Aim: Medical record documentation by physicians in the emergency department is very important because it determines the required services of patients in the next step. This study aimed to design and implement appropriate tools for the rapid assessment of physicians' documentation in the emergency department. Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional study. First, a comprehensive review of resources was done in Google Scholar, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Iran doc, and SID until 2021. Physician documentation indicators were provided to health information management specialists, emergency medicine specialists, forensic specialists, and the head of the HIM department in hospitals. Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to evaluate face and content validity for instrument reliability. Then, the proposed tool randomly selected and reviewed 230 medical records of Imam Reza (AS) Hospital in Mashhad. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software. Results: First, a tool with 26 indicators was developed. Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was obtained from the test of 30 medical records 0.980, which was acceptable. Seventeen indicators had scores higher than 0.79, 0.714, and 3.55 and CVR and face validity, including signature, date and time, diagnoses and procedures, correction of errors. The assessment results of 230 medical records showed a relatively good state of documentation of emergency physicians. Conclusion: The proposed tool allows the rapid assessments of the key index in the documentation of physicians in the emergency department and has high validity and reliability, so it is recommended to be used in the emergency department.

Aim: Knowledge is a strategic resource for developing services and gaining a competitive advantage, and timely evaluation of knowledge activities will be an important factor for organizational performance excellence. The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of management maturity and knowledge of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and its effect on performance excellence. Methods: The research method is a survey, and its type is applied. The study population included managers and staff of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. The research was conducted in 2021. Sampling was simple stratified random sampling. The sample size was 320 people. The data collection tool was the standard questionnaire of the Asian Productivity Organization (reliability coefficient of the questionnaire: 0.83). The questionnaire consisted of seven main criteria and 46 questions. The statistical software used was SPSS version 26. ANOVA, t-test, and simple linear regression analyzed the data and tested the hypotheses. Results : The research showed that the university was at the level of development of knowledge management maturity with a score of 141.16. The regression results showed that the knowledge processes index with a value of 0.69 had the highest effect, and the staff index with a value of 0.67 had the lowest effect on knowledge management maturity. The value of t-statistic was significant for indicators of knowledge maturity (technology, knowledge processes, leadership, process, learning and innovation, and knowledge management results) except employees at the level of less than 0.05. Conclusion : The results of data analysis proved the relationship between the Asian Productivity Organization knowledge management maturity model and performance improvement. Therefore, the mentioned model can be relied on, and the results can be generalized to the university.

Aim: The success of educational organizations depends on their students' satisfaction, which leads to the university's progress and prosperity. Due to the vital position of a university of medical sciences and its serious responsibility in educating the forces directly related to the community's health, these centers must redouble their efforts to satisfy their students. For this purpose, this study was conducted to identify factors affecting students' satisfaction with Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This applied research was conducted with qualitative methodology and qualitative content analysis. The samples were purposefully selected from the Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences students. In this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 students. Data were analyzed using MAXQDA software. Results: Seven central themes, including "educational factors", "research factors", "managerial factors", "administrative factors ","welfare factors", and "support services" along with its sub-categories that express students' shared experience and understanding of factors which influence their satisfaction were extracted. Conclusion: Considering the importance of educational, research, managerial, administrative, welfare, and support services factors from the students' point of view, it is appropriate for policymakers and trustees to take into account the needs and expectations of students to develop programs that meet neglected needs of the students in these fields.

Aim: In emergency and virus epidemics, utilizing existing technologies and e-learning is the only way for institutes of higher education. In this study, factors affecting the acceptance of E-Learning in corona conditions were investigated. Methods: The research method was a descriptive survey, and it was an applied study. The sample consisted of 344 students of management and medical information sciences of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2021. They were selected by stratified-randomly sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, including 26 questions and 6 factors. Data were analyzed by PLS software and path analysis test. Results: The results showed that facilitating condition has a direct effect on perceived ease of use (0.724) and perceived usefulness (0.580) and with path coefficient (0.328) through the mediating variable of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness has an indirect and significant effect. In addition, the Perceived ease of use and Perceived Usefulness had a significant effect on students' attitudes of 43% and 44%, respectively. It was also found that by creating a positive attitude in students, 67% will lead to Behavioral Intention and then 80% to acceptance E-Learning by students of the University of Medical Sciences in Corona Crisis. Conclusion: In the present situation, in order to improve the acceptance and increase the efficiency of E-Learning, before using any educational and tool content, attention should be paid to the role of mental perception variables in ease of use and usefulness.

Aim: The present study compares the effectiveness of emotion-oriented cognitive-behavioral therapy and the combination of acceptance-based therapy and commitment and self-compassion training on self-compassion and emotional self-regulation in heart patients in Khoramabad in 2021. Methods: The present study is a quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population was women with heart disease in Khoramabad in 2021. Forty-five people were selected through the convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. Ten separate 90-minute sessions were held for both treatment groups, and no training control group was applied. The research instruments were the Self-Compassion Scale of Neff with 26 questions and the Emotional Self-Regulation Scale of Larsen and Mike with ten questions. SPSS software and multivariate analysis of covariance were used to analyze the data . Results: Combining acceptance-commitment therapy with self-compassion training and emotion-driven cognitive-behavioral therapy improves self-compassion and emotional self-regulation in women with cardiovascular disease (P-Value> 0.05), and their recovery rate is higher than the control group (P-Value> 0.05). However, the two experimental groups were not significantly different (P-Value> 0.0). Conclusion: Combining acceptance-commitment therapy with self-compassion training and emotion-driven cognitive-behavioral therapy increase awareness of emotions and controls the level of emotions and self-compassion in women with heart disease. So, both treatments are effective for awareness of emotions and self-compassion.

Aim: Total quality management (TQM) is one of the appropriate tools for structural changes in hospitals and the most important philosophy to increase the effectiveness of a dynamic and purposeful organization in a competitive environment. This study aimed to investigate the barriers to establishing TQM in Kerman hospitals. Methods: This descriptive-correlational study examined the barriers to establishing TQM in Kerman hospitals, 2019-2020. 377 managers and experts, medical, administrative, and financial staff of the hospitals were selected by available sampling. The data was collected by barriers to implementing the TQM questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Analysis of variance) and SPSS software version 20. Results: Most of the subjects were women (67.3%). The mean of total barriers to implementation of TQM in hospitals was 3.94±1.38. The highest mean was related to cultural barriers and staff (4.42±1.16). There was a significant relationship between cultural barriers and staff, barriers related to infrastructure, and managerial barriers with the realization of TQM with more than 99% confidence. The standardized value of the impact of the organizational dimension on the cultural barriers and staff was 0.19, organizational barriers on the barriers related to infrastructure were 0.51, organizational barriers on the managerial barriers were 0.30. These correlations were significant. There was a significant relationship between cultural and staff barriers, infrastructure barriers, and managerial barriers. Conclusion: This study showed that the most significant barriers to establishing TQM in Kerman hospitals were cultural barriers and staff. Aim: Implementing telemedicine can help reduce costs and improve quality and equity access to health services. Simultaneously with the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, telemedicine has become one of the priorities of the Ministry of Health of Iran. This study aimed to provide a model for the implementation of telemedicine in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The present study was conducted in 2020 with various reviews descriptive and qualitative methods. In this first study, the implementation requirements of telemedicine were determined using a review study. In the second step, physicians' familiarity with expertise in telemedicine was assessed. In the third step, the current infrastructure (admirative and technical) of Ahwaz University of Medical Sciences in the field of telemedicine was examined. Then a model for telemedicine implementation was proposed. This template was provided to 25 experts in the form of a questionnaire. Results: The telemedicine implementation model for Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences was approved by experts in a Delphi round. The final model consisted of 12 main axes and 180 components. Conclusion: The proposed model in the present study can assist medical universities in planning telemedicine implementation.
