The object of research is the drill string bottom structure using the correcting devices of drilling modes to control the dynamics of the drill string. The work is aimed at the study of longitudinal, torsional and transverse oscillations when adjusting the axial load on the bit by using a drilling shock absorber with a two-link characteristic. A dynamic model of the drill string during the drilling process is presented, which is a concentrated-continuous nonlinear system that interacts with the ball bit and the downhole engine as a source of energy. It is shown that elastic oscillations of all types affect the interaction of the bit with the outcrop rock. In order to evaluate drilling performance, it is necessary to take into account not only longitudinal, torsional and transverse oscillations, but also parametric oscillations, which are associated with the deformation of the weighted drill pipe under axial loads and during its rotation in the process of deepening the hole. It was found that transverse vibrations of weighted drill pipes, as a flexible element, during the drilling process are, as a rule, parametric in nature. They lead to the appearance of additional stresses in the elements of the column and, as a result, to the acceleration of their destruction and accelerated wear of the bit arms and rolling bearings. It is proved that in the future, for the development of dynamic models, it is necessary to take into account their hydrodynamics and the type, design and parameters of the applied punching elements. The obtained research results can be applied in practice in the process of designing the structure of the drill string bottom structure (DSBS) using correcting devices of drilling modes to control the dynamics of the drill string, by using a drilling shock absorber with a two-link characteristic in order to correct the axial load on the bit.

The object of the research is the possibilities of using a wireless communication system for feedback to improve the additive manufacturing process of a part using the arc welding technology with temperature control for heat propagation. The problem to be addressed includes determining the geometric properties, print topology, and temperature control regimes for the mentioned part. It also involves the installation of telecommunications sensors and cameras for temperature monitoring, conducting simulation calculations using ABAQUS software, and physical experiments. The results of the work include simulating the additive manufacturing process at necessary hierarchical system levels, considering specific requirements and obtaining the required geometric dimensions. Residual stresses have been analyzed, software-related heat propagation issues have been discussed, the influence of cooling on production quality has been verified, and optimal print parameters have been created. Additionally, the potential use of a feedback telecommunication system with telecommunication devices such as cameras and laser sensors for temperature control has been explored. The obtained data has been used for the possibility of generating an automated program for robot control during the additive manufacturing process. Based on the data obtained, residual stress values and defects in the produced samples were determined. A real experiment was conducted, and the results of the real experiment were compared and analyzed. The assessment of the impact of the feedback telecommunication system on the additive manufacturing process using arc welding with heat propagation control through cooling periods in practice allows for improved printing quality, technology of the produced part, cost reduction, and speeding up the production process.

The paper shows a well-known approach to the construction of cores in multi-core microprocessors, which is based on the application of a data flow graph-driven calculation model. The architecture of such kernels is based on the application of the reduced instruction set level data flow model proposed by Yale Patt. The object of research is a model of calculations based on data flow management in a multi-core microprocessor. The results of the floating-point multiplier development that can be dynamically reconfigured to handle five different formats of floating-point operands and an approach to the construction of an operating device for addition-subtraction of a sequence of floating-point numbers are presented, for which the law of associativity is fulfilled without additional programming complications. On the basis of the developed circuit of the floating-point multiplier, it is possible to implement various variants of the high-speed multiplier with both fixed and floating points, which may find commercial application. By adding memory elements to each of the multiplier segments, it is possible to get options for building very fast pipeline multipliers. The multiplier scheme has a limitation: the exponent is not evaluated for denormalized operands, but the standard for floating-point arithmetic does not require that denormalized operands be handled. In such cases, the multiplier packs infinity as the result. The implementation of an inter-core operating device of a floating-point adder-subtractor can be considered as a new approach to the practical solution of dynamic planning tasks when performing addition-subtraction operations within the framework of a multi-core microprocessor. The limitations of its implementation are related to the large amount of hardware costs required for implementation. To assess this complexity, an assessment of the value of the bits of its main blocks for various formats of representing floating-point numbers, in accordance with the floating-point standard, was carried out.

The operation process of marine diesel engines when using fuel with a sulfur content of no more than 0.1 % was chosen as the object of the study. Similar types of fuel are characterized by a lower auto-ignition temperature and higher calorific value. During combustion, this leads to an increase in the rate of fuel combustion and the degree of pressure increase during combustion, precisely because of this, the dynamic loads on the parts of the cylinder-piston group and diesel engine bearings increase. Also, this (due to the increase in temperature at the end of combustion) creates conditions for an increase in the concentration of nitrogen oxides in diesel exhaust gases. This (namely, the change in dynamic and thermal loads that occur during the use of fuels with a reduced sulfur content in marine diesel engines) leads to the occurrence of emergency situations. As a method of managing the risk of such emergency situations, the reconfiguration of the high-pressure fuel equipment, namely the change of the advance angles of the fuel supply, is proposed. The research was carried out on a vessel intended for the transportation of containers and on which a marine diesel engine 8K80ME-8.2-TII MAN-Diesel & Turbo was installed as the main engine. Combustion pressure, the degree of pressure increase during combustion, the temperature of exhaust gases, and the concentration of nitrogen oxides in exhaust gases were chosen as the indicators for evaluating the use and implementation of the proposed method. It has been experimentally proven that this results in an increase in the environmental sustainability of diesel operation by 3.61–10.97 %, an increase in thermal stability – up to 2.54 %, and an increase in dynamic stability – up to 4.82 %. This is due to the shift of the self-ignition and combustion process towards expansion and the corresponding decrease in pressure and temperature at the end of combustion. The most favorable use of this method is on modern diesel engines that have an electronic fuel injection control system, so they do not require mechanical reconfiguration of fuel pumps. Taking this into account, the method based on the change of fuel advance angles is defined as the one that provides management of the risk factors of emergency situations when using low-sulfur fuel in marine diesel engines.

The object of research is economic theories and modern ecological and economic systems. The evolution of economic theories in each historical period of the development of social relations has been analyzed and the main economic schools that most accurately described the existing economic systems have been identified. The work solved the problem of strategic development of the economic system of Ukraine based on the author's vision of the evolution of economic theories in the dynamics of development and their historicism, modern economic theory and the peculiarities of the development of certain scientific directions. Analysis of the development of economic systems indicates a logical sequence of development towards institutionalism, historicism and environmentalism. The author's own developments of the structural-logical scheme of the evolution of economic theories and economic theories of modernity, the institutional economic system and the structural-logical scheme of the environmental economy are given. Special attention is paid to the ecological revolution, the theory of V. I. Vernadsky and environmental aspects. The obtained results determine that the development of Ukraine should be based on environmental principles, environmental sociology, ecophilosophy and ecoethics. This is determined by the limitation of natural resources and the need for rational use and revitalization of territories and individual elements of the biosphere complex that suffered as a result of military aggression. Taking into account the significant geopolitical natural resource potential of Ukraine, ways of multiplication through the formation of an environmental institutional economy integrated into the European economic and ecological integral space are determined. The importance of water resources of Ukraine and the role of organic farming in the revitalization processes of the Dnipro basin are highlighted. Identified proposals for the formation of environmental sustainability of the economy and the socio-economic system, both in general and for individual natural-resource components. Special attention is paid to the systematic strategic management of the development of land resources and land-resource potential. This is possible if corruption is eliminated and the economy exits from the economic underground.

The object of research is the «boiler plant – heat consumers – environment» system, which is caused, in particular, by high fuel consumption by city boilers serving high-rise residential buildings, including a significant number of buildings of an outdated housing stock, which are characterized by a low level of energy saving. One of the most problematic areas is the increase in emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases into the atmosphere by boiler units and other power plants, especially during the heating season. In the course of the research, an assessment and analysis of the level of pollution of the city's atmosphere by emissions from boiler plants, taking into account background pollution, and an analysis of the normative calculation method for determining emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere from power plants were used. The theoretical justification of the method of operational determination of current emissions of urban boiler houses and indicators of their energy-ecological efficiency based on current daily fuel consumption recorded during the entire heating season is also given, with a simultaneous assessment of the energy efficiency of fuel use and the degree of ecological hazard of emissions. The essence of the method is to use the indicator (energy-ecological index) introduced by the authors – K. This indicator simultaneously characterizes the multiplicity of exceeding both the current fuel consumption and the corresponding current emissions of pollutants by the boiler room, relative to their reference (reference) values determined once at the beginning of the heating season at an ambient air temperature of about 8 °C. The proposed temperature method for determining the K index before and after the implementation of both resource-saving technologies and technologies for protecting the atmosphere from emissions in the «boiler plant – heat consumers – environment» system allows to evaluate their effectiveness by the level of reduction in the value of the index, compared to its previous value, that is, to implementation obtained under similar conditions. It has been proven that in order to obtain a tangible energy-ecological effect at the level of a large city from its technology of warming the walls of buildings, its mass centralized implementation is necessary, both for individual high-rise buildings and on the scale of existing residential neighborhoods. For the reconstruction of existing facades, it is proposed to use current industrial technologies for warming the walls of buildings, which are used in new buildings, which are based on the use of mineral wool, in particular ISOVER-plaster. Insulation of walls with ISOVER-plaster will have the following advantages compared to foam plastic: thermal conductivity coefficient – 0.034 W/m·K, against 0.048 W/m·K for foam plastic. The object of research is the process of determining the objective indicator of the degree of topographic homogeneity of the structure and properties of the leather material. The work defines a set of indicators of properties of semi-finished chrome tanning and leather materials. At the same time, when evaluating the homogeneity of the properties of leather materials, the difference between the values of the physical and mechanical indicators of the shabrack and the bottom is taken into account. At the same time, for a more homogeneous leather material, this difference should be minimal. The maximum differences between the determined physico-mechanical parameters of the semi-finished product of chrome tanning and the minimum for experimental and industrial leather materials were established. The given technological scheme for obtaining an experimental leather material by the technology of syntan-tannin filling-plasticization is more homogeneous with the use of syntan BNS TU 17-06-165-89, mimosa extract with a tannin content of 81.7 %, alkylcarboxyethanolamine of aliphatic acids, dye anionic black K, Fosfol L-1301 emulsions of Cromogenia Units, S.A. (Spain), aluminum potassium alum. For an objective assessment of the homogeneity of the properties of the leather material, a complex indicator is proposed – a coefficient that takes into account the meridian elongation at the crack of the face layer, the limit of strength of the material and its face layer at spherical deformation, which characterize the quality of the leather material according to DSTU 2726-94 «Leather for shoe uppers. Specifications». At the same time, the time-consuming nature of sample preparation and instrumental determination of the properties of leather material is taken into account. The determined complex coefficient of homogeneity of the experimental material is 0.88, and the industrial one is 0.82. This indicates greater homogeneity of the properties of the experimental leather material. A comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the homogeneity of the properties of the experimental leather material testify to the prospects of its use in the manufacture and operation of footwear products.

The object of research was silicate systems based on CaO–SiO2–AL2O3 oxides for the production of white cement under the condition of reducing the maximum firing temperature and energy intensity of the products. A complex of raw materials of different genesis was chosen for the study – chalk, pyloquartz, aluminum hydroxide. The criteria for the selection of raw materials were increased reactivity during firing and minimization of the content of colored oxides. During the research, methods of physico-chemical analysis of silicates and standardized testing of properties were comprehensively applied. Determination of the rational compositions of the raw material mixture was carried out using the created computer program «RomanCem». Based on the analysis of the calculation results, a significant value of the quantitative ratio of aluminum-silica-containing components Ca/Cp was determined. It was established that in the interval of the quantitative ratio Ca/Cp from 0.4 to 0.6, the silica modulus of the binder changes in an inversely proportional dependence within n=3.8–2.5 at a low content of colored iron oxides at the level of C=0.14–0.17 %. The compositions of the raw material mixture based on chalk with the use of an aluminum-silica-containing complex of aluminum hydroxide-powder quartz were determined, which allow, at the maximum firing temperature of 1100–1200 °C, to obtain a mineral binder that exceeds natural or Roman cement in terms of strength (21–27 MPa versus 10–15 MPa) and whiteness (80–85 % versus 55–60 %). Peculiarities of phase transformations in the material during low-temperature firing as a factor of structure and properties are noted. The development and practical use of white cement, obtained by reducing the maximum firing temperature and, accordingly, specific fuel consumption, reveals additional reserves for the production of mineral binders, contributes to the comprehensive solution of issues of resource conservation and production technology of silicate building materials.

The object of the study is the process of managing the air network of air communication platforms of the FANET class (Flying Ad-Hoc Network), which is a component of the ground-air communication network, and which is performed on rotary unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the mini class, at the stage of deployment and operational management. The scientific research is aimed at the managing process formalization of aerial communication platforms of the air communication network in the implementation of two classes of management tasks – the class of traffic management tasks and the class of communication tasks. The analysis of this subject area showed that the management tasks at the stage of deployment and operational management of the air subnet are a multi-parameter optimization task and require the formation of control solutions at the OSI physical, channel and network levels, open systems interaction model. Tasks related to the adaptive management of radio coverage in zones (geographic areas of the area), including the clustering of terrestrial subscribers (communication nodes), were not considered, and relate to processes at the transport and application levels. At the same time, the article shows the mathematical apparatus of the approach to the compensation of the deviations of the trajectory of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the conditions of a directional obstacle, which will allow the formation of control solutions for adaptive control, directional patterns at the output of the transmission path. Such compensation is carried out using methods of algorithmic exchange of probes (messages) between the mobile base station and communication platforms with a certain periodicity – solutions at the channel and network levels, as well as the use of Multi User MIMO technologies. This technology allows for information exchange with several client devices at the same time, and not sequentially, sending probes to several spacecraft on one channel, using several transmitting and receiving antennas, and the calculation of channel coefficients allows to estimate the azimuthal angle of deviation and the angle of elevation.

Today, modern software and hardware of information technologies are used to automate production processes, starting from modeling of technical developments and automated computer systems. This study is aimed at describing the process of implementing software support for economic analysis of the enterprise, which will calculate the main economic indicators and informatively display the calculated data. The object of the study is an automated system for calculating and maintaining the main economic indicators of the enterprise. The subject of research is methods of database design and development, data visualization and web applications. A review of literature sources allowed to conclude that most often to assess the economic performance of the enterprise, standard technologies are used, which the authors adapt to specific economic problems. In addition, the analysis of modern research has not identified a single software product that would collect, accumulate, analyze information and calculate the main indicators of economic activity of the enterprise, as well as monitor changes in such indicators in the dynamics. Automation of calculation of economic indicators, statistical analysis and visualization of data gives the chance to carry out effective management of the enterprise in modern economic conditions. The developed system allows to analyze the use of fixed assets; working capital analysis; analysis of the use of labor resources; profitability analysis; analysis of financial stability of enterprises. The paper shows the process of developing a functional model of a web application for the automated calculation of key economic indicators, and presents the advantages and disadvantages of working with the PostgreSQL database management system. The structure of the developed database, which consists of four tables, is given. An example of the work of the developed web application is presented.
