Optimal performance on each employee will affect the company's activities where it is expected by the company that employees must always improve their performance for the benefit and benefit of the company. Many factors can determine the ups and downs of the performance of employees in each company. These factors include the things that influence motivation of employees, the existence of a comfortable work environment and training related to employee competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and competence on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office. This study uses an associative approach, namely research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that partial motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially competence have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously motivation, work environment and competence have a significant effect on performance. Obtained the results of the coefficient of determination is worth 0.825 or 82.5% meaning that around 82.5% of the performance variable can be explained by the motivation variable, work environment and competence. Or it can be said that the contribution of motivation, work environment and competence to employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office is 82.5%. The remaining 17.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Job Stress (X3) on Teacher Performance (Y) both partially and simultaneously at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach using a population and a sample of 48 teachers or respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test partially show that Organizational Commitment with a significant value of 0.001, Job Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.027 and Job Stress with a significant value of 0.001 have a significant effect on teacher performance. In a simultaneous test, all independent variables have a significant effect on teacher performance, with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. It can be concluded that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job stress have a significant effect on teacher performance at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan.

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How the effect of facilities, job placement and commitment to the performance of the employees at Dinas Pangan Dan Pertanian Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities, job placement and commitment to employee performance. The sample in this study were 38 people. The results showed; Facility variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Job placement variables partially have a positive effect on employee performance; The commitment variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Facility variables, work placement and commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions. With total sampling technique, the sample in this study was 41 people. The results showed; Organizational commitment partially has a positive effect on employee turnover intentions of 3.882; The work environment partially has a positive influence on employee turnover intentions of 2,988; Job satisfaction partially has a positive effect on employee turnover intentions of 2.646; Organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intentions of 24,881.
