The electricity growth in the PLN Weda Customer Service Unit (ULP) area in Central Halmahera Regency reached 26.64% in 2022, driven by national-scale nickel mining, resulting in consistent yearly increases in electricity demand. ULP Weda's electricity supply, with an installed power of 5.2 MW and a peak load of 5.6 MW, faces challenges due to high fuel prices, leading to a Cost of Supply (BPP) value of IDR 4,193, significantly higher than the average selling price of IDR 1,365 in the Veda system. To address these issues, a research methodology, incorporating SWOT and TOWS analyses, was employed. Three potential scenarios emerged: relocating Diesel Generating System (SPD) engines, adding rental generator engines, and purchasing excess power. Financial Feasibility Study (KKF) calculations, considering Nett's Present Value (NPV), Nett's Present Cost (NPC), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), determined the excess power purchase scenario as the most viable, with an NPV of IDR 29.8 billion, NPC of IDR 623 billion, IRR of 33.49%, and the lowest BPP value at IDR 1,244. The Homer application provided insights into optimizing generating machine units for optimal BPP values. Sensitivity analysis showed that higher interest rates and lower fuel prices contribute to lower BPP values. This comprehensive research offers a strategic framework for addressing electricity supply challenges in the ULP Weda area, ensuring financial viability and optimal operation.

This research aims to examine Indonesia's diplomacy in the Pacific Region, specifically during the Joko Widodo administration, focusing on the period spanning the last two decades. Emphasizing the significance of the Pacific Region in Indonesia's current foreign policy, the study employs qualitative research methods, utilizing international relations analysis, to explore diplomatic and cooperative efforts. Data for this study are derived from extensive literature reviews, including journals, books, regulations, and internet sources. The findings indicate that Indonesia, through its "look east" policy, has increasingly considered the Pacific Region pivotal for economic development, connectivity, and security. Notably, Indonesian diplomacy in the Pacific has evolved, with recent efforts showcased during Indonesia's chairmanship in Asean and the Asean-43 Summit. The latter has positioned the Pacific/Indo-Pacific Region as the Epicentrum of Growth, emphasizing its centrality for development and connectivity with ASEAN member countries and dialogue partner nations, such as China, Japan, and South Korea. In conclusion, this research sheds light on the evolving nature of Indonesia's diplomacy in the Pacific Region, offering insights into the country's strategic approach to fostering relations, economic development, and regional cooperation.

This study aims to analyze how much influence discipline, and physical work environment have on nurse performance. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 97 nurses as respondents at Budhi Asih Hospital (Regional General Hospital). This study used descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, instrument test, model feasibility test, and t test. The results indicate a positive and significant influence on nurse performance, as evidenced by the regression equation model (Y = 10.790 + 0.204 (X1) + 0.185 (X2)). The model's feasibility test yields a significant value of 0.000, indicating its significance and suitability for the study. In the t-test hypothesis, both discipline (sig = 0.003) and the physical work environment (sig = 0.014) show a positive and significant influence on nurse performance. While the study provides valuable insights, it is important to note the limitations, such as the specific context of Budhi Asih Hospital. Future research could explore these factors in diverse healthcare settings. Understanding the positive impact of discipline and the physical work environment on nurse performance is crucial for healthcare organizations seeking to enhance overall patient care and satisfaction.

This study aims to determine biomass, carbon, carbon uptake, and oxygen production in the arboretum of PT. Arutmin Indonesia-NPLCT. The methods used are purposive sampling and allometrics. The plot size useda is 20 m 20 m with 12 plots measured. The area of the arboretum is 5.05 ha. Carbon stock measurement is done by multiplying biomass by a conversion rate of 0.47 (47%) while carbon dioxide (CO2) sequestration is calculated by multiplying the average annual biomass growth by the conversion rate of 1.4667 obtained from the photosynthesis equation and oxygen production is measured based on conversion from carbon yield. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the biomass content of stands in the arboretum was 1,067.32 tons, carbon stocks were 501.64 tons, carbon dioxide (CO2) absorption was 1,565.45 tons, and oxygen production was 1,337.71 tons.
