In this article, we can see different methods of killing the live cocoon in order to preserve the quality of the silk, and the methods of killing them are divided into different groups. We will also have information about the initial processing of the cocoon. Therefore, from the cocoon to the New Year season, raw silk is produced non-stop throughout the year. As a result of our research, we can see that deadening the living cocoon, reducing the high moisture content in it, is a pre-treatment process of the cocoon.

Nigeria's economy is heavily reliant on the oil industry, making external reserves and interest rates crucial indicators of economic stability and development. This paper examines the long-term relationship between interest rates and external reserves in Nigeria using cointegration analysis. The study finds a significant long-term relationship between the two variables and suggests that external reserves have a causal relationship with interest rates, indicating that external reserves are a crucial determinant of interest rates in Nigeria. The findings have important implications for policymakers in Nigeria, highlighting the importance of maintaining a stable external reserve to ensure economic stability and growth.

Every science develops and improves with time. The development of the science of Latin language and medical terminology in the field of medicine is related to medical sciences. The names of medical news, diseases, and drugs have been given in Latin-Greek for centuries and will remain so. It is not for nothing that Latin is recognized as the international medical language. This will further help medical scientists to work together.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving economic growth, employment generation, and innovation. However, these enterprises face numerous challenges in the dynamic business landscape, along with various opportunities to thrive and expand. This article examines the challenges and opportunities for MSMEs and explores strategies to navigate these complexities. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, to gather data from a diverse sample of MSMEs. The results highlight key challenges such as limited access to finance, market competition, regulatory compliance burdens, and skill shortages. On the other hand, opportunities such as digital transformation, access to new markets, and supportive government policies emerged as potential avenues for MSME growth. The discussion section critically analyzes the findings and offers recommendations to enhance MSME competitiveness, including tailored business strategies, technological adoption, skill development initiatives, and policy reforms. This article contributes to the existing literature by shedding light on the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs, providing insights for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners involved in fostering the growth and sustainability of these enterprises.

This study presents a comparative analysis of different proportional-integral (PI) controller tuning methods for the control of a non-interacting liquid level process. Four different PI controller tuning methods, Ziegler-Nichols, Cohen-Coon, Tyreus-Luyben, and Internal Model Control, are evaluated based on their ability to track setpoint changes and reject disturbances. The simulation results show that all four tuning methods can provide satisfactory performance, but the Internal Model Control method outperforms the others in terms of all performance metrics evaluated. The Ziegler-Nichols method produces the worst performance, while the Cohen-Coon and Tyreus-Luyben methods perform better but still have limitations. This study highlights the importance of choosing the appropriate tuning method for liquid level control systems.

Wall control and blasting are two major activities that significantly impact the productivity and safety of open-pit mining operations. Although many monitoring equipment are used for improving slope stability, there is still a need for understanding slope behaviour during a blast. This paper describes a new technology called Blast Vision®, developed by Ground Probe, for monitoring the interaction between blasting and slope stability with a temporal resolution in the range of milliseconds. This technology represents an innovative departure from standard blast vibration sensors by measuring ground luminance changes on the ground surface through drone-based computer vision. Blast Vision application for slope stability, misfires and fly rocks is investigated in this publication.

This study was designed to examine administrative change and the enhancement of relevance in state higher education system in Cameroon. The study was guided by two objectives which examine how change in administrative policy and administrative skills will enhance the relevance in state higher education system in Cameroon. This is supported by the theory of Fullan who state that that educational change is a process and to begin the change process you must be able to fully involve all human participants (stakeholders) in the change process for a better sustainability. This is supported by the theory of Fullan who state that that educational change is a process and to begin the change process you must be able to fully involve all human participants (stakeholders) in the change process for a better sustainability. The concurrent mixed-methods research design specifically the concurrent triangulation design was adopted for the study. Questionnaire and an interview guide were the instruments used for the study. The questionnaire consisted of both close and open ended questions for lecturers and post graduate students and interview guide for university administrators (HODs). The sample population for the study was made up of 1,915 lecturers, and 40 administrators (HODs) from the universities of Buea, Yaounde II, Douala, Bamenda, Yaounde I, Dschang, Maroua and Ngaoundere. The purposive and stratified sampling techniques was adopted for the study. Data from close ended questions was analysed using SPSS 23.0, with the aid of descriptive and inferential statistical tools while open ended questions were analysed thematically. The Spearman’s rho was used to test the research hypotheses formulated in the study. Majority of the lecturers (86.4%) agreed that there is a need for change in administrative policy to enhance relevance of Higher Education and a majority of the lecturers (71.3%) equally agreed that there is a need for change in administrative skills to enhance relevance of Higher Education. Hypothetically, there is a significant, positive and moderate relationship between administrative change and the enhancement of relevance in state Universities (R- value 0.207**, p-value < 0.001 < 0.05). Therefore, it was generally recommended that, for the enhancement of relevance in state higher education system in Cameroon orientation services should be organized before admission to enable student understand and make correct chooses. Specifically, in line with change in administrative policy most administrative posts should be elective for a given term of office in order to enable efficiency. Elective positions for HOD, Deans, Directors, Registrar and Vice Chancellors and in line with change in administrative skills, there should be innovation at the level of the administration by bringing in competent personal who will bring about the desired change to better enhance the relevant of HE.

The COVID-19 pandemic originated in Wuhan, China in December 2019. Since then, it has rapidly widespread in almost every country around the world and has become a new global public health crisis. Since then, the demand for coronavirus vaccines and the supply of vaccine production becomes the most urgent strategic priority issues globally. Many governments have participated in the race of coronavirus vaccine production and distribution typically as the United States, China, Russia, and Australia. The United States marks as the leading vaccine supplier in this race. This country has delivered more than 682 million COVID-19 vaccine doses, all donated free of charge, to 116 countries - more doses than any other nation. The objective of the article is to analyze the vaccine diplomacy of the US base on the vaccine donation dataset, the location where the vaccine was given. The article indicates that the US has taken the lead in the race to produce and supply vaccination to the world. Vietnam, as a comprehensive partner of the US, has benefited from the US vaccine diplomacy policy. The paper has shown that the US. has given a significant amount of medical support and vaccines to Vietnam. These contribute significantly meaning for Vietnam's COVID-19 fighting.
