This dedication activity is motivated by identified partner problems including 1) Lack of teacher creativity in using learning media, especially to support physics practicum, (2) Shifts in changes to the online learning process in the new normal era in 2020 forcing teachers and students to study online at home, (3) Many physics high school teachers in Lebak Regency do not know about some of the virtual practicums used to teach, facilitate and motivate the creativity of teachers and students. The development of information and communication technology in the digital era has brought significant changes in the development of the world of education. Utilization of technological developments in learning, especially in learning physics. The solution to problems with partners is to provide training on how to use PhET simulations. This Community Service focuses on increasing teacher creativity in using virtual practicums with PhET simulation so that practicums can be carried out at home online. The method used is lectures based on online practicum, discussion and feedback. The result of implementing this community service activity is to provide an understanding and explanation of how to use virtual practicums with PhET Simulation. Furthermore, the teachers received material on how to use virtual practicums with PhET simulations. The follow-up for this community service is for the participants to make practicum worksheets independently.

The rapid development of technology is very influential on community service in the village area. Therefor Lebani Village, Belopa Utara sub district, Luwu Regency has made various improvements, including one of them is an increase in the information . The current condition of the population administration service in the village is still conventional or manual, such as: (a) Village population recording data in register book; (b) Archival data collection, especially correspondence, has not implemented an application-based information . This has an impact on both village officials and villagers, where human error often occurs, queues for sevice, and a waste of time and money. Therefore we need a to solve the existing problems. Based on this problem, community service inplementers develop a Village Service Management Information (SIMPEDA)to facilitate population data service and administration. It is hoped that by using empowement, and support village operational costs. The service implementation program is divided into thee stages, namely the socialization stage, the village management infomation training stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage.

Pondok Kelapa is one of the sub-districts in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta where most of the residents have businesses in various fields such as; businesses in the automotive, food, and fashion sectors. Due to the large number of residents who have MSMEs, the wheels of the economy in this region are quite developed. However, since the pandemic caused the income of residents who have businesses to decline, so it is necessary to provide assistance to residents to revive their businesses, one of which is by making attractive and ergonomic promotional displays and packaging, considering that during the pandemic almost all business was carried out online. This service activity is carried out by providing training and assistance to Pondok Kelapa residents who have MSMEs to design attractive and ergonomic promotional displays and packaging. So it is expected that promotional and sales activities will approach the use of displays and result in the income of Pondok Kelapa residents. The training was given offline in Pondok Kelapa Village, East Jakarta. The success of this activity can be seen from the increase in people's knowledge about the design of promotional displays and ergonomic packaging. This is known from the participants' responses to the questionnaire given which shows that 100% of participants agree that the material provided is useful and has an impact on increasing participants' knowledge.

The intensive socialization of balanced nutrition, should make people understand the concept of balanced nutrition at this time.But in reality, they don't understand, so they need to be given effective educational media to change their understanding to support the achievement of SDG's in 2030.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a creative socialization strategy that is directly in contact with people's lives, one of which is by making a mural about the concept of balanced nutrition when This is on the wall of the community of RT 12 RW 05 Kelurahan Plamongansari. The implementation of mural service activities uses two approaches, namely socialization in the form of direct counseling and socialization through educational media of mural images. The steps are described in 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and monitoring evaluation. The dedication of this mural provides new insights on balanced nutrition for the residents of RT 05 RW 12 Plamongan Sari, Pedurungan, Semarang. The paradigm of balanced nutrition from four healthy five perfect turns into a message of balanced nutrition by visualizing MY tumpeng nutrition and my dinner plate, accompanied by the four pillars of balanced nutrition.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu unsur yang harus dipenuhi oleh tenaga pengajar yang berprofesi sebagai dosen. Pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dihantarkan kepada publik atau sekelompok masyarakat binaan adalah wujud pengabdian bidang tridarma pendidikan, disamping sebagai penguatan kelompok masyarakat kegiatan ini juga menunjang peran institusi pendidikan dalam akses informasi dan teknologi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam mengatasi masalah sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan yang ada dimasyarakat. Tim kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Terbuka yang terdiri dari sekelompok keahlian bidang lingkungan dan intervensi sosial pada penanganan pencegahan intursi air laut yang masuk pada lingkungan masyarakat di Rumah Susun Marunda Jakarta Utara. Pada kegiatan abdimas ini, pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yakni, observasi dan ceramah umum, pelaksanaan dan penanaman dengan teknik guludan pada rhizopra yang ditanam untuk lahan mangrove di Marunda dan tahap tiga yakni kegiatan pengawasan dan evaluasi. Pada kegiatan tahap pertama ini tujuan kegiatan difokuskan pada dorongan kepada masyarakat untuk dapat mengetahui peran dan fungsi hutan mangrove di sekitar kawasan pesisir, sebagai fenomena tahunan bahwa warga rumah susun dan warga marunda pada umumnya menghadapi kenaikan air laut. Inclusive education is education that is organized for children with special needs to provide learning opportunities in public schools as an effort to equalize the right to education for Indonesian citizens. In practice, the implementation of inclusive education at SMAN 51 Jakarta still has several obstacles, such as the lack of information about handling students with special needs for Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers and the lack of insight and expertise of subject teachers in presenting the level of material that is in accordance with the development of these students as well as the right learning methods to achieve maximum development. The activity of strengthening the insights of the inclusive education program through information services aims to increase the knowledge, expertise and skills of teachers at SMAN 51 Jakarta in handling inclusion students and as a preventive measure in mishandling inclusion students at school. The provision of information services in this PkM activity was carried out through a seminar method involving teachers at SMAN 51 Jakarta which was attended by 34 participants. The provision of insight into the inclusive education program was carried out through the stages before implementation, implementation of activities and after implementation. Based on the data, it was concluded that after the activity was carried out the teacher obtained positive changes as evidenced by the significance value of 0.001 <0.005. The information services provided are expected to make a positive contribution to the development of inclusion programs for students in schools, so that students with special needs can develop their potential and abilities.

English makes a tremendous contribution as an intermediary that can connect us with other countries. A good English learning process is at least supported by the good quality of its resources. Among the types of skills that must be honed are speaking and vocabulary improvement is very necessary to be made and researched. The era of globalization requires every individual to be able to at least understand that English has become a common exposure that can be found in many different places in our country, for example we can find it in technology and communication-based tools. Teachers as one who has a dominant role in helping students master skills in English. Teachers should be able to continue to develop themselves so that they become more creative, innovative and can also make the learning process effective for students. Games provide an opportunity for teachers to be applied to students as a way to eliminate boredom and burnout in learning English, especially speaking skills and vocabulary improvement. The term Role Play or the method of playing by acting out the activities of others is a form of play that can be applied to students so that the team makes this method one of the training activities for teachers, especially PKBM Harmonis teachers, Matraman sub-district, East Jakarta, so that it can be one of the various learning media to achieve the goal of increasing Vocabulary and Speaking ability.
