The sugar is a simple type of carbohydrate and represents the main source of energy to power the biological and physical activities in the body. However, it has been reported that over weight gain, imperfect metabolic processes and heart diseases are mainly related to excess sugar intake, which causes diabetic complains. This has raised the demand of having reliable test methods for quantifying sugar amount in different samples to both monitor sugar levels and to study the biological effects of carbohydrates. This provides valuable information in various fields, including food science, biochemistry, and medicine. Several test methods have been applied to detect the presence of sugar in a biological sample. Conventional tests imply using special chemical reagents. Two well known tests are discussed briefly in this report, namely Molich’s and Fehling's tests. The chemical reagents, test procedures, precaution as well as advantages and limitations were comprehensively discussed. A comparison between the two tests has been thoroughly addressed.

The research seeks to investigate the theoretical underpinnings of including theatrical and artistic activities in education and their correlation with the process of healing from trauma. The research explores the correlation between theatrical and creative endeavors and psychological trauma. This course offers insight into psychological trauma and its impact on people, with a particular focus on the therapeutic advantages of engaging in theatrical activities for those who have experienced trauma. The research highlights the therapeutic benefits of creative activities for those who have experienced trauma, highlighting the significance of creativity and self-expression in recovering from trauma. Participation in these activities can lead to empowerment, agency, emotional regulation, stress reduction, and resilience development, ultimately enhancing psychological well-being. Social support and community involvement can be nurtured through these activities, enhancing the recovery journey for those who have experienced trauma. The results of this analysis have significant implications for educational practice and methods considering the impact of trauma. This research dealt with the relationship between the investment decision making and accounting disclosure, considering that accounting disclosure is the essence of accounting theory, so that the interest of scientific and professional bodies and those interested in accounting and disclosure increased after the emergence of joint-stock companies, and this development was linked with the financial statements, which are the outputs of the results of the activity of these companies, and the contents they contain.
