Pamekasan Regency has batik products as the center of batik industrialization in Madura. More specifically, Klampar village. Pamekasan Regency has a batik industry center, one of which is Klampar village, Proppo sub-district. The handcrafted batik of Klampar Village has a positive impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. Pamekasan batik motifs generally explore specific forms of flora and fauna, namely butterflies, birds, and chickens. There are three levels of social structure or hierarchy in the batik industry, namely the upper layer (buyers, collectors/prominent entrepreneurs), the middle layer (small home industry entrepreneurs), and the lower layer (batik workers). Pamekasan batik craftsmen have high capture and creativity in making motifs on a piece of batik cloth. So far, the creativity is still limited to long cloth products and clothing materials. Based on this background, the purpose of this research is to develop Pamekasan batik motifs to apply them to interior products as one of the innovations in diversifying the batik product itself as Indonesian cultural heritage in particular.

The focus of this study was to determine and analyze the level of physical condition possessed by diving athletes in Pasuruan. The data obtained will be used as material for development and a benchmark for physical conditions that divers must own at the provincial level in other regions. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a total sample of 19 athletes consisting of seven males and 12 females. The tests were carried out collectively at GOR KONI, Pasuruan Regency. Data collection techniques used are tests and measurements of abdominal muscle strength (30 seconds sit-ups), power of leg (Standing board jump), flexibility (Sit and Reach), Vo2Max Endurance (Multi-Stage Fitness Test). The physical condition of the Pasuruan finswimmer athletes was dominated by the moderate category with nine athletes, then the excellent category with eight athletes, then the less category with one athlete, as for athletes with excellent conditions totaling one athlete. From the research, it can be concluded that the physical condition of the Pasuruan district finswimming athlete is included in the moderate category.

The peculiarity of the novel as a work of imaginative narrative prose is its element of continuity. The fictional world reaches the reader because of the narrator’s mediation. Therefore, the narrator is the most crucial element for readers to understand the story in the novel. This article examined the traces of the dictatorship of the proletariat in the novel Herztier by Herta Müller, which the first-person narrator mediated. By using Stanzel’s narrative theory, this study focused on two problems. The first one was the description of the power system of the proletariat dictatorship in Herztier. The second one was the description of the characters’ suffering caused by the dictatorial power system of the proletariat in Herztier. Using the content analysis method of the narrative situation in Herztier, an overview of the traces of dictatorial power in Romania was obtained through the narrative of the first-person narrator. The narrative of the first-person narrator in Herztier showed that her narrative of the proletarian dictatorship’s power system and the suffering of society caused by the practice of the proletarian dictatorship system was obtained from the experience and testimony of the narrator.

The high prevalence of sedentary behavior among workers is an emerging health concern due to the negative impact on human health. This study aimed to evaluate employees' sitting behavior and physical activity during their working time. A total of 130 employees participated in this study, with an average of working hours/week (38.92 ± 20.28). The crosssectional data were collected from Occupational Sitting and Physical Activity Questionnaire (OSPAQ) filled out by participants about their self-reported percentage of sitting, standing, walking, and heavy labor at work. The present data revealed that most workers reported a high rate of prolonged sitting time in the workplace, which is significantly higher among employees in the sedentary profession (73.3.3 ± 9.6). Age and education level are also significant between physically active jobs and those with sedentary jobs. Concerning this, it is essential to develop and promote programs to reduce sedentary time and the importance of interrupting sedentary time and participating in light-intensity activities in the workplace due to the detrimental effect of sitting time on health among employees.

The Nominee Agreement in Indonesian civil law which is based on the Civil Code does not have any rules in it. An agreement that has no rules in the Civil Code can be called an anonymous agreement (Innominant Contract). Where this unnamed agreement is an agreement which rules are not yet contained in the Civil Code, but in fact exist and develop in society following the times. The writing of this journal article is normative juridical research using a statutory approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach. This study was made to analyze and describe the legal consequences that will occur to the notary who makes the Nominee deed. It can be interpreted that a notary who makes an authentic deed in the form of a nominee deed will face the consequences of making the deed where it can be said that the nominee deed is a deed that leads to legal smuggling. Based on the explanation above, the results obtained from the research are that a notary can be subject to sanctions against the authentic deed he made. Because this is an act against the law both in civil, criminal, and in the form of administration.

The use of language style is a language activity reality that has a close relationship with language objectives. Language choice aims to represent thoughts, experiences, psychological conditions, and feelings. The comparative language style is found in a written language in the form of family letters, wills, and journals or diaries written by Japanese Navy soldiers serving military duties. Several writings were compiled into a book entitled Kike Wadatsumi no Koe used as a data source. It was found that there were ten types of comparative language style and metaphor was the most widely used type with 60 data. Based on their functions, those ten types have various functions, including: (1) the function of expressing the author's pride expressed by simile, metaphor, allusion, eponym, metonymy, and antonomasia; (2) the function of providing information related to the author's psychological condition during his military duty expressed by simile, metaphor, irony, metonymy, hyperbole, and personification; and (3) the function of resistance to express criticism of disagreements as well as rejections. The countermovement leap (C.M.J.) is described as a easy, practical, legitimate, and exceptionally dependable degree of lower frame energy. C.M.J. is the maximum dependable degree of lower frame strength compared to different leaping assessments. The C.M.J. has also been shown to be associated with dash overall performance, maximal electricity, and explosive power exams. This type of research is descriptive studies. The superior selection in this study was based on research that wanted to examine and see the countermovement jump (C.M.J.) test by kickboxing athletes. The purpose of this study is to investigate and see the results of lower body strength using the countermovement jump (C.M.J.) test, which contains components in the C.M.J. test including jump height, power, concentric force, eccentric force, which is carried out by kickboxing athletes. The results showed the maximum value of each test component, namely jump height 43.7, power 4280, Concentric force 1155, eccentric force 789. Research on lower body strength conducted by kickboxing athletes or the so-called Countermovement Jump has proven reliable compared to other jumping tests. The C.M.J. can therefore be a suitable test for athletes participating in sports that require high levels of explosive power.

Research on lower body strength conducted by kickboxing athletes or the so-called Countermovement Jump has proven reliable compared to other jumping tests. The C.M.J. can therefore be a suitable test for athletes participating in sports that require high levels of explosive power.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"236 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133205792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
