The formulation of the problem in this study are: Does motivation, organizational commitment and teaching facilities partially and simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational commitment and teaching facilities on teacher job satisfaction in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat. With the sampling technique in total sampling, the sample in this study was the entire population of 38 teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat, because the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat and researchers were not sampled. The results of this study indicate; motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; facilities a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; motivation, organizational commitment and facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction.

The object of the study is PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan, because there was a decrease in employee performance at the company. Decline in employee performance occurs due to discipline in terms of accuracy is still less than optimal and lack of attention from the company that resulted in the presence of a sense of dissatisfaction. PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan is a company engaged in the distributor of mobile phones. This research uses quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination simultaneous and partial test. The population of this research is all employees who work in PT, Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan which amounted to 107 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample where107 employees from PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan and 30 people from the branch office is OkeShop as a test of validity and reliability test. The results of this study indicate that the discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of determination coefficient of 0.475 indicating that the discipline and job satisfaction affect employee performance with the percentage level 47.5% while the remaining 52.5% Is another factor that is not researched. The conclusion of this research is discipline and job satisfaction have influence both simultant and partially to employees performance at PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan.

The research objective is to explore and analyze the influence of business risk, sales growth and asset structure on the capital structure of a trading company. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive statistics. The nature of the study is causal relationships. The population of this study is 45 trading companies. The 23 companies as samples were drawn by using a purposive sampling technique in the four years of the study period. The results of this study show that simultaneously, business risk, sales growth and asset structure had an effect on capital structure. Partially, business risk had a significant effect on capital structure, sales growth had a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure did not have a significant effect on capital structure. The result of the determination coefficient test shows that 79.3% of the variation of the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable.

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between loyality, commitment and organizational culture to the performance of the Workers at the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau Regional Secretariat Of North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Sixty five workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (loyality, commitment and organizational culture). Loyality is significant for 0,073 which can be concluded that loyality not affects performance (hypothesis 1 rejected). Commitment has significant value 0,000 which can be concluded that commitment affects performance (hypothesis 2 accepted). Organizational culture variable has significant value 0,002 which means that organizational culture affects performance (hypothesis 3 accepted). Research results show that loyality, commitment and organizational culture all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than α (α=0,05). So, it can be said that loyality, commitment and organizational culture influence positively the performance of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted.

This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Sixty five workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (loyality, commitment and organizational culture). Loyality is significant for 0,073 which can be concluded that loyality not affects performance (hypothesis 1 rejected). Commitment has significant value 0,000 which can be concluded that commitment affects performance (hypothesis 2 accepted). Organizational culture variable has significant value 0,002 which means that organizational culture affects performance (hypothesis 3 accepted). Research results show that loyality, commitment and organizational culture all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than α (α=0,05). So, it can be said that loyality, commitment and organizational culture influence positively the performance of the workers. The problem in this research is how the influence of career development, work facilities, professional commitment and supervision of work partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Tebing Tinggi Pratama Tax Office The research objective: To determine the effect of career development, work facilities, professional commitment and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The hypothesis proposed is: There is the influence of career development, work facilities, professional commitment, partial supervision and jointly on the performance of employees at the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The study was conducted at the Tebing Tinggi Pratama Tax Service Office Jalan Sutoyo Number 32 Rambung Tebing Tinggi., With a population of 82 people, and a study sample of 82 people. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a significant influence between career development on the performance of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the t count t-table analysis (1.895 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work facilities on the performance of the Primary Tax Office employees of Tebing Tinggi, the results of t count analysis t-table (1,874 1.67) at n = 82 with a level of significance of 95%. There is a significant influence between professional commitment to the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office Tebing Tinggi, because according to the results of the analysis t count t-table (2.074 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between the supervision of the performance of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the t-count analysis t-table (2.493 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. Together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on career development, work facilities, professional commitment and supervision of the performance of employees of the High Pratama Tax Service Office, because the F test results obtained F-count F table (12,305 2,48) . Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain how the influence of competence, motivation, work environment and work supervision on employee performance at the Medan Middle Tax Service Office. The research sample of 95 people. Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant influence between competence on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (2.862 1.67) at n = 95 with a significance level of 95%., There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, because the analysis results of tcount t-table (2.588 1.67) at n = 95 with a significance level of 95%, There is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance, because according to the results of t-analysis t-table (2,046 1, 67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%, there is a significant influence between supervision on employee performance because according to the results of the analysis of t table t (1.794 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. count F table (109,995 2.48) with the numerator dk 4 and the number 90 denominator together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect on competence, motivation, work environment, and supervision of the performance of employees of the Tax Office M adya Medan.
