Problem of this study how influence of competency on performance. How influence of   job culture on performance. How influence of job satisfaction on  performance. How influence competency,   job culture and job satisfaction on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  competency on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  job culture on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  competency, job culture and job satisfaction on   performance.  Sample in the study is 34 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate competency variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job culture variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Competency, job culture and job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

The formulation of problem in this research is there is influence  leadership on employees performance. There is influence  controlling on employees performance. There is  work attitude on employees performance. There is influence of  leadership, controlling and  work attitude on employees performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of   leadership on employees performance. For know influence and analize  controlling on employees performance. Optimal performance on each employee will affect the company's activities where it is expected by the company that employees must always improve their performance for the benefit and benefit of the company. Many factors can determine the ups and downs of the performance of employees in each company. These factors include the things that influence motivation of employees, the existence of a comfortable work environment and training related to employee competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and competence on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office. This study uses an associative approach, namely research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that partial motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially competence have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously motivation, work environment and competence have a significant effect on performance. Obtained the results of the coefficient of determination is worth 0.825 or 82.5% meaning that around 82.5% of the performance variable can be explained by the motivation variable, work environment and competence. Or it can be said that the contribution of motivation, work environment and competence to employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office is 82.5%. The remaining 17.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Job Stress (X3) on Teacher Performance (Y) both partially and simultaneously at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach using a population and a sample of 48 teachers or respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test partially show that Organizational Commitment with a significant value of 0.001, Job Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.027 and Job Stress with a significant value of 0.001 have a significant effect on teacher performance. In a simultaneous test, all independent variables have a significant effect on teacher performance, with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. It can be concluded that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job stress have a significant effect on teacher performance at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan.

Problem of this study how influence of emotional intellegence on performance. How influence of    job motivation on performance. How influence of  quality work of life on  performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  emotional intellegence on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of   job motivation on   performance. The formulation of the problem in this study are: How much influence the knowledge, skills and abilities have on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, skills and abilities on employee performance. Taking  the  sample  using  total  sampling  technique,  the  sample  of  this  study amounted to 37 people. Knowledge  partially has a positive effect on employee performance;  Skills  partially  have  a positive  effect  on employee  performance; Ability partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Knowledge, skills and abilities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance Fish Quarantine Center, Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products I.

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How the effect of facilities, job placement and commitment to the performance of the employees at Dinas Pangan Dan Pertanian Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities, job placement and commitment to employee performance. The sample in this study were 38 people. The results showed; Facility variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Job placement variables partially have a positive effect on employee performance; The commitment variable partially has a positive  effect on employee  performance;  Facility  variables,  work placement and  commitment   simultaneously   have  a  positive   and  significant   effect  on employee performance.

The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the influence of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover  intentions  at Dinas  Perikanan  Kota  Tanjungbalai.  This  study  aims  to determine  the effect of organizational  commitment,  work environment  and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions. With total sampling technique, the sample   in  this  study   was  41  people.   The  results   showed;   Organizational commitment  partially  has a positive  effect on employee  turnover  intentions   of 3.882;  The  work  environment  partially  has  a  positive  influence  on  employee turnover  intentions  of 2,988;  Job satisfaction  partially  has a positive  effect  on employee turnover intentions of 2.646; Organizational commitment, work environment  and job satisfaction simultaneously  have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intentions of 24,881.
