The new sales method of social commerce in food service market is growing steadily. Over 50 percent of the social commerce market is food service product. Food service companies are using social commerce, which is discount sales, as a marketing tool. There are many food service companies using social commerce as a sales and marketing tool. However, little research has investigated food service customers. Thus, this study suggests how food service customer's purchasing factor affects customer's satisfaction and loyalty of the supplier and business operator. Social commerce's purchasing characteristic factors are selected based on a previous study. Purchasing factor is divided into supplier and business operator side and the impact of the relationships between its subordinate factors (price discount, offering diversity, mutual action, brand intimacy) and customer's satisfaction is analyzed. As a result, price discount and brand intimacy show higher results. Offering diversity and brand intimacy of purchasing factor on business operator side shows a higher impact on the relationship between loyalty and ?? (Ed'the relationship between A and B'; what is B?). The study implications are as follows. The food service industry should establish different marketing strategies to apply social commerce and compare with social commerce business operators, because the actual place where customers use food service is food service restaurants and not just social commerce websites.

This study was undertaken to identify factors influencing care burden among spouses of young women afflicted with breast cancer. Totally, 130 spouses of young women with breast cancer, who were hospitalized or visited one of the three general hospitals in B city, were enrolled for the study. Data was collected between January 3 to March 31, 2016. The mean, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression were analyzed by applying the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Social support had the greatest impact on care burden (β=-0.41, p〈0.001), followed by marital intimacy (β=-0.26, p=0.001), age (β=0.18, p=0.009) and perceived economic status (β=-0.14, p=0.039). The explanatory power was determined to be 42% (F=24.41, p〈0.001). Our findings indicate the necessity to develop social support programs that help reduce the care burden of spouses of young women afflicted with breast cancer. Moreover, there is a need to develop differentiated programs by considering marital intimacy, age and perceived economic status.

This study examined the environment and landscape aspects of rural villages, which are based on agriculture, to regenerate a disappearing rural village. The lifestyle and living conditions in this area were examined and the field survey of this area was carried out. The main negative factors at the rural landscape and living environment, such as rural households garbage, compost piles, and farming wastes, were found. An improvement plan of the landscape in this area was then determined. The disposal conditions according to the garbage types were analyzed through a survey with the residents directly. Through this survey, the current negative factors in landscape were checked and various improvement methods were assessed. Based on this, an institutional framework about landscape improvement of a village was developed, and a fundamental resource that can improve the environment of rural communities by this system is suggested.

This study aimed to determine the effects of self-esteem, appearance satisfaction, and satisfaction in their major on the employment stress of nursing college students. The subjects were 194 students from four colleges of nursing in P-province in Korea. Data were collected from self-administered questionnaires, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's and Spearman's correlation coefficients. Multiple regression with dummy variables was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results revealed the following scores: self-esteem 3.40±0.53, appearance satisfaction 2.96±0.56, satisfaction with the major 3.80±0.61, and employment stress 2.23±0.75. Significant differences in employment stress according to general characteristics of subjects were observed in gender (t=7.40, p=.007), entering nursing college motivation (F=3.24, p=.023), and college life satisfaction (F=16.722, p<.001). Employment stress showed a negative correlation with self-esteem (r=-.433, p<.001), appearance satisfaction (r=-.307, p<.001), and satisfaction in major (r=-.534, p<.001). The satisfaction with the major (β=-.371, p<.001), self-esteem (β=-.166, p=.026), appearance satisfaction (β=-.132, p=.045), entering nursing college motivation (β=.163, p=.006), and gender (β=.131, p=.033) confirmed as a factors affecting the employment stress and accounted for 35.6% of the variance. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop employment-competency reinforcement programs to increase the level of satisfaction in the major, appearance satisfaction, and self-esteem to reduce the employment stress of nursing college students.

This study was a descriptive research study for hemodialysis patients to survey the effects of social support and health literacy on treatment adherence. The subjects of this study were 140 hemodialysis patients aged over 40 years who had been receiving treatment for more 1 year in artificial kidney rooms at two general hospitals in Y city. The data were collected from November 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 26.0 statistical program. The results of this study show that social support (family, friends, medical staff) and health literacy (functional, communication, critical) were positively correlated with treatment adherence. The variables affecting treatment adherence in hemodialysis patients were identified by social support and health literacy with 69.6% explanatory power. To improve the treatment adherence of hemodialysis patients, it is necessary to develop education programs to improve health literacy based on social support.

The effects of positive psychology promoting programs for undergraduate nursing students were evaluated. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design; data were collected between June 22 and September 4, 2019. The participants were 37 nursing students, who were assigned to an experimental group (n=18) and a control group (n=19) at two colleges in D and P city. The positive psychology-promoting program was provided for six weeks (12 sessions, 100∼120 min.). The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, χ2 test, repeated measure ANOVA, and paired t-test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. After receiving the positive psychology-promoting program, a difference in optimism (F=16.74, p<.001), psychological well-being (F=14.69, p<.001), and stress-coping strategy (problem solving; F=4.35, p=.015, social support; F=3.87, p=.028) was observed between the experimental and control groups. The results indicate that the positive psychology-promoting program was effective in increasing optimism, psychological well-being, and stress coping strategy in undergraduate nursing students. These findings will contribute to the development of a program to improve the mental health of undergraduate nursing students.
