The Principal's Democratic Leadership Style In Improving Teacher Discipliner At SMP Negeri 9 Samarinda 校长的民主领导风格在提高教师纪律管理中的作用

This study aims to determine the democratic leadership style of the principal in improving teacher discipline at SMP Negeri 9 Samarinda. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Informants in this study were principals, vice principals, teachers and administrative staff of SMP Negeri 9 Samarinda. The results of this study indicate that the democratic leadership style of the principal of SMP Negeri 9 Samarinda has been going well, it can be seen that the principal has reflected a leadership style that always involves teachers in decision making and is carried out by means of deliberation. The principal appreciates the potential of each teacher by giving awards in the form of praise, congratulations, meals and holidays together. The principal also listens and provides opportunities for teachers to convey any criticism, suggestions or opinions. The principal has done good cooperation by going directly to the field with the teacher. The democratic leadership style applied by the principal of SMP Negeri 9 Samarinda can affect teacher discipline, with this leadership style making the teacher always present on time, implementing it in accordance with applicable regulations, polite behavior at school and responsible for carrying out tasks. This is indirectly proven that the discipline achieved by the teacher is influenced by the leadership style that is directly applied by the principal of SMP Negeri 9 Samarinda.

Problems Of Mathematics Learning On The Alef Platform In Class VII MTs Negeri 4 Kutai Kartanegara 初中七班Alef平台数学学习的问题

This study aims to find out the problems of teachers, students, and teacher efforts in facing problems in the implementation of mathematics learning on the Alef Platform in class VII MTs Negeri 4 Kutai Kartanegara. This is based on problems in learning mathematics with the use of the Alef Platform. Alef Platform is a learning medium specifically designed to engage students by providing a learning experience by watching videos, playing, and practicing questions. This research is qualitative study with Miles and Huberman model. Data were collected uses observation, interviews, and documentation and data validated by uses triangulation techniques. Based on the results obtained, (1)Problems experienced by teachers were the implementation of the learning process in the preliminary activities were still not smooth, lack of creativity of teachers when using the media, teachers cannot reduce the learning features, lack of objective learning outcomes, and the lack of an objective assessment on the Alef Platform. (2)The Problems experienced by students were the number of students who forgot the password, the learning video looked very monotonous, the game features were not in accordance with the ability of students, the questions presented on the Alef Platform were so difficult to lead students to a lazy condition of doing the questions so that student’s learning motivation decreased, the student did not see the existing explanations if the student answered the wrong practical feature, and students cannot ask if having difficulty to the Alef Platform. (3)Efforts made by teachers to overcome the problem that the teacher always gave directions to the writing forgot password, how to download documents, and the teacher re-explained the material that had not been understood by the students.

Application of Social Worksheets Based on Collaborative Learning Model Structured Problem Solving Type in Improving Mastery of Student Learning Outcomes aims to determine the completeness of class VII A students' learning outcomes at Tenggarong Seberang 1 Public Middle School by implementing Social Worksheets based on the Collaborative Learning Model Structured Problem Solving Type and knowing how to apply Social Worksheets based on the Collaborative Learning Model of the Structured Problem Solving Type in improving the completeness of class VII A students' learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Tenggarong Seberang. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles with research flows namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 32 students in class VII A of SMP Negeri 1 Tenggarong Seberang. The technique of collecting data in this study uses observation sheets, learning achievement tests and documentation. Research data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The indicator of success is 75% of the number of students reaching the specified KKM, which is ≥ 75. The results showed that there was an increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes with the implementation of the IPS LKPD based on the Collaborative Learning Type Structured Problem Solving model in each cycle, in cycle I the average value of student learning outcomes was 70 (59.3%) while in cycle II it was obtained the average value of student learning outcomes is equal to 82.3 (81.25%). From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that by using social studies worksheets based on collaborative learning models of the structured problem solving type, it can improve the completeness of student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the difference in the increase in mastery learning outcomes (cycle I to cycle II of 21.95%).

Historical Entrepreneurship Program Development (Historiopreneurship) in Samarinda City and Kutai Kartanegara 萨马林达市和库泰卡尔塔尼加拉的历史创业项目发展(historiopreship)

These ancient mosques, both located in Samarinda and Tenggarong, are relics of the Islamic community in the past where the location around the mosque besides being a center for worship and development of Islamic religion. The existence of ancient relics in the form of old mosques which have cultural and religious values ​​should ideally be preserved to develop Islamic symbols. Apart from that, it can be a place for religious tourism education in East Borneo. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential for historical entrepreneurship in the cities of Samarinda and Tenggarong, as well as to analyze the need for historical entrepreneurship programs in universities in Samarinda and Tenggarong. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. Research using historical methods. Data collection was carried out by observation and interview techniques. The results of the research show that cultural heritage that has historical value can become the religious center of the surrounding community and pave the way to become a center of economic activity that produces an entrepreneurial community. The research findings show that the strategic location of historical places can make the surrounding community more creative in maximizing economic potential in entrepreneurship. The implications of further research are expected to be used to develop entrepreneurship programs in universities based on local wisdom in East Borneo.

Artikel ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi dan pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menjelaskan  hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Subjek peneliti yang diambil adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Mulawarman angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui sebar kuesioner atau angket, teknik untuk pengambilan sampel yang dipakai ialah Simple Random Sampling serta pengolahan data memakai aplikasi program SPSS 23. Untuk analisis datanya menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa : (1) adanya pengaruh secara parsial pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. (2) adanya pengaruh secara parsial ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. (3) adanya pengaruh secara simultan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan ekspektasi terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 95 siswa kelas VIII A s/d VIII D di SMP Negeri 21 Samarinda dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh secara parsial fasilitas belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, secara parsial motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji f diperoleh secara simultan fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Siswa diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan fasilitas belajar yang telah disediakan secara maksimal untuk keperluan belajar, sehingga dapat menimbulkan motivasi pada diri mereka sendiri dengan begitu harapannya bahwa prestasi belajar para siswa dapat meningkat.
本研究旨在探讨学习设施和学习动机对学生学习成绩的影响。本研究采用的数据分析技术是线性的多元回归。收集数据是通过将一份调查问卷分发给国内21萨林达和文献中的95名A /d d班的学生。根据t测试结果,部分学习设施对学生的学习成绩没有显著影响,部分学习动机对学生的学习成绩有显著影响。根据f测试结果同时获得的学习设施和学习动机对学生的学习成绩产生了重大影响。希望学生能够利用最大限度地分配给他们的学习设施,从而使他们产生动力,从而使他们希望学生的学习成绩能够提高。

Penelitian yang penulis lakukan disini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada koperasi unit desa (KUD) Mertasari di desa Tabur Lestari Kecamatan Sei menggaris Kabupaten Nunukan. Dalam pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan datanya menggunakan data rediction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis tentang saluran didtribusi pupuk subsidi volume penjualan dari tahun 2015-2019 mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan. Namun pada tahun 2017 volume penjualan mengalami penurunan sebesar (4,61%). Hal ini disebabkan jumlah pupuk yang datang sehingga mengalami penurunan yang besar.Pada tahun 2016 dan 2019 volume penjualan mengalami kenaikan yang tinggi yaitu 15,67% dan 19,70% hal ini di pengaruhi oleh faktor unit pupuk yang datang, secara otomatis volume penjualan ikut meningkat. Pada tahun 2018 volume penjualan mengalami kenaikan 0,70% dari pupuk yang datang. Terjadinya kenaikan dan penurunan volume penjualan di KUD Merta Sari yaitu pupuk yang datang pertahunnya berbeda dikarenakan pupuk yang datang pupuk bersubsidi sehingga sesuai anggaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar ekonomi kelas XI IPS1 di SMA Negeri 16 Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknis analisis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas XI IPS. Objek penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesulitan belajar ekonomi kelas XI IPS 1. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode angket dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan rumus presentase P = F/N x 100%.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan presentase rata-rata sebesar 65,4%. Sedangkan rata-rata untuk tiap indikator yang teridentifikasi menyebabkan kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi diantaranya faktor minat belajar sebesar 73,3% (Kategori sedang), motivasi belajar sebesar 70% (Kategori sedang), kemampuan belajar sebesar 73,3% (Kategori sedang), kebiasaan belajar sebesar 43,3% (Kategori rendah), guru sebesar 80% (Kategori tinggi), lingkungan sekolah sebesar 66,7% (Kategori sedang), teman bergaul sebesar 46,70% (Kategori rendah) dan orang tua sebesar 70% (Kategoti sedang).

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPS siswa, dari 20 siswa hanya 8 (40%) yang mencapai KKM yang ditentukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS. Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran TSTS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Muslimin Indonesia Center (MIC) Samarinda Kecamatan Samarinda ulu. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh : (a) aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 79%, pada siklus II sebesar 93,66%. aktivitas siswa pada siklus I memperoleh 74,6%, pada siklus II sebesar 80,3%. (b) hasil belajar siswa pada prasiklus sebesar 47%, pada siklus I sebesar 80%, dan pada siklus II sebesar 90%.
