conditions of the Absheron Peninsula, the territory of the Absheron Experimental Base of ANAS ( N. 40°24.001? , E. 49°49.001? , H. = 50 m. ) in 2017-2020 years. Infection rate to yellow rust disease was 0-100 S. An indicator of the SPAD value we studied has changed from 28.9 to 83.5 between genotypes. The average indicator of this symptom was 50.5. The sample with the highest SPAD value of the soft wheat genotypes we studied was genotype k9530 belonging to the Erythrospermum variety, which had an indicator of 83.5. Infection rate to the yellow rust of this sample was 0 and showed an immune reaction. Different variety, as can be seen from the appreciation of resistance rate for the yellow rust and the value of the SPAD had different infection rates and SPAD values. As a result of this evaluation, although there was partial conformity, full sameness was not observed. Some genotypes had high SPAD values as resistance to the yellow rust. The cluster analysis is based on the Euclidean distance index of the WARD method of the PAST statistical software package. The genotypes we studied have grouped into 6 main clusters according to indicated tokens. According to the euclidean distance index, the farthest genotypes of the cluster were genotype k9530 from the Erythrospermum variety and genotype k7252 from the Milturum variety (54.63). It can be explained by the fact that they belong to different variety.

The article deals with the main problems of choosing fabrics in the development of special clothing for workers employed in agriculture in industries associated with increased microbial contamination and indoor air humidity. To determine the number of microorganisms in the material of special clothing, we proposed a method that can significantly reduce the complexity of sampling through the use of non-destructive testing, the use of small-sized equipment and the repeated use of the Peltier element to obtain condensate.
