This research investigates the factors influencing organizational performance within the Flight School of the Ministry of Transportation, focusing on the unique structure of the Public Service Agency (BLU) and its technical implementation units. It explores challenges faced by aviation service schools in meeting BLU revenue targets and highlights the significance of human resource management. Drawing on insights from scholars, the study examines the impact of career development, positive psychology, organizational communication, and digital leadership strategies on organizational performance, mediated by employee motivation. Using a quantitative approach involving a survey of 175 officials and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the research finds positive influences of these factors on organizational performance, with employee motivation playing a mediating role. However, limitations such as reliance on self-reported data and the sample size constrain the generalizability of findings. Future research could employ qualitative methods and longitudinal studies to deepen understanding and investigate long-term effects.

The Anambas Islands Regency, situated within the Riau Islands province with its center in Tarempa, boasts a captivating array of marine tourism attractions, including pristine white sandy beaches, crystalline waters, and breathtaking natural scenery. Beyond surface beauty, the underwater marine ecosystem harbours significant potential for development. Notable sites include Penjalin Island, strategically positioned and directly accessible from Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam; Pulau Bawah, renowned for its three stunning lagoons and rich mangrove exploration; Durai Island, home to unique habitats including leatherback turtle nesting grounds; the picturesque Green Rafting Beach with its enchanting coral landscapes; Temawan Island, offering both beachfront leisure and diverse underwater ecosystems; and Tanjung Momong, boasting captivating coral reefs. This study investigates public and tourist perceptions regarding the development of these marine attractions in the Anambas Islands. Utilizing quantitative methods, data was collected via questionnaires from 250 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Descriptive analysis employing SEM-AMOS revealed that perceptions of marine tourism development positively impact regional income, economy, and community welfare. This research underscores the significance of leveraging Anambas' marine resources for sustainable economic growth and societal well-being.

The study examines specific aspects of organizational performance within the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL), with a particular focus on the Marine Corps, essential for safeguarding Indonesia's maritime sovereignty. Utilizing quantitative methods and a survey approach, data was gathered from middle officers serving across 11 Marine Corps units over the past 5 years. Findings indicate that strategic leadership style, career development, and strategic competence of human resources significantly influence organizational performance within the Marine Corps. These factors, alongside organizational culture, are pivotal in shaping and sustaining performance levels. Importantly, the research underscores the importance of understanding these dynamics for Marine Corps management to enhance performance and achieve long-term objectives, particularly in navigating the complexities of globalization. Additionally, while rooted in the context of the Indonesian Navy, the implications of these findings extend to broader organizational settings, highlighting their potential applicability beyond the specific context of the TNI AL and Marine Corps.

This study aimed to determine the influence of Digital Marketing on Competitive Advantage and MSME Performance. The research employed a Quantitative Method utilizing SPSS and SEM (Structural Equation Model) assisted analysis tools with the Lisrel program. The analysis results reveal that digital marketing exerts a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, digital marketing significantly impacts MSME performance positively, competitive advantage significantly influences MSME performance positively, and Digital Marketing positively affects MSME performance through competitive advantage.

This research delves into the impact of various factors on Organizational Performance, with a specific focus on graduates of Vocational Higher Education in Aviation in Indonesia employed as Civil Servants (ASN) within the Ministry of Transportation. The factors under scrutiny include Self-efficacy, Knowledge, Attitude, and Skill, with an exploration of their positive influence on Organizational Performance. Furthermore, the study examines how these factors contribute to Personnel Competence among these graduates and assesses the resultant effect on Organizational Performance within the Ministry of Transportation. Additionally, it investigates the mediating role of Personnel Competence in the relationship between Self Efficacy, Knowledge, Attitude, Skill, and Organizational Performance. Employing a quantitative survey method with a positivistic approach, this study utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis. Through this methodology, the research aims to elucidate the correlation between graduate competencies and organizational tasks. Net Promoter Score (NPS) in healthcare settings is scrutinized for its effectiveness in enhancing patient loyalty and service quality. This review explores its application in hospitals, aiming to elevate service quality, satisfaction levels, patient experience, and loyalty. Utilizing a comprehensive literature search spanning November 2013-2023, it examines NPS in hospital marketing strategies, highlighting its conceptualization and utilization. While NPS integration in hospitals globally is prevalent, criticisms persist regarding its validity and relevance, particularly concerning biases and predictive capabilities for sales growth. Despite its benefits in improving healthcare services, NPS demonstrates limitations in supporting healthcare enhancement initiatives. Its suitability as a tool for measuring satisfaction, predicting loyalty, and assessing patient experience remains uncertain and contingent upon contextual factors and service nature.

Analysis of the Impact of Transformational Leadership on Human Capital Performance in the Real Estate Industry 变革型领导对房地产行业人力资本绩效的影响分析

The property industry is one of the significant sectors in the Indonesian economy. This industry plays a role in the provision of residence, place of business, and investment. In an era of increasingly fierce competition, the real estate industry needs to innovate and increase productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of transformational leadership style on human capital performance in the real estate industry. This study used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study are by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The data collected in this study was then analyzed through the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on human capital performance in the real estate industry. This indicates that the greater the use of transformational leadership styles by real estate leaders, the higher the performance of human capital. Real estate leaders need to implement a transformational leadership style to encourage employees to work harder, creatively, and productively.

This study investigates the Efficiency of Combining Compensation Claims in Criminal Cases, focusing on Decision Number 196/Pid.Sus/2021/PN. Jkt.Utr. Crime victims' rights are addressed by Law Number 8 of 1981, specifically in Articles 98 to 101 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (KUHAP), while compensation in Civil Law is governed by Article 1365 of the Civil Code. However, seeking compensation through civil law procedures can be time-consuming. A normative juridical approach was employed, utilizing statutory analysis and a case study method. Primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials provided secondary data. The analysis, framed by justice theory and legal certainty theory, reveals that merging compensation lawsuits with criminal cases under Article 98 of the Criminal Procedure Code can expedite resolution. Prerequisites for consolidation include alignment of defendant actions with charges, resulting losses, and a request from the aggrieved party to the Judge. This study underscores the potential of combining cases to streamline compensation claims, offering implications for enhancing victims' access to justice within the legal system.
