Pamekasan Regency has batik products as the center of batik industrialization in Madura. More specifically, Klampar village. Pamekasan Regency has a batik industry center, one of which is Klampar village, Proppo sub-district. The handcrafted batik of Klampar Village has a positive impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. Pamekasan batik motifs generally explore specific forms of flora and fauna, namely butterflies, birds, and chickens. There are three levels of social structure or hierarchy in the batik industry, namely the upper layer (buyers, collectors/prominent entrepreneurs), the middle layer (small home industry entrepreneurs), and the lower layer (batik workers). Pamekasan batik craftsmen have high capture and creativity in making motifs on a piece of batik cloth. So far, the creativity is still limited to long cloth products and clothing materials. Based on this background, the purpose of this research is to develop Pamekasan batik motifs to apply them to interior products as one of the innovations in diversifying the batik product itself as Indonesian cultural heritage in particular.

The focus of this study was to determine and analyze the level of physical condition possessed by diving athletes in Pasuruan. The data obtained will be used as material for development and a benchmark for physical conditions that divers must own at the provincial level in other regions. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a total sample of 19 athletes consisting of seven males and 12 females. The tests were carried out collectively at GOR KONI, Pasuruan Regency. Data collection techniques used are tests and measurements of abdominal muscle strength (30 seconds sit-ups), power of leg (Standing board jump), flexibility (Sit and Reach), Vo2Max Endurance (Multi-Stage Fitness Test). The physical condition of the Pasuruan finswimmer athletes was dominated by the moderate category with nine athletes, then the excellent category with eight athletes, then the less category with one athlete, as for athletes with excellent conditions totaling one athlete. From the research, it can be concluded that the physical condition of the Pasuruan district finswimming athlete is included in the moderate category.

The peculiarity of the novel as a work of imaginative narrative prose is its element of continuity. The fictional world reaches the reader because of the narrator’s mediation. Therefore, the narrator is the most crucial element for readers to understand the story in the novel. This article examined the traces of the dictatorship of the proletariat in the novel Herztier by Herta Müller, which the first-person narrator mediated. By using Stanzel’s narrative theory, this study focused on two problems. The first one was the description of the power system of the proletariat dictatorship in Herztier. The second one was the description of the characters’ suffering caused by the dictatorial power system of the proletariat in Herztier. Using the content analysis method of the narrative situation in Herztier, an overview of the traces of dictatorial power in Romania was obtained through the narrative of the first-person narrator. The narrative of the first-person narrator in Herztier showed that her narrative of the proletarian dictatorship’s power system and the suffering of society caused by the practice of the proletarian dictatorship system was obtained from the experience and testimony of the narrator.

The high prevalence of sedentary behavior among workers is an emerging health concern due to the negative impact on human health. This study aimed to evaluate employees' sitting behavior and physical activity during their working time. A total of 130 employees participated in this study, with an average of working hours/week (38.92 ± 20.28). The crosssectional data were collected from Occupational Sitting and Physical Activity Questionnaire (OSPAQ) filled out by participants about their self-reported percentage of sitting, standing, walking, and heavy labor at work. The present data revealed that most workers reported a high rate of prolonged sitting time in the workplace, which is significantly higher among employees in the sedentary profession (73.3.3 ± 9.6). Age and education level are also significant between physically active jobs and those with sedentary jobs. Concerning this, it is essential to develop and promote programs to reduce sedentary time and the importance of interrupting sedentary time and participating in light-intensity activities in the workplace due to the detrimental effect of sitting time on health among employees.

The corona pandemic disaster is a social context that makes policy makers decide various policies to deal with the pandemic. Government policies are the main hope in solving the pandemic problem. Through the functions of regulation, distribution, and control, the government has comprehensive and integrative powers. However, it is often found that there are inconsistencies in the application of government policies originating from different sectors, or between districts and cities. This shows that there are differences in views and orientations in handling the pandemic. It is normal to have differences in policies within government units or bureaucracies between regions, but if this creates disharmony in policy implementation, it is necessary to watch out. This issue has become the focus of discussion in unraveling various problems in synergizing the will and commitment of political leaders and bureaucrats to take action to achieve a set of goals and to maintain political action within the policy framework. The reality of conflicting interests, knowledge frameworks, and rational choice drives distant public decisions. Public policy includes directly or indirectly making ethical judgments. Decisions are made primarily by policy makers through selection and reconciliation of interests represented by individuals, groups and organizations. Public policy is based on a balance of individual and social values. From these values emerge the goals, principles, and styles of implementation and policy interventions.

Psychological well-being can be realized by the presence of happiness in the individual. The happiness of individuals who have become fresh graduates can be achieved by having a job. The current situation which is pandemic Covid-19 situation makes it difficult to get a job, so fresh graduates need the ability to face all obstacles to realize happiness. This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and the adversity quotient of 212 fresh graduates during Covid-19. This study used the quantitative method and product-moment for the data analysis technique. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.53 which means that there is a significant relationship between psychological well-being and the adversity quotient. Based on these results, psychological well-being affects the adversity quotient level of new graduates at the university level during Covid-19 and vice versa. The higher the individual's psychological well-being, the higher the individual's adversity quotient.

The Republic of Indonesia is a country that is rich in natural resources, from living natural resources to non-living natural resources. The potential of natural wealth starts from the sea, land, and other natural resources contained in the earth of Indonesia. Right on May 14, 2020, the mineral and coal mining Regulation was approved and create several pros and cons in the community as well as various problem maps. Mineral and coal mining regulation is a congressman's initiative that has been drafted since the 2014-2019 DPR period. Based on Article 71A of Law 15/2019, the carry-over discussion of the bill must complete the requirement that the previous period of the problem inventory list discussion has been carried out by the Congressman, whereas the Congressman's last period had not even once discussed the problem inventory list of the mineral and coal mining Bill. One of the line maps of the Minerba Regulatory problems certainly triggers quite a complicated reaction from the community. In total 143 (of a total 217) articles were amended, or about 80% of the total number of articles in Law Number 4 of 2009. In detail, there were 51 articles added, 83 articles were amended, and 9 articles were deleted. The Minerba Law has the potential to conflict with Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, especially paragraph 3 which states that the earth, water, and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the State and used for the greatest prosperity of the Indonesian people

Female speakers have special social characters as markers of personal identity when interacting in speech acts, namely, the features of female language markers whose characteristics are already attached to the identity of female speakers. They are identical to the speaker's character, namely, having a smooth and soft impression, having politeness values, adherence to binding patterns, and being more expressive concerning the speaker's inner feelings. Therefore, those features are inferior and weak to the certainty value. One of them can be seen in the speech used by 宁静 Níng Jìng in the interview program 《星月对话 》Xīngyuè Duìhuà episode 10. There were nine types of features of female language markers and five functions based on the context of the use of vocabulary; namely, elements in the form of lexical fences as markers of the start of speech acts, features in the form of interrogative speech as markers for obtaining response and approval, interrogative speech as a marker of uncertainty or doubt, elements in the form of formal speech as a sign of politeness, and segments in the form of expressive speech as a marker of expressing feelings.
