To improve safety in transport, exact mathematical models of transport systems are required. The technique of simulation of exact differential equations of mechanical systems is considered, which makes it possible to compile mathematical models of both systems of transportable bodies and transport objects whose motion is determined and depends on wearable systems moving in a certain prescribed manner. The technique is based on Appell's equations and requires a multiple calculation of the kinetic energy and energy of the system's accelerations in a given position for different values of generalized velocities and accelerations. Computer computation of these functions is not difficult even in the study of very complex systems of solids.

Objectives. The article proposes a modification of the method for quantitative risk assessment (the Monte Carlo simulation method) by taking into account the multifactorial relationship between the key parameters and the risk factors of the investment project, which makes it possible to obtain a more relevant and efficient sample of simulations. Methods. Investigations described in the article are based on statistic and other kind of information of russian gold mining company called Polymetal Ltd. Findings/Improvements. At the moment, the culture of risk management is poorly developed at domestic enterprises, in particular, the risk assessment of new investment projects often boils down to only a small standard classification and identification of some risks and an analysis of the sensitivity of the net present project income to a change in some key indicators. Since the change in parameters occurs without taking into account the objectively existing relationships between them (both in sensitivity analysis and in simulation analysis), the result is biased. Therefore, after doing several thousand iterations, you can get the necessary number of different scenarios with changed key parameters with predefined probability distributions. Further, having constructed a matrix or a scheme of key parameters, it is necessary to determine the relationships between these parameters (based on expert experience, statistical data or from the NPV model), the relationships between the parameters are determined. After that, those scenarios are excluded from the sample, the key parameters of which do not correspond to certain dependencies among themselves. Thus, we increase the objectivity of imitation scenarios of the NPV investment project. Application: The investigation results can be used by Russian mining companies to improve the quality of risk managing in mining projects.

The article presents the ecological problems of utilization of spent activated sludge, which is a waste after biological treatment of wastewater and ways of their solution. A literature review devoted to modern methods of recycling and recycling of spent activated sludge is presented. The methods of composting of spent activated sludge, advantages and disadvantages of field composting of spent activated sludge are considered in detail. Ways of utilization of spent activated sludge in foreign countries are considered. It has been shown that, since the time of the USSR, spent activated sludge was used as a source of mineral fertilizers. The technologies of obtaining mineral fertilizers from spent activated sludge are described, their advantages and disadvantages are shown. Materials for obtaining protein-vitamin product from spent activated sludge, which can be used for feeding animals, fish and birds, have been studied. The technology of obtaining a microbial protein from spent activated sludge is described. The works in which the spent activated sludge is used for reclamation of slurry grouting are presented. The publications devoted to the production of fuel from spent activated sludge, molded into briquettes, are considered. Presented are the works of Perm scientists who developed the technology of obtaining from spent activated sludge biosorbents used for soil cleaning during oil and oil product spills. In the experimental part, physicochemical studies of the spent activated sludge from the silt areas were carried out by the authors and the gross composition of the elements was determined, which showed that the spent activated sludge is characterized by high toxicity due to the presence of heavy metal impurities. Thermal analysis was carried out, which allowed to determine the temperature range of decomposition of organic matter of spent activated sludge. Based on physical and chemical studies, a technology for neutralizing spent activated sludge was proposed. This technology includes detoxification of spent activated sludge with calcium-containing reagents, to remove toxic elements (heavy metal ions) followed by heat treatment. Thermal treatment is carried out under conditions of minimal access of oxygen to remove pathogenic microorganisms, organic contaminants and formation of active carbon. The obtained material was used as an adsorbent for cleaning oil-contaminated wastewaters and obtaining complex fertilizers that allow intensifying the processes of phytoremediation of soils from oil products.

The article analyzes the current state of the telecommunications infrastructure of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Brief description of the socio-economic situation of the republic is given, with the regional specific features of the northern territory of the Russian Federation being given. Main indicators of the influence of broadband access to the Internet on the development of the regional economy are presented. It is noted that the most popular satellite resource on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the Ku-band of the Am5 Express spacecraft. The development of communication and information technologies in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will be oriented towards the transition to a new technological mode and higher rates of industrial development, which implies radical modernization of the information system and the innovative solutions in the field of information. The information infrastructure will be developed, which will ensure the competitiveness of basic and new industries, comfortable living conditions, information freedom of the population, sustainable development of the Arctic territories with the introduction of satellite communications, the modernization of postal communications and the development of electronic commerce and banking services. It is believed that the main purpose of the development of the industry of information and telecommunication technologies in the Republic of Sakha is to improve the living standards of the citizens and to boost the competitiveness of the economy on the basis of state-of-the-art information and telecommunication technologies. The basic indicators of the development of up-to-date information and telecommunication technologies up to 2030 are given. The issues of training specialists in the field of information communications within the concept of the Triple Helix model that describes the interaction between the university, business and government in the educational process are discussed. The conclusion is made that the successful development of the information and telecommunication technologies sector in the Republic of Sakha is impossible without the appropriate system of specialists' training. For the transition to the sixth technological mode, the significant modernization of the programs at all levels of education in the field of infocommunications will be required. In this regard, the introduction and implementation of the model for specialists' training within the framework of public-private partnerships and the concept of the Triple Helix theory will allow for a faster and more flexible adaptation of the system of training competitive specialists to labor market changes for enterprises and organizations of the telecommunications sector of the region's economy.

The article presents the original hypothesis of identification of unknown parameters of low-frequency fluctuations of the cosmic microwave background. Its essence consists in the fact that in the process of evolution of organisms under the influence of microwave radiation of the sun characteristics of its low-frequency fluctuations are reflected in the basic properties of the neural mechanism of regulation of the body and the person, in particular. Brief description of the hardware implementation of the simulation tool microwave radiation of the Sun. Microbiological studies using specified device showed high its efficiency in the reduction of resistant properties of the most common opportunistic pathogens and improve the rheological properties of blood. Many of the general laws of life studied microorganisms with other cellular structures of the human body give reason to make positive view on the use of simulated microwave radiation of the sun in the prevention and treatment of a wide range of infectious and noninfectious diseases, including oncology.

Principles of creation and main mechanisms of implementation of a method of project and operational management for machine-building enterprises are considered. The method uses the model of the combined workflow determining causes and effect relationships between processes at stages of a lifecycle of creation of the complex technical system. All processes connected to development and manufacture are considered in the uniform project and production environment in which the process of creation of a product is implemented. The target function of the system created on the basis of a method is reduction of a cycle of creation of new products and minimization of project and production losses.
