Abstract: This research aimed to trace the similar stations and the common historical pages between Yemen and the Maghreb since the advent of Islam and the integration of the two regions into the framework of the Islamic religion until the end of the Umayyad rule in the year 132 AH / 750 AD. The researcher adopted the two approaches. historical and comparative; This is done by reviewing what was mentioned in the historical and geographical sources, the books of classes, and the translations of references that talked about Yemen and the countries of the Maghreb, and their inhabitants, and their analysis; And it represented the basis for building the research, as well as some recent references and studies that approached the subject, and the research consisted of five main investigations. This begins with the station of the emergence of Islam and the method of its spread in both Yemen and the countries of the Maghreb, and also in the stage of the Islamic conquests; It was represented by the contributions of the Yemeni and Moroccan elements in the conquests of Al-Aqsa Morocco and the country of Andalusia, then in the post-conquests phase and the emergence of apostasy movements and prophets in the two regions, and finally; The spread of intellectual currents opposing the rule of the Umayyads; And the outbreak of revolutions and uprisings in both Yemen and the Maghreb countries- at close times- precipitated the fall of the Umayyad Caliphate. Based on the results, the researcher recommended benefiting from historical events, and consolidating the principles of justice and good governance; To prevent strife and conflicts, he also presented proposals for future studies on the subject. Abstract: The current study aimed at investigating the perceptions of the academic leaders toward knowledge management requirements and its availability at Yemeni universities. To achieve this objective, the research used the survey descriptive research method. A questionnaire with 36 items to collect data contained two fields with 36 items. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample in faculties of the universities (Sana'a, Thamar, Ibb and Amran) of 264 academic leaders. After collected the data, the research analyzed it using SPSS Program. The current study reached at several findings as follows: The availability degree of applying the knowledge management in Yemeni Universities was low, On the level of dimensions, the human and material resources got the highest, followed by the technological requirements, and finally the technical and administrative requirements. Abstract: The research aimed to assess the level of performance of the staff of the Head Office in the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training in the Republic of Yemen. To achieve the research objective, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The tool was represented in a questionnaire consisting of (17) statements distributed on two dimensions (task- context) that was applied to a purposive sample consisting of (79) individuals from all administrative levels in the ministry. The data was analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS), and the research results showed that the level of job performance obtained an average of (4.34) with a (very high) rating. The two main dimensions, task performance obtained an average of (4.37) with a (very high) rating, while contextual performance obtained an average of (4,29) with a (very high) rating. The results showed no statistically differences at a level of (α≤0.05) regarding the variables (gender, qualification, job title, and years of service). The most notable results of the research: the importance of strengthening positive aspects included in the research to measure job performance on the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training, through the two dimensions, working to remove and avoid causes affecting staff coordination processes in departments, managements, and sectors of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training. The research suggested conducting studies on job performance by addressing dimension and other factors not addressed in the current research to measure the actual level of the job performance in the Head Office of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training. The research suggested conducting studies on job performance by addressing dimension and other factors not addressed in the current research to measure the actual level of the job performance in the Head Office of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training. Abstract: The study aimed to determine the reality of the administrative performance of secondary school principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate in the light of the requirements of artificial intelligence, and to reveal the impact of the variables (specialization, qualification, type of school, experience) on the principals’ answers, and the impact of artificial intelligence requirements on improving the performance of principals. The descriptive correlational survey. The tool consisted of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (49) principals. They are all principals of secondary schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, and the results of the study showed the following: The reality of administrative performance among secondary school principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate obtained a total average of (3.44 out of 5), with a grade of (high), and at the level of dimensions; The communication dimension ranked first, with an average of (3.55), then guidance and control (3.44), both with a (high) grade, thirdly decision-making (3.40), and finally planning and organizing (3.36), both with a (medium) grade, while the intelligence requirements axis got At the level of dimensions, the legislative requirements dimension came first; with an average of (3.36), then the human requirements (3.35), and thirdly: the physical requirements (3.26), and fourthly; Technical (3.22), all with a (moderate) rating. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (0.05 ≥ α) between the sample answers due to the variables (specialization, qualification, experience), and according to the school type variable. in the dimensions of administrative performance; With the exception of the first dimension (planning and organization), while there were differences in the dimensions of artificial and total intelligence requirements due to the variable of school type and in favor of eligibility, and finally there was a statistically significant effect at (0.05 ≥ α) of the availability of artificial intelligence requirements in improving the administrative performance of female principals; The correlation coefficients ranged between them (0.954- 0.934), with degrees of influence ranging between (0.883- 0.831), all of which reflect correlations and influence (strong / large). based on the results; The researcher recommended developing a flexible incentive system for those who excel in artificial intelligence, and preparing the infrastructure in schools. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of the economic empowerment of Yemeni women in light of the war for the period 2015-2020 AD. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. by documentary survey; For various local and international publications and reports - During the period 2015-2020, the study consisted of an introduction, three topics and a conclusion. The first topic included the issue of empowering women from a legal point of view, social and constitutional values, and the goals and importance of empowerment, while the second topic dealt with the economic effects of the war on Yemeni women, and reviewed the third topic. Mechanisms and means used in programs to empower Yemeni women economically. The results of the study showed: 1- The poverty rate has risen to unprecedented levels. Which requires broad and sustainable interventions for the economic empowerment of women. 2- The weakness of the reality of the economic empowerment of Yemeni women in light of the war. 3- The government's lack of interest in women's economic projects. 4- The absence of a unified strategy that brings together all institutions and organizations concerned with the economic empowerment of women. Based on the results, the researcher recommended activating the mechanisms and laws of women's economic empowerment, and finding a strategy in which all institutions and organizations concerned with women's economic empowerment participate, in addition to proposals for evaluating government performance related to women's empowerment. Abstract: The Research aimed at determine the identity (nature) of the philosophical dimension, and the general divisions of the philosophy of Muhammad Eqbal. A brief methodology, three axes and a conclusion. The first axis was devoted to explaining the sources of Muhammad Eqbal's philosophy and the influences of his personality, and the second was devoted to revealing the philosophical dimension in Eqbal's religious thought, while the third axis dealt with the general features of Eqbal's philosophy. As for the conclusion, it reached many results, the most important of which were: The thinker Eqbal has a philosophy he is known for, which is self- philosophy, as he believes that the religious and moral goal of man is to affirm the self and not to negate it. As noted in Eqbal's philosophy is characterized by moral and spiritual tendency,This philosopher and his philosophical efforts represent a continuation of the discussion of those European thinkers about the relationship between philosophy and religion, the relationship between science and religion, and the place of religion in modern science. The research aimed to prepare a proposed strategic map for the development of strategic performance in Yemeni public universities, by identifying the level of practice of administrative performance and academic performance. It also aimed at identifying the factors of strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges in Yemeni public universities. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used in its two types: analytical and developmental, the proposed map was judged according to the modified Delphi method. the modified Delphi method. The questionnaire was distributed to an intentional sample consisting of (13) experts. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The indicators of environmental analysis of strategic performance in Yemeni public universities came according to the following: indicators of the external environment analysis results were (22) indicators, while the indicators of the internal environment were (45) indicators. The strategic map was prepared with its four dimensions (the beneficiaries dimension- the financial dimension- the internal operations dimension- the development and growth dimension) after setting a vision, mission, values, goals, and strategic goals to develop strategic performance in Yemeni public universities. A number of recommendations were put accordingly. Key Words: Strategic map, strategic performance development, Yemeni public universities. الملخص: هدف البحث إلى إعداد خارطة استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير الأداء الاستراتيجي في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على درجة ممارسة الأداء الاستراتيجي بمحورية (الأداء الإداري، والأداء الأكاديمي). وكذلك التعرف على عوامل القوة والضعف والفرص والتحديات في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بنوعيه: (التحليلي، والتطويري)، وتم تحكيم الخارطة المقترحة وفق أسلوب دلفي المعدل، حيث تم توزيعها عينة قصدية مكونة من (13) خبيرًا. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الأداء الاستراتيجي (الإداري والأكاديمي) في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية ضعيف، كما أن مؤشرات التحليل البيئي للأداء الاستراتيجي في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية، فجاءت كالآتي: مؤشرات تحليل البيئة الخارجية (22) مؤشرًا، أما مؤشرات البيئة الداخلية فتمثلت في (45) مؤشرًا. كما تم إعداد الخارطة الاستراتيجية المكونة من (الرؤية، الرسالة، القيم، الغايات، بُعد المستفيدين، البُعد المالي، بُعد العمليات الداخلية، بُعد التطور والنمو) لتطوير الأداء الاستراتيجي في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية. وبناءً على ذلك أوصت الباحثة بضرورة التوسع في نشر رؤية واضحة لدى منتسبي الجامعات عن مفهوم الأداء الاستراتيجي وأساليب تحسينه وتطويره من خلال تبني الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة، إضافة إلى تقديم مقترحات لدراسات مكملة لموضوع البحث الحالي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخارطة الاستراتيجية، تطوير الأداء الاستراتيجي، الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية.

It also aimed at identifying the factors of strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges in Yemeni public universities. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used in its two types: analytical and developmental, the proposed map was judged according to the modified Delphi method. the modified Delphi method. The questionnaire was distributed to an intentional sample consisting of (13) experts. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The indicators of environmental analysis of strategic performance in Yemeni public universities came according to the following: indicators of the external environment analysis results were (22) indicators, while the indicators of the internal environment were (45) indicators. The strategic map was prepared with its four dimensions (the beneficiaries dimension- the financial dimension- the internal operations dimension- the development and growth dimension) after setting a vision, mission, values, goals, and strategic goals to develop strategic performance in Yemeni public universities. A number of recommendations were put accordingly. Abstract: This research deals with non-canonical recitations and their impact on interpretation and language in the book Al-Fareed fi I’raab Al-Quraan Al-Majeed by Al-Muntajeb Al-Hamadhaani. This empirical study on surat Al-An’aam aims at highlighting the strong relation between the recitations and the Arabic language, as well as at manifesting the implication of non-canonical recitations on interpretation. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach. The research necessitated that it comprises an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it included the significance of the topic, the rationale for its selection, the research objectives and limitations, The preface included the author’s biography, Al-Muntajeb Al-Hamadhaani, and the book Al-Fareed fi I’raab Al-Quraan Al-Majeed. Then the first chapter manifested the meaning of non-canonical recitations, the reasons for their anomaly, as well as their criteria, in addition to stating some of their narrators and some of what was written about them. The second chapter dealt with the practical application of samples from surat Al-An’aam, and the research concludes with a number of results, the most important of which are Al-Muntajeb Al-Hamadhaani’s huge interest in the non-canonical recitations, and that his book (Al-Fareed fi I’raab Al-Quraan Al-Majeed) is considered a source for Qur’anic recitations. Further, the research also demonstrated the extent of the strong relation between non-canonical recitations and interpretation, and their addition of new interpretative meanings. Based on the results, the researchers recommended conducting an inductive and comprehensive study of all cases of the non-canonical recitations in the book of Al-Muntajeb Al-Hamadhaani, similar to this research, so as to serve the book, and for what that have been realised in terms of the benefits with the availability of scientific material for it. Additionally, making a comparison of the extent of benefit from non-canonical recitations, between the aforementioned book, and books from those who have preceded him and those who influenced him in authoring, such as Ma’ani Al-Quraan wa I’raabihi by Al-Zajjaaj and I’raab Al-Quraan by Al-Nahaas. Abstract: The current research aimed to identify the degree of achievement of public education funding in the Republic of Yemen in the light of funding sources in Islam, and to identify whether there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥ α) for the estimates of the sample members according to the following variables: (educational qualification, years of service , job title, and entity), the researcher used the analytical descriptive survey method, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire - prepared by the researcher - consisting of (58) phrases, which were distributed to an intended sample of (234) agents, general managers, and directors of departments in the Ministry of Education. and the Office of Education in the capital Sana’a, the Ministry of Finance, and the Awqaf and Zakat authorities. Statistical treatments were carried out using the SPSS program. The results showed that the degree of public education financing in the Republic of Yemen was achieved in light of the sources of financing in Islam. It came with a total average (2.14 out of 5), with a verbal grade (low), and at the level of dimensions; External funding came first; with an average of (2.30), and secondly: community financing, with an average of (2.23), and thirdly; government (2.08), and fourthly: the self (1.96); All of them are rated (few), and the results showed significant differences at (α≤0.05) in funding sources in favor of the Ministry of Finance, and in the field of government funding, in favor of the Awqaf Authority and the Ministry of Finance compared to the Ministry of Education, and in the field of external financing in favor of the Ministry of Finance compared to each of the Ministry of Finance. Education and Zakat Authority, and in the light of the results; The researcher recommended activating the Ibn al-Sabil Bank, allocating a percentage of the zakat to support students of knowledge, and enacting laws and regulations to activate self-financing to raise the ability of schools to exploit their financial capabilities. Adopting activities, initiatives and services to support the educational process, converting the teacher's fund into an investment endowment fund, and opening the door for community participation to finance it, in addition to proposals for studies on the subject. Abstract: The study aimed to find out the role of electronic management in improving the strategic performance in Yemeni universities, through the development of human resources. The descriptive analytical correlational approach was used in conducting this study. A questionnaire - of (81) items was designed including (3) dimensions, (and 11) fields - as a data collection instrument. The questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (246) administrative and academic leaders in (6) Yemeni universities - (3) governmental and (3) private. The data were processed using the two statistical programs (SPSS) and (Amos), and the study concluded the following:The application of electronic management in Yemeni universities got an average of (2.62 out of 5), and strategic performance got an average of (2.74 out of 5), both with a (medium) degree, while human resources development got an average of (2.47 out of 5) with a (poor) degree.The results also showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of (electronic management) combined in (improving strategic performance) with a value of (0.86), as well as between the dimensions of (human resources development) combined in (improving strategic performance) with a value of (0.88), and finally between the dimensions of (electronic management) combined in (Human Resources Development) with a value of (0.80);There is a statistically significant effect of electronic management in improving the strategic performance in Yemeni universities with the presence of human resources development as a mediating variable whose size was (0.91) and reflects a significant impact, that is, the indirect effect of the mediating variable reached (0.45), as it increased to approximately double.There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample responses, at the level of the three dimensions and their sub-fields, due to the variables of gender (male, female) and years of experience.There are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the averages of the sample responses due to the educational qualification variable in the three dimensions; electronic management, strategic performance and human resource development in favor of the (Master's) category, according to the job title variable in favor of (Dean/ Deputy Dean), according to the university type variable (public/ private) in favor of private universities, according to the variable of training courses in the two dimensions (electronic administration/ human resources development) in favor of the category of 5 courses or less, and in the strategic performance dimension in favor of those who have more than 10 courses. Finally, based on the results, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations in addition to suggestions for complementary studies on the same subject.
