In present work we introduce a measuring device that can be used for investigation of the spectral parameters in resonant microwave systems with high Q factor. The device consists of a microwave generator (G4-142), a control unit, a system of data collection, processing, and transition, PC and software for working with obtained data. Testing measurements in open resonators with dielectrics are also presented.

Isolated human buccal epithelium cells were irradiated by microwaves of frequency f = 36.64 GHz, surface power density E = 10-2, 10-1, and 1 W/m2, exposure time 10 s. The state of cell membranes was evaluated by the method of vital indigo-carmine and trypan blue staining. The percentage of unstained cells after irradiation at E = 10-1 and 1 W/m2 decreased as a result of the microwave radiation exposure indicating an increase in cell damage or death. The left-hand polarized radiation caused greater cellular damage than the right-hand polarized radiation.

The problem of implementation of the miniature on-board velocity sensors for articles' drop at rather strict restrictions on the size and mass of apparatuses as well as on the power consumption is solved using the autodyne oscillator on Gunn diode. In this paper the sense of the technical solutions is revealed in brief and the construction description for two offered devices is given, which were successfully applied at the ground articles' testing.

It is shown that an approach included investigation of the nonlinearity characteristics of signals transformation by an element is preferable to quality diagnostics of nonlinear models of elements. The software tools and measuring device which allow carrying out such diagnostics for baseband pulse signals are specified.

The maximally realistic method of estimation of higher derivatives of Doppler frequency on the basis of coherent pulse group due to its partitioning has been developed. Dependencies of time of optimization and probability of anomalous errors as functions of a number of fragments, parameters of the pulse group and signal-to-noise ratio have been obtained. The optimal number of fragments has been found. The obtained results have been verified with the simulated data.
