Management has an essential role in managing various groups or organizations to achieve the goals. This study aimed to evaluate the Pétanque organization management and youth athlete development in east java province, Indonesia. The study was conducted in qualitative with an ethnography approach. The research methods were observation and interview. The data were analyzed by using five steps (1) preparing and organizing the data, (2) review and explore the data, (3) developing a data coding system, (4) assigning codes to the data, (5) identifying themes. Eleven Pétanque coaches and four Pétanque committee leaders from four different East Java Province participated in this study as research participants. The findings in this study were organization management and youth athlete development. The Pétanque organization management included planning, organizing, directing, controlling, budgeting, and evaluating. Overall, the organization's management was well managed. However, the challenge in the management, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, is the limited activity program and funding. Furthermore, the same activity plans were not conducted due to the pandemic. The second finding was youth athlete development. The discussion of the second finding was divided into three parts, including talent identification, coach training methods, and athlete motivation. First, there were promotion and graduation procedures for potential athletes who could join the elite team and represent the city or Province in a national competition. Moreover, the instrument measured talent identification, which consisted of a performance test, game simulation test, and psychological test. In conclusion, Pétanque organization management and youth athlete development in East Java were developed very well.

Text-rich, interesting, and accessible literacy for Special Education Needs (SEN). This study aims to describe the embodiment of the text-rich, attractive, and accessible literacy classroom environment in supporting the literacy movement in Special Education Needs Schools. A qualitative approach with a single holistic case study method review design is applied. The research procedure includes problem identification, objectives, research questions, literature review, case selection and limitation, data collection, data analysis, triangulation, and integration of findings. The results show that the school literacy environment is quite good, especially to support the school literacy movement focused on activities 15 minutes before learning; the text-rich, accessible, and engaging literacy classroom environment has not been realized and has not supported literacy learning, the role of teachers, literacy teams, school committees, and leadership is not optimal. There are complex problems in realizing a literate classroom environment in special schools, including financing, commitment, and creativity of school residents (literacy team, teachers, students, and parents/stakeholders).

The Corona Virus Disease-2019 (Covid-19) pandemic that hit Indonesia and the world demands changes in behavior and habits in life. The education, economic, social, and even legal sectors are affected to immediately implement new patterns in carrying out their activities. Including in the court process which was originally conducted face to face or presenting all parties in the same room, efforts must be made to implement a new pattern to minimize the spread of Covid-19. The electronic court has emerged as a new concept in the examination of criminal cases. With the pattern of examinations carried out in separate rooms that are connected through the media with information technology facilities, whose implementation mechanism is regulated by taking into account the principles of criminal procedural law, it is hoped that it can fulfill a sense of justice for litigants. In this study, we will examine how an electronic court can create a modern criminal justice system following the concept of reforming the national criminal law. This research is normative legal research using a conceptual approach and legislation. From this research, it can be seen that the electronic court is not appropriate if it is said to be a momentary reaction due to the pandemic but is a challenge of globalization for the future of Indonesian criminal law where criminal law reform must always be responsive to the development of science and technology to increase the effectiveness of its functions in society, namely law enforcement.

Disabled people with different disabilities are one of the categories that are sensitive to COVID-19 infection. In dealing with COVID-19 and for people with disabilities, prevention policies have been issued by the government. Because of its limits, the regulation must be properly implemented, since disabled individuals need helpers to do their activities. Education on health practices is therefore highly crucial for people with disabilities. The purpose of this study is to outline the strategy of local governments to educate health protocols for individuals with mental disabilities through the strengthening of Ponorogo's social NGOs. The results of the study reveal that local authorities, including persons with disabilities, have a significant role to play in lobbying for community health protocols. Health protocol education for people with disabilities can be conducted inter alia by (a) involving a sign language speaker; (b) develop guidelines for the implementation of inclusive communication and information provision, and (c) create a service guide for the online class. The education of the health protocol is direct or indirect. The participation of social nongovernmental organizations is one of the health protocol education tactics in Ponorogo Regency for disabled people. Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Community is one of the NGOs directly active in the education of disabled persons on health protocols in their village. Education for families with disabilities remains informative. In order to limit direct interaction, Rumah Harapan activists often co-ordinate social support from outside parties. Unfortunately, the optimization of the protocol health education process for persons with disabilities is not coordinated well between Rumah Harapan and related authorities in Ponorogo Regency. It is nevertheless obvious that people with impairments in their daily activities have not followed the health protocol.

The results of the study reveal that local authorities, including persons with disabilities, have a significant role to play in lobbying for community health protocols. Health protocol education for people with disabilities can be conducted inter alia by (a) involving a sign language speaker; (b) develop guidelines for the implementation of inclusive communication and information provision, and (c) create a service guide for the online class. The education of the health protocol is direct or indirect. The participation of social nongovernmental organizations is one of the health protocol education tactics in Ponorogo Regency for disabled people. Rumah Harapan Karangpatihan Community is one of the NGOs directly active in the education of disabled persons on health protocols in their village. Education for families with disabilities remains informative. In order to limit direct interaction, Rumah Harapan activists often co-ordinate social support from outside parties. Unfortunately, the optimization of the protocol health education process for persons with disabilities is not coordinated well between Rumah Harapan and related authorities in Ponorogo Regency. It is nevertheless obvious that people with impairments in their daily activities have not followed the health protocol.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128176507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
