The object of this research is the role of leadership in the Fintech business during change which is prompted by digital transformation. The financial sector is going through fundamental changes because of the emergence of new digital technologies. The digital transformation in the financial sector is largely being driven by Fintech. As leadership plays a fundamental role in managing change, it is essential to understand their role and whether the traditional leadership styles are still relevant in the digital era. Interviews were used to collect data from ten participants who are managers responsible for change in a Fintech firm under study. The study adopted purposive sampling to identify managers with relevant experience in change management and digital transformation. The findings of the study indicate that managers are still using the old or traditional management approach and leadership style to manage change in the digital era. In addition, the firm’s leadership understands the importance of including organizational members in the planning and implementation of change. In addition, buy-in was found to be essential as leaders acknowledged its significance. It was also indicated that some of the roles in the traditional leadership style are still relevant in the digital era as they are blended with the digital leadership style. The leadership of the Fintech understudy are recommended to embrace the new digital leadership style which requires them to understand the demands of the digital era to survive and be successful in the contemporary business environment. Moreover, the firm is recommended to examine digital leadership, which is a new concept of leadership in the digital era. Current literature suggests that this new leadership concept is effective when an organization is implementing digital transformation. Digital leaders are expected to have networking intelligence as an essential element that enables them to build networks.

The object of research is organic and inorganic lemon balm. The subject of research is the antioxidant properties of these plants. One of the most problematic areas is that organic products have a slightly different chemical composition, which is due to the lack of fertilizers during their cultivation. The research hypothesis is that organic plants naturally release more phenols and polyphenols, which are needed to fight pests. At the same time, polyphenol compounds have antioxidant properties.
The work investigated the total content of polyphenols in organic and inorganic lemon balm. The content of polyphenols in terms of gallic acid was determined by the spectrophotometric method by reaction with the Folin-Chocalteu reagent. In order to determine the antioxidant properties, the content of the peroxide number and the acid number of the fatty base during storage were determined. As a fat base, a mixture of organic butter and organic rye oil was chosen in a ratio of 75:25. Dried lemon balm was added in the amount of 4 % to the mass of fat. Changes in the fat base were determined in three samples: without the addition of lemon balm, with the addition of dried inorganic and organic lemon balm. The samples were stored in a thermostat at a temperature of 50 °C for 10 days. Studies were conducted every 2 days. The amount of peroxides was determined by the iodometric method. The acid number content was determined every 5 days by the titration method. It has been established that organic lemon balm has better antioxidant properties. This is due to the content of polyphenolic substances. So, the content of polyphenols in ordinary lemon balm is 14.1 mg/g, and in organic – 26.5 mg/g. Research has established that the value of the peroxide number after 10 days of storage was 17 ½O for the sample with the addition of organic lemon balm and 22 ½O for the sample with the addition of ordinary lemon balm. The sample without the addition of lemon balm had a value of 25 ½O. The value of acid number of fat on the tenth day of storage was 1.4 for the sample with the addition of inorganic lemon balm and 1.1 for the sample with the addition of organic lemon balm. Further research is planned to be devoted to the effect of plant organic antioxidants on the lipid fraction of food products.

The object of research is the effectiveness of the implementation of electronic fare collection systems on public transit. Applying the electronic fare collection systems is a general trend in improving public transport services for users. In the pre-war period, the systems began to be implemented in many cities of Ukraine. At the same time, this activity was not of a systemic nature and at the current stage it is mainly considered as a means of ensuring more convenient conditions for the use of scheduled passenger transport services for passengers. The article focuses on a broader understanding of the effectiveness of the fare collection systems implementation, their role in ensuring the internal integration of the multi-modal public transport system, increasing the operational efficiency, providing the safety of transportation and increasing the attractiveness of public transit services for the population as a real alternative for the private cars to use. The implementation efficiency of the electronic fare collection systems in public transit should be expressed through various aspects. There are 9 aspects to be considered: system integration; comfort ensuring; transportation safety assistance; operational efficiency and passengers' travel time reduction; integration into the management and planning systems; implementation of the flexible fare system; conduction of the flexible fare policy; development of reasonable income distribution system; increase of the scheduled passenger transport services attractiveness. It is suggested to use systemic approach for integrated multimodal public transit system creation. It requires the development of an intelligent transport system that would integrate separate functions of the electronic fare collection system into controlling, managing and planning subsystems. The practical introduction of the solutions proposed regarding the prospects to develop electronic fare collection systems in the cities of Ukraine will make it possible to increase the efficiency of their use and contribute to the improvement of the quality of transport services for passengers.

One of the innovative directions of heat treatment of soil in the technologies of decontamination from pesticides, oil products and disinfection is heating in a microwave electromagnetic field. Numerical studies testify to the effectiveness of the microwave treatment method. This is due to the peculiarities of the interaction of the microwave field with dielectric materials. Unique effects arise, such as the possibility of local heating, volume heating of the material, unidirectionality of pressure and humidity gradients. This contributes to the intensification of transfer processes and the possibility of energy savings. However, the challenge at present is to determine the processing regimes, including load mass, specific microwave field power, electric field strength, material layer thickness, and processing time, under which the microwave method will be energy efficient. Conducting multifactorial experimental studies allows determining the conditions of energy feasibility of microwave soil treatment. Therefore, the object of research is the process of heating a dense layer of soil under the action of a microwave electromagnetic field. The results of studies on the effect of microwave treatment of soil contaminated with organophosphorus pesticides, contaminated with petroleum products, and under what conditions the qualitative effect was obtained, as well as the results of the effect of the microwave field on the pathogenic microflora of the soil used for growing plants, were considered. The high quality of implementation of soil treatment technologies is determined. Energy efficiency was determined on the basis of data on temperature and moisture content, analysis of thermograms of microwave heating of chernozem and clay soil, analysis of the influence of material layer thickness, influence of dielectric properties and power of the microwave field. According to the results of thermal calculations, the values of the efficiency of the microwave chamber and the intensity of the electric field were determined, which are recommended as the basis for scaling in order to transfer the experimental results to industrial installations. During the research, specific experimental methods of research under microwave heating conditions, analytical methods of thermal calculations, developed by the authors of the experimental research methodology were used. Experimental studies were carried out on the installation created by the authors. The results of the research are intended for the wide implementation into practice of technological calculations of microwave chambers for heat treatment of soils, intensification of disinfection processes under the conditions of energy efficiency of the transformation of the energy of the microwave field into the internal energy of the soil.

The object of research is the process of forming a strategy for the improvement of mayonnaise. Based on the SWOT analysis, a strategy for improving mayonnaise with a different ratio of sunflower, linseed and hemp oils was formed in order to increase the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, in particular the Omega-3 family, reduce its calorie content, and develop a strategy for bringing the product to the market. During the research, the following methods were used: economic-statistical, SWOT analysis method, expert method, analytical, program-targeted, as well as statistical methods of experimental data processing. The work solves the task of forming a strategy for improving the recipe composition of industrially produced mayonnaise and bringing it to the market. Today, the market offers a huge number of mayonnaises with different compositions and different quality, with low, medium and high fat content, with the addition of various additives that are undesirable for the human body. Based on the broad possibilities of using mayonnaise as an additional food product, the task arose to make changes in its composition, improving the biological and nutritional value of mayonnaise with an increased content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, in particular of the Omega-3 family. Such a modified food product can be considered functional because, on the one hand, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) of the Omega-3 family are in short supply in the diet of the average Ukrainian, and on the other hand, they play an important role in the prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular, nervous, and immune systems of the body. The conducted analysis of economic, social and technological factors characterizing the products offered on the mayonnaise market made it possible to formulate a strategy for improving mayonnaise with different proportions of sunflower, linseed and hemp oils, as well as bringing it to the market using marketing tools. The practical implementation of these proposals will make it possible to bring mayonnaise with reduced calorie content to the market, which will contain a significantly higher content of PUFAs of the Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 family, which are useful for the human body. Therefore, the use of linseed and hemp oils is recommended for supporters of healthy food, which makes it popular among the main groups of consumers.

The object of research of this work is the algorithm for searching for duplicates in the program code based on the Abstract Syntaxes Tree (AST). The main tasks solved within the framework of this study are the detection of duplicate code and the search for vulnerabilities in the program code. The obtained results showed that the proposed algorithm is resistant to type 1 and 2 clones, which means its effectiveness in detecting similar code fragments with identical or variant text. However, for type 3 and 4 clones, the algorithm may show less efficiency due to the change in the AST structure for these types of clones. Experimental studies of the proposed algorithm showed that the algorithm can detect matches between unrelated files due to the presence of typical AST chains present in many programs. This can lead to a certain level of false positives in the detection of duplicates. Testing of the algorithm in the task of finding vulnerabilities showed that: The best recognition is observed for the «SQL injection» vulnerability, but it also has the highest number of false positives. Memory leak and null pointer dereferencing vulnerabilities are detected with equal effectiveness and false positives. «Buffer overflow» has the lowest recognition rate but fewer false positives compared to «SQL injection». The study showed that the use of AST allows for the effective detection of duplicate code and vulnerabilities in the software code. The developed tool can help software developers reduce maintenance efforts, improve code quality, and ensure software product security.

The object of research is fuzzy search algorithms based on Damerau-Levenshtein automata and Levenshtein automata. The paper examines and compares solutions based on finite state machines for efficient and fast finding of words and lines with a given editing distance in large text data using the concept of fuzzy search. Fuzzy search algorithms allow finding significantly more relevant results than standard explicit search algorithms. However, such algorithms usually have a higher asymptotic complexity and, accordingly, work much longer. Fuzzy text search using Damerau-Levenshtein distance allows taking into account common errors that the user may have made in the search term, namely: character substitution, extra character, missing character, and reordering of characters. To use a finite automaton, it is necessary to first construct it for a specific input word and edit distance, and then perform a search on that automaton, discarding words that the automaton will not accept. Therefore, when choosing an algorithm, both phases should be taken into account. This is because building a machine can take a long time. To speed up one of the machines, SIMD instructions were used, which gave a speedup of 1-10% depending on the number of search words, the length of the search word and the editing distance. The obtained results can be useful for use in various industries where it is necessary to quickly and efficiently perform fuzzy search in large volumes of data, for example, in search engines or in autocorrection of errors.

The object of research in this work was the coating of oxygraphene on a silicon single crystal substrate. In the work, the LPСVD (Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition) method of deposition from the gas phase at low pressure is used to obtain graphene-like coatings on heat-resistant materials. A feature of the proposed LPCVD method in comparison with the classical method of deposition from the gas phase CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) by the method of catalytic decomposition of carbon-containing gas followed by the deposition of a graphene-like coating on a copper template is the use of a higher partial gas pressure, which leads to the deposition of graphene-like waste not only on the surface of the copper template-catalyst, but also in the entire volume of the reaction chamber and the materials introduced into it. A monocrystalline silicon template was used as a model for coating. The resulting coatings of different thicknesses were examined by scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and density was assessed by helium pycnometry. Based on the analysis of the results obtained using the method of scanning electron microscopy, the possibility of varying the thickness of the oxygraphene coating was shown. In addition, the formation of oxygraphene on a silicon single crystal substrate was confirmed by the Raman spectroscopy method, namely the presence of characteristic peaks in the spectra of the studied materials. Using the helium pycnometry method, a decrease in the density of the coated material from 2.25 g/cm3 to 2.08 g/cm3 was found. It was established that the greater the coating thickness, the lower the density. The general analysis showed that the developed LPСVD technology allows obtaining an oxygraphene coating on materials of any shape, porosity, size and resistant to temperatures above 600 °С in order to functionalize their surface and improve and improve their properties.
