Along with the development of society, the manpower demand in society has transformed from knowledgebased talents to applied talents in Chinese Language & Literature (CLL) major. Now the current CLL instruction methodology emphasizes knowledge transference and theories but underestimates hands-on skills and practices, the single teaching model is not conducive to the cultivation of applied talents. To address these concerns, this paper discusses the education reform of CLL under the employment orientation. To cater to social needs, it is proposed to reform the instruction model, stress professional practice teaching, innovate teaching methods, and improve the teachers’ overall quality. The results show that the CLL education reform based on social needs and employment orientation takes aim at more precise cultivation, and is more conducive to nurturing applied talents that adapt to social development and student employment market.

College English has always been a basic course in colleges and universities. However, college English teaching in China still adopts the traditional cramming teaching mode, which cannot improve students' English ability quickly. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward an innovative teaching mode based on big data technology, and takes professional college English teaching as a supplement to ordinary college English teaching. Based on big data and cloud computing technology, this innovative teaching model constructs an allround English teaching cloud system including database, laboratory and after-class online teaching resources. The results show that the innovative teaching model of college English big data cloud system can effectively promote the development of teaching and improve students' English ability by making use of various resources in the age of big data.

The learner-centered teaching concept and the flipped classroom teaching method are effectively combined to become an important mode for today's mixed teaching reform. The "rain classroom" has provided an effective platform for the combination of the two. First of all, we use the "rain classroom" teaching platform and take a course as an example to study the learner-centered flipped classroom teaching reform design. The main teaching methods are grading of ability level, after-school study group, case study, and online and classroom interactive Q&A. Secondly, through the investigation of students' learning ability and willingness to learn, the teaching framework is designed to be suitable for students to learn and for teachers to teach students according to their aptitude. Finally, by paying attention to the real-time feedback of the effect of students using the flipped classroom, this paper proposes problems that should be paid attention to when implementing the flipped classroom. The results show that the course has been successful after its setup and implementation. The learnercentered teaching method, which respects the ability level classification of learning initiative, can complement the after-class content with the classroom content, and effectively improve the teaching and learning effects.

The core employees are the key resources of gathering strength and innovating for scientific and technological small and micro enterprises (STSMEs). Aiming at the status quo of the education and training of core employees of STSMEs, as well as the solidification of the current incentive mechanism, the unreasonable salary system, the imperfect training mechanism and the lack of corporate culture, this study starts with the influence of core employees on STSMEs, and analyzes the problems existing in the education and training model and incentive mechanism of core employees of STSMEs. Combined with the characteristics of STSMEs, this study proposes specific measures to improve the incentive mechanism of core employees to stimulate the potentials of core employees, give full play to the value of core employees, and enhance the market competitiveness of STSMEs.

Innovation serves as a primary motivity to lead the development of the education cause. Local colleges and universities shoulder a critical mission of foothold on and serve the local areas, and play a vital role in the development of the local economy. They should integrate local resources to do a good job on the innovative talent cultivation for the purpose of delivering some innovative talents for local economic development. This paper, based on the survey conducted for employers and graduates, proposes a CDIO-based efficient innovative talent cultivation model framework and the curriculum system program which integrated the Conceive-Design -Implement-Operate (CDIO) concept thereof. The idea in this paper has a positive significance for future studies on the innovative talent cultivation model.

One of the fundamental ways in which knowledge develops is through contrast. This applies not only to the development of ideas and theories in argumentative texts, but also to the contrasting of new findings with old in experimental reports. Contrast, then, is central to the development of academic knowledge. A common finding in contrastive analyses is that the transition however is used significantly more by English than Chinese writers. This has been explained through suggestions that Chinese writers may be culturally less willing or linguistically less able to express contrast. Our objective was to identify which transitions of contrast are used more by Chinese students and to understand where and how they are used. In the closely matched Han CH-EN corpus of similar texts written by successful Chinese and English students at British universities, we identified four transitions that are used significantly more (p < .05) by Chinese writers: while, whereas, on the other hand, and in contrast. Through examining contexts of use and specific examples, we argue that Chinese students employ a greater variety of transitions than English students to achieve a similar amount of contrast in their writing. The paper concludes with seven implications for teaching academic writing in English.

With the continuous improvement of national education level and system, film music teaching method has been greatly promoted in the classroom, especially the audience immersion, as the standard of classroom quality and effect evaluation, which has been recognized by experts inside and outside the education circle. Therefore, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and calculate the teaching objective, content, structure, method and effect, and establishes a reasonable teaching effect evaluation hierarchy model, obtaining the weight and consistency test results of each index element. Finally, the paper quantitatively summarizes the synthetic weight of index layer and obtains the final teaching evaluation results, which have a certain practical reference value to improve the teaching results of education workers.

Under the historical background of the national development strategy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the education of innovation and entrepreneurship has gradually become an important indicator to evaluate the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. To expand the evaluation methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper adopts literature analysis, case analysis, BP neural network method and other research methods. Focusing on the research of quality evaluation methods of college graduates' innovation and entrepreneurship education, based on a brief introduction of innovation and entrepreneurship education, teaching quality evaluation and artificial neural network, this paper combines expert questionnaires and interview results, and establishes a three-level college graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation index system. Based on BP neural network, an evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on BP neural network has been established, and the tourism major of S University is selected as an example to apply the innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation model constructed in this paper. By integrating qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education is evaluated, and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward for the evaluation results.

With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's demands for the quality of life in the city, the garden landscape design industry has developed rapidly, and the garden landscape specialty has been set up in various colleges and universities as a hot specialty. However, there are still some problems in the current garden landscape education of colleges and universities, for instance, the improvement of education quality lags behind the increase in the number of students, the division of specialties results in different schools, the teaching methods are outdated, and single, and the practice is disconnected and weak. Based on the analysis of the practical problems existing in garden landscape education, this paper puts forward that the development of garden landscape education should strengthen the construction of teaching conditions, scientifically and accurately carry out specialty positioning, innovate the ideas and methods of education, and pay attention to strengthening the integration of teaching and practice.

Excellent courses have a stake in the high education reform and in the improvement of instruction quality, so play a significant part in the curriculums of colleges and universities. This paper designs and implements an online Ideology and Political (I&P) learning sharing platform based on classic curriculum repository on the .NET platform in C# language and B/S infrastructure mode by combination with Web Service and SQL technologies. This platform effectively converges a string of I&P quality courses to independently construct an instruction repository for online excellent curriculums whereby to facilitate students to retrieve a variety of quality curriculums for independent online learning, effectively exchange and share the information about the I&P instructions, so as to boost the education cause march on toward informationization, improve the level of I&P education in colleges and universities. After running the test, the platform is stable and reliable with practical value.

This paper designs and implements an online Ideology and Political (I&P) learning sharing platform based on classic curriculum repository on the .NET platform in C# language and B/S infrastructure mode by combination with Web Service and SQL technologies. This platform effectively converges a string of I&P quality courses to independently construct an instruction repository for online excellent curriculums whereby to facilitate students to retrieve a variety of quality curriculums for independent online learning, effectively exchange and share the information about the I&P instructions, so as to boost the education cause march on toward informationization, improve the level of I&P education in colleges and universities.
