Social capital is transformed due to the digitalized environment built with the ICT expansion. The evolution of the social capital' forming and development reflects the new forms and models of communication, the extended possibilities of choice and of presence into the Web as a unique space of exchange. This article presents the theoretical approach to the analysis of behavior' regulation within the framework of social technologies implemented to the digital space. Social engineering represents an important factor of the violation of information security' rules, the IT-specialists attribute the majority of the crime in the sector to the insiders of private business companies and to the imprudence of individuals. The social capital can play the both positive and negative roles to assure information security issues, the social engineering can be in the contradiction with the tendencies of the social capital development, but the social technologies used are based on the social capital development.

This paper is concerned with the modeling of the behavior of railway tracks under a dynamic load of wheel set taking into account the elastic, viscous-elastic and elastic-plastic properties of the interaction region between two solid bodies and elastic anisotropic properties of the top structure of a railway track, which differ in three main directions: along the rails, along the sleepers and vertically downwards. Based on the model of the wheel-rail contact the maximum stresses are determined which take place in the rail in the presence of wheel defects (e.g. flat spot, weld-on deposit, etc.). In this paper, the solution of the inverse problem is presented, i.e., investigation of the influence of the strength of a wheel impact upon rails on wheel defects as well as evaluation of the stresses emerging in rails.

The task of minimizing the costs of providing IT services, as a task of optimizing control actions on quality indicators, was solved. An Statistical Aggregation and Decomposition approach was developed to study the quality of IT services on the basis of multiple regression and autoregression of the integrated moving average, in which these methods were jointly used to predict the components of the aggregated quality indicator.

Authors in the paper consider such definitions as a psychography, psychographic characteristics and their correlation in classical and digital marketing. The role of psychographic characteristics in human behavior in the process of goods search and ordering in a virtual environment is defined. The authors studied the potential of social networks as the main channel for obtaining information about Internet users in conditions of limited resources. The paper analyzes the possible adaptation of the social network participant profile's, as the main channel of psychographic data on consumers, which are registered in them. The authors proposed a mechanism for interaction between the websites of companies (online stores that have a personal account of the buyer) and social networks. It based on the integration of personal data containing psychographic characteristics obtained from users. The authors conducted a quantitative research of consumer opinion, reflecting the degree of reliability of the completed questionnaire data by users of social networks in terms of psychographic characteristics. The readiness of users to fill reliably data about themselves in a social network profile that form a user's psychographic data is estimated. The degree of readiness of consumers for cooperation with Online-retailers under conditions of limited resources is studied. The paper studied the readiness of consumers with a profile in social networks, to cooperate with Online-retailers according to the mechanism of interaction proposed by the authors.
