In the adolescent age, cosmetics application is a vital need. The chemicals in cosmetics do not always have the same effect on consumers. Some cosmetics contain hazardous ingredients that are not permitted in cosmetics. The problems in the selection and application of cosmetics among adolescents can be caused by the lack of information they receive about appropriate and safe cosmetics. In this counseling, it has been explained how to choose the appropriate and safe cosmetics by checking packaging, label, distribution license, and expiration time on cosmetics. Participants have been explained about some of the dangerous substances that may be in cosmetics. This counseling was held on January 10th, 2021, with 62 participants. The pretest and posttest were held for the participants. The test results revealed a 13.4% increase in adolescent knowledge regarding selecting and using safe and appropriate cosmetics.

] In partner schools, the issue that arises is the decreased active participation of students in completing assigned tasks online. So far, the commonly used application by teachers is Google Forms. However, the use of this application tends to be uninteresting and monotonous. Therefore, the objective of this Community Service activity is to enhance the competence of teachers through training in creating online quizzes using Typeform and Proprofs. The methods employed in this activity include question and answer sessions, lectures, and demonstrations. The Community Service activity consists of three stages: observation, problem-solving, and evaluation. Based on the outcomes of the service activity, the teachers' ability to create online quizzes using Typeform and Proprofs improved by 100%. Novice teachers who were unfamiliar with or had never used Typeform and Proprofs were able to easily create and publish their quizzes on Google Classroom. The involvement of tutors in each group greatly aided the teachers in practicing the creation of quizzes using Typeform and Proprofs. The participants showed great enthusiasm in attending the training and expressed their hope for the continuation of such training with topics relevant to their needs as teachers.

The declining number of new student admissions continues to be faced by MAS Tunas Cendikian, which is one of the oldest educational institutions in the Cirebon area. Based on the competencies possessed by the community service implementation team, counseling on visual communication da'wah was organized. The activity was carried out offline by involving teachers and students to gain an initial understanding of visual communication da'wah. The purpose of this counseling activity is to form awareness about the importance of mastering visual design knowledge that can be used in various digital platforms. From the activities carried out, it is hoped that partners can form a special team to manage social media content with good visual design. Well-packaged da'wah and information content will generate wider public attention and appreciation. This is later expected to have a positive impact on the increase in the number of students enrolling.

The concept of leadership training for employees of the Karawang Post Office aims to add insight, knowledge, and improve abilities as a leader or leader. The output target of this activity is that this training activity can produce journals on leadership. Considering that it is still in post-pandemic condition Covid-19, in order to obtain material data on the implementation of community service it is divided into two stages, the first is the observation stage which is carried out online and offline. This is done at the beginning before the creation of the community service proposal and also before the activity takes place. Next for the second stage is training which consists of online explanations of all leadership material. The training was conducted 3 (three) times so that Karawang Post Office employees could easily understand the concept of leadership. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in scores before and after the training, namely 44.26%. Apart from that, this training activity is seen to be able to provide benefits for employees of the Karawang Post Office, this can be seen from the increased ability, knowledge, insight and motivation of employees to become a good leader during discussions or question and answer sessions.

Developing the tourism sector in various regions certainly benefits the local community. Such beautiful and exotic nature makes the area valuable and unique. On the other hand, local indigenous people must also be able to survive and keep up with changes in tourism development in their area. The method used is counseling and simulation. This service tries to explore and study social communication problems, primarily business communication, that occurs in communities in remote areas. Problems in society, the first is the lack of understanding of the proper and correct post-harvest processing of agricultural and plantation products; the second is the lack of knowledge of the importance of establishing MSMEs and the use of legal brands and third, the forestry and tourism departments have not entirely given the trust in tourism management. , even though the local community has made a significant contribution to the forestry department financially by inviting forest encroachers to come down the mountain. The result of this service activity is that there is a need for entrepreneurship assistance to the community and government of Suoh District, especially Suka Marga Village, as an area that directly impacts tourism objects, which aim to increase independence and welfare. Legal assistance is also needed so that the community and local government have a better understanding of the law.

Kegiata program kemitraan masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan video editing ini ditujukan kepada guru dan peserta didik SMA Negeri 20 Jakarta untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengolahan video yang layak untuk publish. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah baik guru dan peserta didik belum memahami dasar-dasar videografi dan penggunaan aplikasi video editing. Oleh sebab itu, tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengadakan pelatihan dengan membagi kegiatan ke dalam dua sesi, yaitu sesi materi dan praktik. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini, didukung dengan tenaga praktisi untuk membantu ketika sesi praktik. Materi yang disajikan oleh tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat didasarkan atas analisis kebutuhan dari guru dan peserta didik SMA Negeri 20 Jakarta yang menjadi peserta utama kegiatan ini. Sebagai mitra, pihak SMA Negeri 20 Jakarta menyediakan sarana dan prasarana berupa ruang laboratorium komputer sebagai tempat pelatihan, komputer, dan perlengkapan presentasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 27 peserta yang terdiri dari 7 guru dan 20 peserta didik. Video yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini sebanyak 17 video, yaitu 13 video dihasilkan oleh peserta didik dan 4 video dihasilkan oleh guru. Adapun 10 peserta yang tidak berhasil menyelesaikan video sampai akhir kegiatan dikarenakan kendala teknis, yaitu perbedaan spesifikasi perangkat yang mengakibatkan lambatnya dalam proses editing.

MSMEs play a vital role in the national economy. This sector accounts for more than 60% of GDP and reduces unemployment by more than 95%. The COVID-19 pandemic has discouraged MSMEs. MSMEs need to be supported in order to be able to survive the pressures caused by COVID-19. The MSME Final Income Tax (PPh) is borne by the Government for 6 months, from April to September 2020 which was extended to the December 2020 Tax Period based on PMK 110 of 2020. The purpose of this service is to socialize, so that the public understands, is able to implement, report PPh incentives. final payment (DTP) is borne by the government during the Pandemic. 15 MSME actors participated in the socialization, then they filled out an evaluation questionnaire on the Google Form which was analyzed with SWOT. This sector accounts for more than 60% of GDP and reduces unemployment by more than 95%. The COVID-19 pandemic has discouraged MSMEs. MSMEs need to be supported in order to be able to survive the pressures caused by COVID-19. The MSME Final Income Tax (PPh) is borne by the Government for 6 months, from April to September 2020 which was extended to the December 2020 Tax Period based on PMK 110 of 2020. The purpose of this service is to socialize, so that the public understands, is able to implement, report PPh incentives. final payment (DTP) is borne by the government during the Pandemic. 15 MSME actors participated in the socialization, then they filled out an evaluation questionnaire on the Google Form which was analyzed with SWOT. Adanya Permen PANRB Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 Tentang Jabatan Fungsional Guru dan Angka Kreditnya menjadi motivasi tersendiri bagi para guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri dan menghasilkan publikasi karya ilmiah. PkM berupa pelatihan diberikan kepada guru SMA di Kabupaten Bengkayang oleh tim PkM FMIPA Universitas Tanjungpura dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah terutama untuk pencarian referensi yang relevan, serta praktik penggunaan software mendeley guna otomatisasi daftar pustaka, sehingga karya tulis ilmiah yang dihasilkan dapat berkualitas. Pelaksanaan PkM dilakukan secara sistematis, mulai dari survei permasalahan, perumusan solusi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali, yaitu sebelum dan setelah materi pelatihan disampaikan, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pemahaman peserta pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta pelatihan dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dan penggunaan software mendeley sebesar 18,5%, yaitu dari 53,5% menjadi 72%.
